Janice (8/5): - It’s nice if you plan on using the train a lot, very close to the station. The employees are friendly and the hotel felt safe. The downsides are comfortability. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable and have indents, and on top of that the loudness of the street outside makes it very hard to sleep.
Andreas (8/5): Nähe Bahnhof, 15 min zur Altstadt - Gute Lage - Bus- und Bahnhofsnähe ca. 3 min, Altstadt ca. 15 min, Fähre ca. 30 min Gepäckaufbewahrung max 3 Std., nach verhandeln dann doch 4 Stunden. Hatte eigentlich Hotel gebucht damit ich dann das Gepäck noch bis zum Abend dort lagern kann.

sabrina (7/5): Perfetto per qualità prezzo, personale disponibile e discreto, posizione comodissima, pulito. - Era tutto pulito e nel bagno c'era il phon funzionante. La struttura è comodissima da raggiungere dalla stazione e l'entrata e uscita molto libera senza vincoli di consegna chiavi o orari da rispettare. Anche gli ambienti comuni erano puliti e profumati e l'ambiente silenzioso. La camera è un po' spartana ma carina, il letto molto comodo. Sicuramete terremo in considerazione questo albergo per un prossimo viaggio. La struttura si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo non proprio ben messo ma se non si hanno bagagli pesantissimi non è un problema, le scale sono ampie e non alte. Il bagno non è finestrato ma c'è la ventola, gli infissi sono vecchi ma se la stagione è bella non fa affatto freddo. L'acqua della doccia ha un getto potente che però alterna acqua bollente ad acqua gelida, consigliata una doccia veloce. Mancavano gli asciugamani piccoli ma anche qui niente di grave.
Kate (8/5): Much nicer than expected and thoroughly good value. - As a Mother with her daughter we were nervous before arrival to be arriving after dark but once in the building snd then the hostel we felt entirely safe and it met our needs well. The homeless and individuals around the rail station when we arrived and along the path to the hostel. However - nothing happened and as long as we were home by nightfall it was OK.

BRIAN (4/5): - This property is in a renovated building. Noticeably it has no elevator; it is on the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans) of the building. The room was cramped, there is no full time front desk, the manager was brusk, there is no restaurant within but there are some in the area, the WiFi inconsistent but free. However, it is literally just around the corner from the main Naples train station and was walking distance to the meeting points of the tour providers I used. Quite possibly it is more a hostel than a hotel although I did not see the amenities that would be present for such travelers. Pretty much convinced me that it is better to accept a higher rate to get the amenities I desire.

Room was nice and clean, but the pillows should be replaced as they are very flat. Just the toilets need to be refurbished as the shower is quite uncomfortable: it is small and doesn’t have a handheld shower head, only a fixed one. This means that if you don’t want to wash your hair, you still end up getting it wet. The location is excellent, 1 min walk from Train station.

Die Rezeption ist nachts nicht besetzt, aber auf eine telefonische Nachfrage wurde sofort reagiert. Für den Preis echt sehr ordentlich. Die Türen: die Zimmertür war etwas kompliziert zu schließen, die Tür zum Bad konnte man nicht abschließen.

Amazing and quick AC system, shared bathrooms which were never messy or dirty. I booked this as a budget option and was expecting something acceptable, this was EXCEPTIONAL! Highly highly recommend.

My room was clean, linens lovely and clean, my private bathroom same. I am Canadian so it is very different from what we are used to. The area outside is slightly intimidating but was fine. My only issue was other guests. I stayed May 28th I am sure if he checks his cctv he will find guests he won’t invite back. Fighting, banging very very loudly on outside door, smoking, all night literally until 4am in and out up and down hall. The walls are thin and I got very little rest and felt unsafe overnight. If there were staff onsite overnight it would have been reassuring. The owner did give me his what’s app number but I was not comfortable calling or complaining in middle of night.

The male receptionist was the rudest receptionist I’ve ever come across, it was a pain having to walk across the hallway every time I wanted to go to the toilet. Location is quite dangerous for tourists with smells of human fecal matter and urine coming from down below the “hotel”.

Xin (7/5): The location is excellent - The hotel location is excellent, 200 m from Naples central train station and metro station. The airport bus beside the train staion, take only 10 minutes to the airport. There are a lot of restaurents nearby. The hotel is on the 3rd floor with 63 steps of staircase, no usual elevator. The hotel room is small, the bathroom facilities are not very good.
