Room service for food and drink if you needed, we didnt, loads of very nice restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom were so clean! Comfortable bed, air con, initially couldnt fathom how to work, attended to by staff immediatly. Fridge in room. Breakfast simple but ample, great coffee and served by smiling lady. Map provided by reception to help us on our travels, & they kept our bags until our train time. This hotel was fantastic value for money. We will happily stay there again. Nothing!

Personale attento e gentile Il telefono e la scrivania in camera avevano una quantità di polvere insalubre. Wi-Fi non prendeva era troppo debole. Colazione imbarazzante. Cornetti industriali pessimi, posate non conformi tipo cucchiai da latte macchiato o gelato (lunghi) invece che normali cucchiaini , pane in cassetta industriale, formaggio industriale così come salame. Per pulizia, Wi-Fi, colazione in Prezzo e’ il doppio di quello che dovrebbe essere. Personale invece gentile e sorridente.

At der lugtede at kloak fra badeværelset. At der var en del støj fra gaden men også for de personer er som netop skulle skændes på den etage man boede på midt om natten. Så man ikke kunne sove. Vil ikke kalde det en mini var, når det er total tomt. Så vil nok blot sige et mindre køleskab. At man selv skal efterspørge divs. Fx. Toiletpapir, hvor man spiser morgenmaden som er med i opholdet. Deres gratis internetkode. Sengetæppet var der revner i flere steder.

The breakfast that was provided only consisted of sugary items. There was nothing fresh, no protein and little nutritional value on all parts of the menu.

Maria Rosario (7/5): - La ubicación. Sólo que no es la dirección ni el edificio anunciado. Me enviaron a otro lugar más alejado de la Termini. La única cosa positiva de este hotel es su ubicación, pero ni siquiera eso lo gestionan bien: la dirección que anuncian es incorrecta, lo cual ya es una pésima señal desde el inicio. Llegar fue innecesariamente complicado por su propia desinformación. Lo verdaderamente inaceptable vino al entrar a la habitación. La cama estaba completamente destendida, las toallas tiradas en el piso y todo indicaba claramente que era una habitación previamente usada y que nadie se había molestado en limpiarla. Es una falta de respeto total hacia cualquier huésped. No estamos hablando de un pequeño descuido, sino de una negligencia evidente en higiene y gestión. Este tipo de situaciones no deberían ocurrir bajo ninguna circunstancia en un hotel que cobra por sus servicios. Da una sensación de abandono, desorganización y cero profesionalismo. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Hay muchas mejores opciones que al menos cumplen con lo básico: limpieza, seriedad y respeto al

Algo que es la primera vez que me ha ocurrido es que no tuvieron la cortesía de guardarme las maletas unas horas, tuve que pagar.

Las maletas cobraron 5€ por maleta para encargarla después de la salida. El desayuno muy mal; pude haber cogido otro otro en la misma zona y pagar un poquito más , para tener maletas gratis , buen desayuno y mejor hotel.

Anastazie Zuzana (8/5): Vše je v popisu výše. - Lokalita blízko nádraží je výhodná. Nelíbilo se mi, že pokoje jsou v jiné budově, než je recepce. Nelíbily se mi snídaně, byly dost chudé, nic nebylo vystavené, o vše si musíte říkat, takže kdo je ostýchavý, dostane jen jeden malý šálek kávy, žádné máslo, z pečiva jen suchý tvrdý toast a croissant. Vše ostatní je na žádost.
Gergő Péter (8/5): Jó volt rövid időre - A főnök asszony nagyon rendes volt és segítőkész, a szobák szépen felújítottak voltak, csendes helyen voltunk. A megjelölt hotellel szemben, egy másik épületben voltunk. A recepciós mogorva, kevésbé segítőkész. A szobába jutás központi beléptetéssel történt, de nem igazán volt érthető a recepciós. A reggeli nagyon gyenge volt: 1 croason, 1 capucino, 1 főtt tojás és 1 kétszersült. Minden reggel nagyon unalmas volt.

Edwin (1/5): El hotel, una completa desgracia, Brooking es el responsable por aceptar a cualquier hotel. - Todo mal, sucio y me cambiaron de ubicación de lugar a otro edificios sin personal físico para ser atendido. El cobro adicional de 130 euros, que no me fueron facturados. Qué me cambien la ubicación del lugar de alojamiento a un edificio viejo y sucio, el área asignada tenia colchones sucios en el piso y no había personal físicamente presente, solo nos quedamos 2 noches y nos fuimos a otro hotel, mucho más barato y con una calidad de atención e infraestructura superior, no volveré a usar Brooking para reservar alojamientos.

Edwin (1/5): - Solo la ubicación. Estafa de Booking y del Hotel Mirage. Me cobraron 130 euros adicionales por mis 7 familiares, por lo cual no recibí ningún comprobante de pago; me pidieron que me ubique en otro edificio que estaba a 200 metros del hotel, en este lugar no tenia comedor ni agua caliente para bebidas ni alguien que este atento a nuestras necesidades, solo un timbre por el cual remotamente nos abrían la puerta; me da vergüenza recomendar a Booking por que para mí opinión personal, este hotel de mala calidad nunca debió ser aceptado en la llista de Booking. Donde esta el filtro para ser parte de esta lista que promociona Booking. Me siento estafado, tanto asi que el tercer día en Roma me fui a un hotel que estaba a 50 metros; este, tenia mejores precios y que tenia instalaciones excelentes. Particularmente me retiro de Booking por que no verifica o filtra a pésimos hoteles como Mirage.
