- Halima (8/5): Très bien placé pour tout faire à pied, tout à fait convenable pour Florence, nous recommandons! - Emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare centrale, parfait quand on arrive en train. Proche des monuments et musées . Le personnel était très agréable et sympathique, la terrasse sur le toit offre une vue superbe sur Florence! La chambre familiale est assez spacieuse, les lits sont comfortables, la salle de bain rénovée et bien équipée. L'hôtel est propre et bien tenu bien que dans un vieux bâtiment. Bon petit déjeuner. Il manque de quoi ranger ses affaires (une seule petite armoire et pas de barre dedans pour accrocher les vêtements). Mais c'était acceptable pour 2 nuits. La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu petite si tous les clients viennent en même temps, nous étions sur la terrasse, mais il ne faisait pas très chaud pour s'asseoir dehors.

- Zoran (10/5): Pleasant surprise - We stayed here for two nights and it was a fantastic experience. For a three-star hotel, it is perfect. The room was enough for a family of four (it could fit 5 people), and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was also fabulous! I really enjoyed the savory options like the omelette and the Italian bread with olives, but the sweet choices, especially the pistachio and lemon croissants were just as good. The coffee was excellent too. The location is unbeatable, right near the train station and only a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. Highly recommended! The building is older and the elevator is a bit dated, but that’s to be expected in a historic city like Florence where you see history everywhere

- Alessia (3/5): Not worth it. - Location Overall experience is really just not worth the money. The “hotel” is nothing but a refurbished apartment on the 3rd floor of a building and the furniture in the room is below standard. The bed is short (180cm only) and every single corner of the scarce furniture available is posing a threat to anyone’s wellbeing because it’s so sharp and dangerous.

- Nitin (10/5): All things considered still loved the place a lot. - Very nice boutique place. We were lucky to get room at the level where elevators went else hauling bags would not be fun up the narrow stairs. Ada seat on the potty was not installed properly and kept slipping.
