It was down in the basement below reception area...could hear people walking about above me.. Very small. No plug in the basin. Breakfast was included but that comprised of 'pastries'. I prefer something healthier to start the day.

The staff stand out for their kindness and willingness to help. They make an effort to guide guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. A simple breakfast is also offered in the morning, including tea, coffee, and croissants, which is a pleasant touch. One of the main limitations is the absence of a lift, which makes access to the rooms more difficult, especially since the stairs are not very comfortable. This can be inconvenient, particularly when carrying luggage or for longer stays. The rooms themselves are quite small, especially for three people, and would benefit from renovation. The bathrooms appear old and in need of updating, and there are visible defects in the ceilings that affect the overall impression of the space.

Welcoming, kind staff, and we really enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and fresh pastries. Actually we woke up on Sunday morning on the smell of fresh pastries - it was a nice feeling! Location is ideal, so many things can be reached on foot or with underground. We were there on a hot weekend, and the AC was just above the bed, but we could turn it off after a while and could sleep without it.

Thanks to Anna and her friend (unfortunately, we don't remember her name – she's a brunette with long hair). They were very kind and helpful. Delicious croissants baked in the morning and very good coffee. The location was excellent; you can walk everywhere, the metro is a six-minute walk away. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood.

- Natalya (10/5): A really good choice to saty in London - I really enjoyed my stay at Melita. The room was small but very cozy and you have everything you may need - cattle, fridge, hair drier. I had a very good sleep during my stay. The location is great - just 10 minutes from Victorai Coach Station. The area is safe and beautiful. If you like walking you can easily get to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. A nice compliment in the morning is a good start. Thanks Rose for taking some pictures of me in front of the Hotel. Nothing

- Anna-Katharina (10/5): Top Lage, dennoch ruhig und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal - Die sehr ruhige aber doch super zentrale Lage. Wir konnten zu Fuß zu Westminister Abbey und Big Ben laufen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist buchstäblich direkt um die Ecke. Die Betten war super bequem, es war sehr sauber und das Personal war herzlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich hatte mir den Magen verstimmt und eine Angestellte hat mir aus Eigeninitiative heraus geholfen. Diese kleinen Details machen das Melita außergewöhnlich und zu einem Wohlfühlort. Morgens gibt es zudem kostenfrei Tee oder Kaffee und ein bisschen Gebäck. Alles in allem würden wir hier jederzeit noch mal übernachten.

Let us drop our bags off early for the LLMH and offered us coffee and pastries. Everyone was willing to help and they just made us feel so at home. As with any London properties the room was quite small.

I could hear people talking through the walls and footsteps loudly from the floor above. Also the bathroom was a bit cramped, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

- Sophia Rumpus (10/5): Cosy and quiet - It's no frills but it makes up for that with cosy and quaintness. The rooms are small but comfortable and I had a great nights sleep as it feels homely. It's a nice touch that they have pastries and coffee complimentarily in this morning.
