• Mariana (6/5): Good enough - Location is excellent, the room was clean and the bathroom was good. Breakfast is really minimal, the double bed is actually two bed single beds, no anti-mosquito devices (really necessary!!)

Stock ein Zimmer bekommt und die steilen Treppen auch noch so schmal sind, dass nicht einmal eine Person mit Koffer ohne Probleme hochkommt, ist das eine Zumutung.

Aber war auch nicht teuer, insbesondere, wenn mann fast hinter dem Dogenpalast w - Vor allem die Lage In der Beschreibung stand nicht, dass man in einem anderen Gebäude untergebracht werden kann. Die Entfernung ca. 250m. Diese hin und her Lauferei, insbesondere beim Regen wollte ich nicht, daher nach einer nervenraubenden Diskussion haben wir ab der 2. Nacht im Hotel den Zimmer gehabt. Der Frühstück sehr sparsam. Auch der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein, sodass für das Frühstücken eine halbe Stunde vorgesehen war. Unsere Zimmer war extrem klein. Der Kühlschrank war kaputt. Hätte man den Platz für den 2. Koffer nutzen können. Schade, dass die Fenster keinen Fliegennetz hatten. Mücken waren sofort da.

Lo Staff è accogliente e disponibile soprattutto Alessia siciliana Doc come me, mi ha accolta con sorriso come siamo noi diversamente dai Veneto che nn ridono e sono tutti imbronciati!!! Mi ha saputo dare tanti buoni consigli spero di rivederla un giorno... Purtroppo l'hotel è con arredamento datato, bisognerebbe sistemare molte cose , ho trovato una vasca piccola dove non era previsto un tappo per cui non ho potuto utilizzarla come vasca e la doccia era un po' rotta.... Piastrelle rotte... Prodotti da bagno in omaggio inesistenti solo cuffia capelli...Bagnoschiuma in blister mezzo pieno appeso nel muro, nessuno prodotto per lavare capelli o mani... Mai vista una cosa simile... Moquette macchiata, chiodi pericolosi sporgenti dalla bacchetta, gomma piuma letto visibile e macchiata, materasso un lato più alto e uno più basso impossibile dormire al centro... Frigo bar vuoto per cui anche volendo nn ho potuto consumare nulla , neanche usufruire nella notte di una bottiglia di acqua... All'entrata della camera uno scalino pericoloso.... Hotel senza ascensore non lo avevo letto,. se no avrei optato per un altra sistemazione in quanto avendo qualche problema al piede non è facile fare di continuo due piani, per fortuna il bravo ragazzo alla reception ha cercato di fare il possibile e mi è stata cambiata la prima camera assegnata dislocata in depadance esterna fuori dall'hotel a qualche centinaio di metri che aveva due piani di scale ripide, rotte , pericolose a mio parere... Colazione a prenotazione, poca scelta , assenza di salumi e formaggi , dicono non fossero arrivati c'erano solo due fettine di formaggio che la signora ha portato a ogni tavolo scusandosi che nn fossero arrivati... La sala è piccolissima non è facile passare tra un tavolo e l'altro se piena... Cappuccino ottimo e anche il caffè come la signora che me lo ha preparato molto gentile ... Che dire , si salva solo lo Staff, delll' albergo non mi è piaciuto nulla a parte l'ottima posizione....

El agua en el lavabo casi no salía, sin aire, sin luz para subir por las escaleras que daba a la habitación, el agua se salía por la mampara de baño, y la manguera de la ducha rota,. El desayuno muy muy muy muy básico. Nos cambiaron la habitación a una planta más baja y las paredes tenían humedad. Lo único bueno es la ubicación

Then they allotted a room on the third floor of other building not in the hostel building. They don't have elevator. We requested that we can't go to the third floor with heavy luggage. The receptionist told us that she will help us to take the luggage upstairs but when she took us to the other building and we requested her to help she denied to help us. The building where we stayed was very old building with cracks here and there like a ghost house. It was very uncomfortable for us.

• Didem (7/5): Für eine kurze Aufenthalt ok 👍 - Die Lage: es war sehr zentral und sehr nahe zum Wasserbus-Steg. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden aber mit frischen Gipfeln. Steile und enge Treppen. Es war mühsam mit den Koffern in den dritten Stock zu laufen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, brauchten wir die Koffer nicht aufzumachen. Sonst hätten wir noch weniger Platz gehabt.

• Cisternas (5/5): la noche de los zancudos venecianos - la ubicación inmejorable basicamente 3 cosas: cero preocupación por la existencia de zancudos en la noche (sin instalacion de malla o repelente). La TV casi no tenia canales que mostrar. El desayuno de 10 euros terrible. Mejor usar esos 10 euros y comer un panini y un cafe afuera del hotel.

• Iafrate (5/5): - La colazione costa 10 euro che non vale assolutamente. E' servita in una sala inadeguata, molto piccola, per cui i clienti devono avvicendarsi nella sala in base a dei turni. Sono serviti solo cornetti surgelati, pane, yogurt e marmellate. Non e'prevista una colazione salata. Il personale della sala e' molto poco accogliente, urla da dietro il bancone per chiedere le comande ai clienti e non fa nulla per poter venire incontro alle loro seppur minime richieste (tipo fare un caffè in un bicchiere di vetro piuttosto che una tazzina)

• Elen (1/5): Es un edificio en ruinas con muy mal olor y mosquitos. - La ubicación y el personal. Reservé la estancia en Venecia en un hotel y cuando llegue nos dijeron que nos trasladarían a otro edificio en donde tenían habitaciones nuevas. No nos importó hasta que vimos las condiciones de este nuevo edificio. Tercera planta sin ascensor y sin luz en los pasillos. Lo primero que te encuentras son unas bolsas llenas de escombros o basura no sabemos muy bien. La decoración es horrible y que acumula mucho polvo. Con esto tampoco nos vamos a quejar porque es lo que se veía en las imágenes. La cosa es que como el ambiente que crea la habitación es muy cargado porque está lleno de moqueta decidimos abrir las ventanas para que entrara un poco de luz y aire. Al estar al lado de un canal nos entró una PLAGA de mosquitos. Al entrar ya vimos mosquitos muertos y estampados lo que nos dice que es algo común y la limpieza pobre, pero lo que vivimos esa noche fue infernal. Salimos llenos de picaduras. Literal 20 picaduras por cada uno de nosotros no exagero. No tenían ningún tipo de remedio para los mosquitos en la recepción del hotel. Solo el limpiador nos dio un quita mosquitos de enchufe que no era muy efectivo. La cama y las almohadas muy duras. Lo único bueno era la ubicación y los recepcionistas que fueron amables y no tienen culpa de las condiciones en las que meten a los clientes. Lo cogimos porque era el más barato pero lo barato sale caro. De verdad, si pueden… NO RESERVEN.
