The towels and bedding were also worn out, and the overall cleanliness was far from satisfactory. Considering the price, which is definitely not cheap, the experience was well below expectations. The only real positive point is the location, conveniently close to the train station

• Janina (7/5): Unfassbar gute Lage - zweckmäßig im positiven Sinne - Die Lage ist unfassbar gut innerhalb 2 Minuten schaut man auf den Canal Gramde. Die Unterkunft erfüllt ihren Zweck, wenn man vorher weiß worauf man sich einlässt und nur zum Sachen verstauen und schlafen vorbei schaut wird man zufrieden sein. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unsere Taschen kostenlos lagern. Sehr nah zum Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört die Schritte vom Nachbarzimmer. Das kleine innenliegende Badezimmer weißt Schimmelspuren in der Duschkabine auf, bei Anreise roch es nach Chlor wahrscheinlich um dagegen vorzugehen.

• Erica (7/5): Good Stay - The hotel has a great location next to the train station. Even though it is on a busy street, because it is set further back, you cannot hear any noise. Overall, it was a good stay, but in my opinion it was far too expensive for what was offered. The room was very old. It also had poor insulation and was cold, with no heating. The hairdryer was basically just a tube blowing air, so I could not properly dry my hair. Apart from that, everything was clean.

• Antonieta PLeao (1/5): Worst experience in 20+years - The location was really good, and the sheets and toilet were very clean. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20–30 years. The room felt like sleeping in an ashtray—a strong smell of tobacco and dust that made it very uncomfortable. If that had been the only issue, I might have accepted it as a budget compromise, but unfortunately, it got much worse. There was no hot water and almost no water pressure. The phone in the room to contact reception was not working, so in the middle of the night we had to go in person to reception, which is located in a different hotel. The night staff was not helpful at all. He didn’t seem to know what to do and offered no solution, no alternative room, and no compensation—even though this hotel is part of a chain and they could have relocated us to another property. Considering this happened around 10 p.m., when it couldn’t be fixed immediately, at least some form of support or compensation should have been offered. On top of that, it had all the typical issues I’ve experienced in Venice hotels—uncomfortable beds and a lot of noise, both from the street and inside the building. You basically need to sleep with earplugs. I’m somewhat used to that in Venice, but this stay was on another level of bad. Overall, this was a very poor experience, both in terms of the room conditions and the service. I do not recommend this hotel or the chain, especially since the reception is shared and reflects the same level of service.

La grossa e brutta sorpresa è stata quando abbiamo sollevato il copri letto (divano letto) dove le lenzuola e lo stesso materasso presentavano una grossissima macchia gialla di urina. Prontamente informavamo il ragazzo della reception che molto professionalmente contattava la responsabile per il cambio camera ma la responsabile in modo stizzito ( lei!) si rifiutava di risolvere il problema a differenza del ragazzo della hall. Perdevamo quasi 4 ore di vacanze per risolvere il disagio anche per cancellare la prenotazione tramite il vostro portale poiché la responsabile non rispondeva ai messaggi e non autorizzava la cancellazione senza penale. La signora in modo molto arrogante invece di scusarsi, si rifiutava di sostituire la stanza con un'altra più decorosa. Struttura da evitare assolutamente e da denunciare alle autorità competenti.Uno schifo assoluto.

• Terry (7/5): - Quaint little room only steps from train station & the canal. Plenty of cafes & restaurants at your doorstep. Bed was a little hard for me. Also a little difficult to find at first as its down an alleyway but you have to check in at another entrance.
• Silva (2/5): Fatal no lo recomiendo - Nada. Lo único positivo es que el personal era muy agradable y hablaban mi idioma. Además nos dejaron dejar las maletas después del check out para no tener que estar cargándolas todo el día por Venecia. La ubicación es genial porque está cerca de la estación pero para hacer el check in hay que ir a otro edificio, un caos. Habitación vieja y cutre (aunque eso lo podía esperar). Limpieza nula en tres noches que estuve no cambiaron las toallas ni una vez. El hotel no tiene ascensor (cosa que no sabía y que deberían de informar). En mi caso, me pusieron en una segunda planta y la verdad es que subir y bajar maletas por esas escaleras es una putada. Para hacer el check in tienes que ir a otro edificio diferente!! Para entrar al edificio donde están las habitaciones es por otro lado, en un sitio más alejado, en una callejuela estrecha y que de noche da bastante mala espina la verdad.

• Mathias (5/5): Gute Lage aber altes Zimmer und Einrichtung - Sehr zentral gelegen. Freundliches Personal. Wir waren nicht im eigentlichen Hotel untergebracht sondern im Schwesterhotel. Hatten dann ein Zimmer zur Strasse ( Laufweg, Touriweg) Sehr laut an 7.00 Uhr. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt in unserem eigentlichen Hotel. Wir kamen um 15 Uhr dort an. Duschen sind sehr klein, das gesamte Zimmer war sehr klein, an den Wänden fehlte teilweise die Tapete. Der Schrank roch sehr muffig und alt.

