• Monica (8/5): Soggiorno nel cuore di Roma - La posizione centrale decisamente eccellente nel centro storico a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna e Fontana di Trevi La camera cinese un po' piccola per due persone . L ultimo giorno abbiamo alloggiato nella camera verde, molto bella, spaziosa ed accessoriata, come del resto le altre camere che ci sono state mostrate. Ogni camera della struttura è originale e caratteristica.

• Vasiliki (10/5): Πολύ καλή!!!!! - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στην καρδιά της ρώμης! 3 λεπτά απ την piazza di spagna, όλα δίπλα με τα πόδια, το μετρό στα 4 λεπτά, το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, έβγαζε μια ρετρό αίσθηση και επίσης ενώ είναι στο κέντρο και περνάει συνέχεια κόσμος και αυτοκίνητα δεν ακουγοταν απολύτως τίποτα μέσα στο δωμάτιο!! Ενώ το ξέραμε όταν το κλείσαμε ότι το μπάνιο θα είναι έξω απ το δωμάτιο, θεωρώ πως σαν ιδέα δεν είναι και η καλύτερη. Την επόμενη φορά θα κλείσω δωμάτιο με το μπάνιο μέσα

• MERVE (9/5): - I saw the staff only on the departure day, which was a new experience for me. However, Francesca was always accessible via messages on the platform and responded to my questions quickly. I liked the location as it was very close to Spanish steps and Fontana Di Trevi. It was quite a narrow flat and the room was not spacious. However, the bedsheets and the bathroom were all very clean and the cleaning lady was very kind. Maybe a fresher pillow smell would be nicer. It's probably due to lack of air flow. Got used to it but could be better. 🌿🤍

• Oisin S (9/5): - Check in was easy without hassle. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good. Cleaning lady was amazing very helpful. Location was unbelievable beside major attractions and loads of restaurants, bars, shops,etc. Only small thing was the LED advertising board outside the room window. I was ok with sleep but I think some people would be distracted by it. Some darker thicker curtains and some blinds would've helped.

• Martha (6/5): - This property is perfectly fine and I'd stay again if I had to. It is cute and the location can't be beat. Unfortunately, it doesn't offer the value that can be found at other locations. How do I know? We stayed at TWO places in Rome, not just one. While this location was adequate, the other offered far more for the same price. The other had a fantastic view overlooking Largo di Torre Argentina, a lift for luggage, a front desk with multi-lingual staff, a HUGE room, a great breakfast buffet, a public space with a greenhouse to lounge in, and free extra towels. It also allowed us to have food in the room (Casa Heberart prohibits it). The worst part of this experience was the huge billboard flashing into the room from across the street. Of course, the management can do nothing about the billboard, but they COULD put up black-out curtains. Other guests have commented on the problem, so management clearly knows about it. But nothing has been done. (The billboard stops flashing from midnight to 7:00, but if you want to sleep at any other time, you have to put up with it.) Again, this place was adequate, but the price was as high as we paid at a much better place.

• Maureen (9/5): Very enjoyable stay - walking distance to everything- safe area - Lovely sized room with all facilities- close to Spanish Steps - Trevi Fountain area…slept very well , comfortable beds - lovely en-suite with plenty of hot water. All check in details available before arrival- room cleaned daily. Lovely area with numerous restaurants and cafe on doorstep. Would highly recommend My only issue was the light from screen on building opposite- as it stays on until midnight…black out blind would be ideal for window but other than that property was perfect

Location was perfect and just down the road from Trevi fountain, but also super close to everything else with a short walk to other locations. Room very large and spacious, roadside entrance with little noise due to good windows. Shower facility was amazing within the room, very large with an extra large shower. Bed was very large, with a/c within the room. Super clean and overall a superb and high quality place to stay. Everything about the prompt assistance given by the host to the property was perfect, so thank you for making this so amazing I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience here. 10/10 well done to the host for providing what is the most amazing service I've ever had. Could not fault a single thing. The accommodation was perfect

• Arvid (4/5): - We stayed in the ”Chinese room” which was VERY small, basically only room for a bed to squeeze around. This wouldn’t have been a big deal as we only used the room to sleep but the mattress was also very uncomfortable, squeaky, and stiff. AND the window overlooked a massive close billboard which changed and flashed directly into our room - so bright it flashed through the blinds. The billboard was the only view. Combining this with the separate bathroom all the way down the hall - it was very expensive for what we got. Yes, location was central but busy and touristic so ultimately not worth the price with the rest of cons.

Everything is in vicinity, be it grocery store “tigre” or famous places like Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff is extremely helpful, we forgot the keys in the bathroom and they immediately helped us in solving the issue. It’s on first floor, but the number of stairs are very less. We had a perfect time in Rome !!

Su ubicación es simplemente inmejorable, a pocos pasos de la famosa Piazza di Spagna y la elegante Via dei Condotti. Este enclave privilegiado permite a los huéspedes sumergirse fácilmente en la vida romana y explorar los principales atractivos turísticos a pie. Las habitaciones son un verdadero deleite visual. Decoradas con un gusto exquisito, combinan elementos clásicos con toques modernos, creando un ambiente acogedor y sofisticado. Cada espacio está cuidadosamente diseñado para ofrecer máximo confort, con camas cómodas y muebles elegantes que invitan al descanso después de un día de aventuras por la Ciudad Eterna. Un detalle importante a tener en cuenta es la disposición de los baños. Aunque cada habitación cuenta con un baño privado, estos no se encuentran dentro de las habitaciones, sino al otro lado del pasillo. Si bien esto puede requerir un pequeño ajuste para algunos viajeros, la limpieza impecable y la exclusividad de uso compensan ampliamente este pequeño inconveniente.
