• federica (10/5): Gentilezza, professionalità e grande colazione - La gentilezza e professionalità del personale sono state impagabili. La posizione è ottima, non lontano dalla stazione Termini ma in una zona sicura, circondata da ristoranti. La colazione varia e di qualità. Non posso segnalare alcun aspetto negativo perché tutto è stato perfetto. Ogni aspetto del soggiorno è stato oltre quanto mi avrei potuto prevedere. Non posso che ribadire di non avere niente da segnalare.

• Rafael (10/5): Buen hotel y excelente ubicación para conocer Roma. - Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad y la buena disposición del personal, también la ubicación del hotel era muy agradable quedando cerca de la estación de tren y metro. El desayuno era a la carta y personalizado muy completo, todo muy rico. Realizamos algunos requerimientos a la gerencia del hotel, los que fueron muy bien recepcionados por el gerente del hotel, agradecemos su amabilidad y buen trato ¡Muy recomendado! Nada.

War ganz nett. Evtl. können sie ja Ihren Gästen bereits eine vorgefertigte Liste geben, auf der man die gewünschten Speisen fürs Frühstück ankreuzen kann. Spart Zeit fürs Aufnehmen pro Gast jeden Morgen. Evtl. dahingehend organisieren, dass jeder Gast für die Dauer der Zeit pro Tag eine Liste erhält, ausfüllen kann und bereits am Vortag an der Rezeption abgibt. --> zum Beispiel. ;-)

• Fabio (7/5): Posizione e staff ottimi. - Il mio è stato un soggiorno brevissimo (una sola notte) per una trasferta lavorativa, quindi ho reputato la posizione, in prossimità della stazione, davvero perfetta. Camera singola essenziale ma curata e molto pulita. Buona la colazione con un plauso particolare per il cappuccino preparato benissimo!. Accoglienza e staff in generale ottimi. Non ho riscontrato nessun problema particolare

• Γιάννος (8/5): - Το προσωπικό πολυ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Το σημείο καλό κοντά σε μετρό. Το πρωινό πλούσιο αν και αλα καρτ! Και καθαρό! Μύριζε λίγο η αποχέτευση, αλλα πρέπει να ήταν πρόβλημα της περιοχής. Τέλος ήταν λίγο χαμηλή η πίεση στο ντους
• Alice (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Ottima struttura e staff davvero molto cordiale. Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma sicuramente tornerò. La camera era spaziosa, e sebbene mostrasse qualche segno del tempo (soprattutto in bagno e sui sanitari) era molto pulita e confortevole. Tanti prodotti in omaggio per il bagno e non solo. Letto comodo. Apprezzata anche la colazione, alla carta, molto variegata, non ho avuto problemi a trovare opzioni vegane.

• Q1719IZcatherinel (10/5): Top location, comfy rooms and delicious breakfast - The rooms are clean and comfy. The bathroom has a good, powerful shower. Location is ideal for exploring Rome. It's very close to Termini station. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Minibar is very reasonable. Breakfast- the range of foods on offer are excellent - pastries, breads jams, eggs, bacon - all fresh and you can create your own 'plate'. The coffee is delicious - made to order. All the staff were friendly. Planning to return in 2027!

• morningbellonline (2/5): Underwhelming and disappointing - Extremely disappointed with this hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel where the walls and ceiling were dirtier than the floor. The bed and bathroom were clean enough at least. They offered to hold our bags for us before check in and they just kept them in the lobby for anyone to walk by and grab should they want. It wasn't cheap either. The neighborhood was quiet, despite being extremely close to Termini, but the hotel was very underwhelming.

Lo mejor fue el personal, quienes fueron muy amables y atentos en todo lo que solicité la información. El desayuno debía pedirse de la carta. Esperaba encontrarlo en buffet pero no era así. Sin embargo el desayuno estuvo muy rico.

• Jens (8/5): - Die Lage in Nähe des Bahnhofs war für uns ideal, da wir eine Interrailreise durch Italien machen. Wir haben ab dem Hotel Rom zu Fuss erkundet. Das war eine grosse Tour, aber absolut machbar ab dem Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und effizient. Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist jedoch in Ordnung für 3 Sterne.

Certo, sarebbe un vantaggio se il Comune di Roma provvedesse a riasfaltare i marciapiedi, ma questo non dipende dall'albergo. Secondo me in camera faceva fin troppo caldo, ma non ho cercato di modificare la regolazione, mi sono limitato a spegnere. L'ascensore è un po' angusto; probabilmente me ne accorgo perché invecchiando perdo agilità

• Katerina (6/5): - Naprosto skvělé místo - centrální nádraží pro cesty z letiště + metro na známá místa , velmi vstřícný personál, snídaně skvěle připravená na míru pro každého, doporučení zamluvit si předem čas snídaně. Hotel je velmi hlučný, neustále někde bouchá nějaký stroj, klimatizace, výtah - na stolku rovnou špunty do uší ;). Pokoj byl čistý, spáry dlaždiček kolem vany již méně.

• Patricia (8/5): hermosa - El hotel esta bien ubicado a unos pasos de la Estación Termini, lo cual te permite moverte muy bien por toda la ciudad, sea a pie o en transporte público. En la zona hay muchos restaurants. El desayuno es a la carta, uno elige el horario y listo, muy rápido el servicio.

• Päivi (5/5): Hyvästä sijainnista huolimatta en suosittele kenellekkään! - Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Aamupala oli myös hyvä ja riittävä. Hotellin seinät ovat kuin paperia! Kaikki äänet kuuluu todella hyvin huoneeseen. Yöllä havahtui hereille jopa siihen, kun naapurihuoneessa mies kuorsaa. Puhe käytävillä kaikuu ja kuuluu kuin ihmiset olisivat samassa huoneessa. Huoneemme oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja jotkut hotellivieraat pitivät emergency exit-ovea auki ulos! Ehkä henkilökunta voisi kiertää välillä hotellin kerroksissa katsomassa, että kaikki on niin kuin pitää.

• Elena (10/5): Отель возле вокзала Термини с круглосуточным ресепшен. - Приехали на 1 день. Круглосуточная работа ресепшн. Сотрудники доброжелательные. Заселились в 2 часа ночи быстро. Спали отлично, кровати удобные. Косметический набор, тапочки есть. В номере чисто. Завтрак не столь вкусный. Окна выходят во внутренний дворик. Но , т к мы на 1 день и дальше в путь, не имеет особого значения.

• Daniele (9/5): Excellent value for money with a very comfortable stay. - The room was spacious with a very comfortable, large bed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that they prepared a breakfast box for us when we had to leave early in the morning. The room was a bit too hot at night, I couldn't find where to regulate the temperature

• NALDA JESUS (9/5): Roma invita a regresar - Se encuentra cerca de la estación Termini, desde donde te movilizas a cualquier parte de Italia, y puede ir a pie a visitar los lugares de interés. los alrededores de la estación Termini parece un poco peligrosa, pero no nos paso nada

• Mary (10/5): Great location and friendly staff! - staff are wonderful and super friendly and they seem to have made updates to the hotel which is nice to see, I have stayed here several times. LOVE that they allow pets! Nice breakfast! the mattress could be more comfortable, also, no extra blanket but the temp in the room was ok. Toilet seat was not fully attached but no big deal! I wish they would fix the mosaic floor in the elevator.