• Nicola (9/5): Posizione comoda e buona autonomia, migliorabile l’illuminazione - Posizione molto comoda, vicina ai principali servizi. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ho apprezzato l’indipendenza nella gestione di ingressi e uscite, che permette di organizzarsi liberamente. Buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura un po’ datata ma nel complesso tenuta abbastanza bene. Aggiungerei una lampada per avere una luce più soffusa: attualmente l’illuminazione è piuttosto forte e la sera/notte manca un’opzione più soft e rilassante.

• Fazzalaro Maurizio (8/5): Ottima posizione e staff cortese - Posizione comoda con traghetti e vicino la stazione santa lucia, zona ricca di negozi , ristoranti e servizi, staff disponibile e cortese. Sono stato altre volte a Venezia, ma secondo me Cannaregio è il sestiere più comodo e pieno di vita.

• Anita (4/5): Wenn man das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen braucht und man keinen hohen Anspruch hat ist es okay. - tolle Lage, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. trotzdem ruhiges Zimmer, Blick in einen alten Innenhof; war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise eine Baustelle. sauberes Bad und Handtücher. Das Zimmer (Möbel, Bettdecken, ) ist schon sehr alt/ abgelebt! sehr harte Kopfpolster! Einen Kopfpolster haben sie uns auf Anfrage ohne Probleme umgetauscht. Preis/ Leistung naja, für das was man bekommt doch teuer, aber das ist halt Venedig...

• Anika (6/5): Unterkunft, aber nicht besonders luxuriös - Sehr nahe am Bahnhof gelegen und ohne großes Brücken steigen zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Schlüssel muss man morgens nicht abgeben Es war doch etwas beengt für zwei Person, aber an sich wäre das in Ordnung gewesen. Leider gab es nur ein Fenster, das neben den Bad war, wodurch man am Bett selbst bei Offenem Fenster (in einen kleinen Innenhof) nur schummriges Licht abbekommen hat. Das Bad selbst hatte gar kein Fenster. Der Abwassergestank darin könnte also kaum ausgelüftet werden, ohne das Zimmer vollzustinken. An einem der Letzten Tage ist aufgefallen, das der Geruch deutlich weniger wird, wenn man den Stöpsel des Bidets(?) zumacht (wurde von uns nicht genutzt, vielleicht deshalb?) Also wir an einem Abend Pizzareste mitgebracht haben, gab es innerhalb von zwei Stunden eine Ameiseninvasion, die bis zur Abreise nicht vollständig verschwunden ist. Was massiv gestört hat, waren zudem die beiden getrennten Einzelmatratzen, die auf dem Doppelbett lagen. Man ist ständig in den Schlitzt dazwischen gerutscht und ich habe dadurch immens schlecht geschlafen und auch Verspannungen bekommen. Wenn ich ein Doppelbett buche, erwarte ich eine einzelne Matratze.

• Ewa (5/5): - Hotel is clean and location is good. The problem was that the air condition was broken and there was no heating. Whole night we were freezing. Next day the room was changed and it was ok but the first night was the worst night in my life.
• Silvia (2/5): Non ritorneró più in questa struttura - Stanza pulita, vecchio stile adatta per 1-2 notti. Posizione ottima, molto vicino alla stazione Venezia Santa Lucia. Unica grande pecca , l’acqua gelida. Tornate da una gara di corsa, al momento della doccia, non c’era acqua calda. Dopo aver chiamato la reception, è arrivato un ragazzo in stanza che ci ha comunicato che non si poteva fare nulla fino al giorno seguente. È impensabile pagare 250€, per una stanza, per una notte e non avere l’acqua calda.
• Oleg (10/5): Very good clean hotel with wonderful personnel - The location is perfect: very close to the train station, no need to take vaporetto or gondola to bring your luggage. Very clean room. Concierge Elisa is just charming. I came much earlier than check-in time but the room was available and Elisa very generously let me in. (many hotels would charge an additional fee for that service!). So, all in all, it is a wonderful city, wonderful hotel and wonderful trip! Nothing

• Bánfi (2/5): - There was an option to leave the baggage there. One of the repection member said I need to checkout at 8am instead of 11am. My fortune I have asked again the reception when there was an other colleague and he said the checkout time is 11am It was impossible to rest, to sleep. There was laud noises during the night. Not outside, not from the street, in the hotel. I do not know that other guests were no laud or what happened but I waited until midnight (I though after midnight there will be quit) but I woke up like every 30 minutes for a noise, not for small noises like somebody walk in the hotel, but big ones like there in room rearrangement, furniture moving or I dont know.

• Lissette (1/5): Pésimo - Nada Las indicaciones de llegada no eran como señalan en la publicación por cuanto indican que desde la llegada son dos minutos al hotel luego señalan que en un lugar se hace el check in y en otro es la estadía lo cual no debe pasar jamás .. eso sin contar que tuve que preguntar a los locales como Llegar al lugar y tener que tomar el bus no hablan bien inglés y no se comunican rápido. Las habitaciones son deplorables se encuentran en un callejón sin salida a nada con un cable de tensión en la ventana cuyas puertas son deplorables metal lo cual hay que tener cuidado con tocarlo , las fotos no son reales, las sábanas y en el lugar apesta a humedad eso sin contar que no tienen ascensor ni seguridades son conocidos Por estafar a los huéspedes en cuanto a su trato quisiera pedir la devolución ya que nunca me hospedé allí salí a los 15 minutos y devolví las llaves era imposible dormir allí
