• Sabrina (10/5): Séjour d’une semaine - - Le check in a été rapide et le fonctionnement de l’établissement nous a bien été expliqué - Nous devons laisser les cartes de la chambre à la réception et je trouve que c’est une bonne chose car ça évite de les perdre - Tout le personnel est très aimable et aux petits soins, lors de check out, nous avons eu une petite boite de chocolats offerts - La réception est calme et agréable, il y a une fontaine à eau avec des verres de disponibles. De ce fait, nous n’avons pas acheté de bouteilles d’eau du séjour. - L’établissement est sécurisé et très bien placé, à deux minutes à pied du métro Fontana qui vous permet de rejoindre l’aéroport L3 + L9Sud ainsi que les autres lieux touristiques. Si vous ne voulez pas prendre le métro, vous pouvez marcher mais que si vous aimez la marche. On a quasiment tout fait à pied (Parc Guell, Ramblas, Arc Triumf etc..). Autour de l’hôtel il y a plein de magasins, restaurants, bar, tabac, pharmacie, marcher, épiceries..). - Nous avons eu une chambre propre. Le ménage n’est pas fait automatiquement durant votre séjour, vous devez le demander la veille pour le lendemain si vous le souhaitez. La kitchenette dispose de tout le nécessaire, un kit de bienvenu contenant éponge, liquide vaisselle, torchon etc.. vous est fourni. - Un masseur électrique pour pieds est fourni dans votre chambre, idéal au retour de balades. L’armoire est spacieuse, disposant de nombreux cintres. - La literie est confortable. - Il y a un nécessaire à thé et café dans la chambre. - Vous avez aussi de gel douche, shampoing et produit lavant pour les mains dans la salle de bain. - Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, la rue où se trouve l’hôtel est plutôt calme. - Le jardin est agréable, un chat appartenant à un atelier voisin s’y promène parfois. - Tout était très bien. • Mariia (8/5): - Исключительно замечательное расположение отеля позволяет удобно передвигаться по городу. Район вокруг очень приятный, живой, много кафе и магазинов. Отличный, приветливый персонал. Доброжелательные дамы на ресепшен очень нам помогли. Очень кстати была микро-кухня, мы варили кофе и завтракали в номере с большим удовольствием. Кровати очень удобные, розетки около изголовья. Для меня этот отель совершенно замечательный - останавливаюсь второй раз и надеюсь, что приеду еще. Мы попросили поменять номер, так как нам нужны были 2 отдельные кровати. К сожалению, номер с двумя кроватями был немножко уставший (а тот, от которого мы вынуждены были отказаться выглядел гораздо свежее). Надеюсь, что постепенно все номера отеля будут реновированы. Впрочем, это не сказалось на уровне комфорта, все было хорошо.

• Ada (10/5): exceptional - The staff were really welcoming, kind and helpful. The apartment is near to a metro station and restaurants. Also, it has a really beautiful garden. The room is really clean and comfortable; however, the kitchen area is a little bit small (difficult for 2 people to be there at the same time) but it was not a problem for us. Also, there is a foot massage device which was great after a long day in Barcelona. Everything was great, I will definitely stay again!!!

• Richard (10/5): - The reception staff at the Aparthotel Silver was professional, welcoming and helpful. In particular Celia always had great insights to share about visiting Barcelona and also engaged in friendly conversation. She even let me borrow an electrical power converter to charge up my phone and laptop throughout my stay. The support and engagement I received made it feel like I was regular visitor at the property, even though it was first time visiting Barcelona. Likewise it was convenient to have a small kitchen for cooking that was stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses, and a wine bottle. The property was conveniently accessible and located near many sites and had lots of nearby local eateries. Both the city and the hotel experience makes me want to return again in the future:) Sometimes late at night, sounds from the street would be come into the room.

Кухня была оборудована всем необходимым. Район Грасия, где находится отель, очень приличный (в отличие от Раваль), много небольших пекарен с хорошими ценами и вкусной выпечкой и кофе. Транспорт тут тоже очень доступный - советую пользоваться автобусами

We arrived hours before the check-in time but as soon as our room was ready (within minutes from arrival) - they allowed us to check in. Staff is wonderful, helpful and ready to provide orientation, suggestions or solve any issues that you may have. Reception is 24/7. Hotel is 100m away from Fontana metro station which was the biggest pro for us - metro is such a fast and easy way to go around the city; 3-5 min walk from restaurants and bars and 200m away from Casa Vicens Gaudi.

