• Georges (6/5): L’hôtel est bien situé pour les gens qui n’ont pas de difficulté à dormir. - L’emplacement Le matelas devrait être changé, complètement inconfortable en plus l’hôtel n’est pas insonorisé. Nous avons eu beaucoup difficulté à dormir . Il y a un resto juste en dessous qui ferme à minuit mais ils laissent les gens librement sur la terrasse. Prenez-en compte!

• Philip (9/5): - Great location close to Rialta Bridge and plenty of shopping and beautiful spots to see. Small room that worked for or 3 night stay. For the location and price it was a great stay. The only thing that was a negative was the mattress, it was a super firm. But if you like a firm bed then all is good.

Eramos mi amiga y yo y las 2 somos pequeñas. Si hubiese ido con mi marido que es grandote no hubiésemos estado cómodos sinceramente. Lo mismo en el salón comedor, encantador, pero todo muy pequeño.

• María Belén (8/5): - El desayuno. Variedad de frutas cortadas, pancakes, etc. En general, no hay en el resto. La ubicación. Muy cómodo para moverse por la ciudad. Me pareció muy raro que me pidieran al llegar la tarjeta de crédito FISICA (sí, como en 1920). Yo ya había pagado el hotel por medio de Booking. No corresponde que copien los datos de la tarjeta de un cliente que ya pagó. Tiene un serio problema abajo, un bar (de los feos, alcohol y demás). Por lo menos, a mi habitación llegaba el ruido insoportable hasta el horario de cierre.

Hôtel un peu bruyant du fait de la présence d’un bar en dessous avec clients dans la rue, mais qui ferme vers minuit donc cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.

• Argelio (8/5): Great location for the price!! - I really liked the location, it is near most of the attractions and good restaurants at walking distance. Room size was way better than other hotels in Italy. There is a bar right outside of the window so there was some noice at night from people having a good time but other than that it was great. Also elevator is small so if you have big luggage you might have to do extra trips.

Salle de bain très bien aménager et surtout literie au top du top Chambre au dessus d’un bar donc un peu bruyant le samedi soir mais des boules quies sont fournis

It’s perfectly situated to explore the whole of Venice with ease, with great restaurants, bars and shops right on your doorstep. Our room, for two adults and a teenager, was very comfortable, with lovely décor and a great bathroom featuring a fabulous shower. The staff were helpful and attentive. We only had breakfast at the hotel once, which was nice, but we then chose to eat out at nearby cafés. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay. That there weren’t any coffee- or tea-making facilities in the room. In other hotels we stayed at in Milan and Lake Garda on the same trip, coffee machines and kettles were available in our rooms.

Great location Also, the additional service for leaving our luggage for few hours before our flight. Decent breakfast for the value of 10 euros, just overall very small hotel. I would recommend it more for friends and couples, not families. Bar down our room, so it was noisy and crowded under the hotel quite a lot during the day. But at night, there was nothing. We didn't know it was in the most "touristy" area. I would have rated 9 otherwise

Location was very convenient- close to Rialto for larger transportation and able to get water taxi literally 50 feet from the hotel. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. I saw some complaints about noise from the nearby bar. We were there on a busy Friday night and it was no problem. We actually enjoyed having the activity nearby. No negatives.

• Simone (7/5): Buon soggiorno, ma attenzione al caldo - Posizione ottima, nel centro di Venezia a due passi da tutto. Struttura accogliente e pulita con tutto il necessario. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto a strutture nelle vicinanze La temperatura delle camere. C’erano 27 gradi e senza la possibilità di usare il termostato: l’aria condizionata è spenta, in reception la prima volta ci han detto che avrebbero abbassato loro la temperatura, la seconda volta ci han detto che loro non avevano controllo e di usare l’apparecchio in camera per abbassare la temperatura o spegnerlo, ma non serviva a nulla, dato che il termosifone in bagno continuava a scottare. Abbiamo dovuto dormire entrambe le notti con le finestre aperte, sono entrate zanzare oltre che al rumore del bar di sotto.

• Lucija (10/5): - Top lokacija, 1 minuta od Rialto mosta, 5 minuta od trga Svetog Marka. Ulica je jako mirna budući da je zavučena, iako se nalazi u samom centru. Gospođa na recepciji jako ljubazna, uvijek je netko na recepciji! Vidim da su ljudi pisali da se žale na buku iz bara koji se nalazi ispod hotela, u tom slučaju svakako dobijete čepiće za uši! Inače, za bar svaka preporuka, aperol 3.50e i chiccetti, dobro dođe sto je u tom slučaju hotel blizu!

La literie était trè - La literie était très confortable, très proche de tout et facile d’accès. Les murs entre les chambres étaient un peu fins donc on pouvait entendre la télé des autres clients

• Andrea (9/5): Repetiría sin duda - Ubicación perfecta. Está muy cerca de Rialto, a minutos andando. Esto es genial porque la mayoría de vaporettos paran cerca. Desde el aeropuerto de marco polo puedes ir directo a la parada Rialto al lado del hotel en barco. Desde Treviso con bus y barco en la misma parada. Está a minutos caminando de todas las atracciones turísticas. Las instalaciones geniales, muy nuevo y bien decorado. Muy limpio. Tiene ascensor. Está en uno de los callejones cerca de las calles principales del centro, y justo al lado un bar-restaurante muy auténtico Veneciano de tapas típicas. Recomendable coger el desayuno, está muy bien también. Los precios de solo un café en venecia son de 6€ aproximadamente. A lo mejor vale la pena cogerlo. El personal muy amable, te guardan la maleta aunque hagas el check out. Todo me gustó, por poner una pega, el zumo de naranja del desayuno no era el mejor.

In qualche minuto a piedi si raggiunge il ponte di rialto dove inoltre ferma anche il vaporetto; l’ hotel è comunque facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di Venezia S.Lucia camminando una mezz’ora. Staff super iper gentile!! Che dire, alla prossima😍
