- Victor Soshnikov (5/5): Not more than one night! - Near to the metro on a quiet street, nice! Disappointed with unmatching advertise room size and actual one. Much less then it is advertised(12 instead of 16m^2). Also the breakfast is meager (it was available 1 type of cheese, few pieces of prosciutto cotto, jams, yogurt and few types of sweets), no interest from hotel staff to provide any service on breakfast. A door is widely open to the backyard to make temperature inside too low, to make you run from the breakfast ASAP. Bathroom needs a renovation, dust in the room.

- Oksana (10/5): Идеальным отелем делает его идеальный персонал! - Отличный отель, все удобства, идеально чисто и персонал делает всё для того, чтобы посетители чувствовали себя комфортно! Завтрак был полноценным, для Италии вообще шикарным! Обязательно вернусь, спасибо ребятам за такое гостеприимство! И, кстати, что было важно: позволили оставить багаж после выселения и даже продукты в их холодильнике! Рекомендую всем!
- Tamara (8/5): - Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, alle sehr hilfreich. Außergewöhnlich umfangreiches und sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren für eine Geschäftsreise gut ausgestattet, relativ klein, haben wir aber in dem Wissen so gebucht und war deshalb sehr in Ordnung. Wenn man viel Zeit am Zimmer verbringen will, dann ist es eher nicht zu empfehlen, für Geschäftsreisen und Citytrips ist es gut.

Дуже привітні працівники, чисто і є все що треба Ми мали номер на останньому 3 поверсі в кінці квітня і було страшенно спекотно. Кондиціонер дивно розташований навпроти стіни і не справлявся з температурою ( на вулиці було може 22-23), але в кімнаті під 30 градусів . Якщо відкрити вікно то дуже галаслива вулиця не дасть заснути. Також ліжко шириною 140 см, не всі помістяться

- Sandra (9/5): Bardzo fajny hotel - Bardzo wygodne łóżka, winda, recepcja 24h, smaczne ciasta i kawa z ekspresu na śniadaniu, codzienne sprzątanie i niezła lokalizacja. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to malo warzyw (tylko pomidorki koktajlowe) na śniadaniach i slaby wybór wędlin.

They informed us of contacting the maintenance to fix it but it ended up being unable to sleep from the hot temperature in the room & couldn't open the window due to mosquitos !! Poor management 😞

Dużym plusem jest czystość - codziennie sprzątane. Personel jest miły i pomocny, co sprawia, że pobyt jest przyjemny.