• ΡΟΔΟΥΛΑ (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, δίπλα σε στάση μετρό και κοντά στο κέντρο. Πολύ όμορφη γειτονιά με ζωντάνια και παλμό, αλλά ταυτόχρονα και ήσυχη περιοχή το βράδυ. Το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν όλοι τους άψογοι. Εξυπηρετικοί, ευγενικοί και πάντα με ένα χαμόγελο. Τους αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια! Δυστυχώς υπήρχε σοβαρή έλλειψη καθαριότητας. Παραλάβαμε το δωμάτιο όχι ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Με τρίχες και σκόνη από τους προηγούμενους παντού, στο πάτωμα , στο μπανιο. Οι πετσέτες ήταν παλιές και δε σου έβγαζαν αίσθηση καθαριότητας και φρεσκάδας. Σίγουρα χρειάζονται αντικατάσταση. Βασικά αυτό ήταν το μόνο που πραγματικά μας ενόχλησε η έλλειψη καθαριότητας. Επιπλέον, δεν είχε καθόλου καλή ηχομόνωση. Άκουγες τα πάντα από τα διπλανά δωμάτια. Αλλά τις βραδινές ώρες επικρατούσε ησυχία γενικά στο ξενοδοχειο, οπότε κοιμήθηκαμε μια χαρά.
• Justine (8/5): A lovely hotel. Perfectly located and wonderful staff. - The staff were wonderful - very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Great facilities in the hotel lobby and staff are always on hand to answer queries. The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk from a central Metro station. The room was very clean and it was great to have the kitchen facilities. The only issue we had was with the noise from other rooms. The walls between rooms seem to be very thin. We were woken up by other guests coughing in adjacent rooms and chairs being scraped across the floors. This seemed to happen nightly at 3am. Not great for light sleepers.

• michiko (8/5): 立地　サービス　非常に良い - お部屋が広い。 スーツケースも広げやすいし、テーブルと椅子があるので食事以外でも便利。シャワー室もロッカーも物を置きやすかった。 スタッフ皆感じが良い。

• Erick (5/5): Expensive, low value - The lobby is nice. The rate is pretty expensive and we don’t even get daily housekeeping or good breakfast. The rooms lack of soundproofing. The location is kinda far from city landmarks.
• ZlatyCa (8/5): - Soba s kuhinjo je bila udobna, čista. Hotel je blizu metro L3. Izjemno negativno me je presenetil hrup v hotelu. Stene so očitno kot iz papirja, saj se je prav vse slišalo iz sosednjih sob. Gostje pa se niso umirili niti do 4.00 zjutraj. To je edina negativna stvar, ki bi jo izpostavila.

• Candela (10/5): Excelente! - El apart tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Es completo, está limpio y organizado y tiene una muy buena ubicación en una zona tranquila pero bien conectada con todo ya que tiene una estación de metro a 2 cuadras. Nos quedamos en la habitación que da a la ciudad y tiene una linda vista y no es ruidosa ya que tiene doble ventana. Es la combinación perfecta entre la practicidad de un apartamento y el confort de un hotel. El personal es muy amable y atento. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas en lockers luego del check out, así como usar los baños. Muy recomendable Nada

• Wang (8/5): - 地理位置佳，靠近地鐵站，往市區或機場都很方便，步行幾分鐘就能抵達高第早期作品 Casa Vicens，早晨散步過去欣賞建築細節格外愜意。房間乾淨整潔，櫃檯人員親切友善，選擇含早餐的方案還有現榨果汁，為一天帶來美好的開始。 唯一的小缺點是隔音較不理想，但整體住宿體驗仍然不錯。

• ANASTASIOS (10/5): Απλά τέλειο - Ήταν ένα καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο. Είχα τα πάντα. Ήταν καθαρό, ανακαινισμενο. Το μπάνιο είχε τα πάντα μέσα. Δεν ήταν τεράστιο, αλλά ήταν αυτό που έπρεπε. Σε πολύ καλή περιοχή. Μόλις 100 μετά από στάση του μετρό [ γραμμή L3]. Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο. Γενικά μου άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις και σε πολύ καλή τιμή για Βαρκελώνη. Δεν το θεωρώ αρνητικό, όμως πρέπει να το αναφέρω. Για τον καθαρισμό του δωματίου, θα πρέπει να το ζητήσετε στην ρεσεψιόν. Όταν το κάνετε, την ίδια μέρα το καθαρίζουν. Το λέω και πάλι, δεν το θεωρώ αρνητικό, απλά το επισημαίνω

• Bożena (10/5): Ein tolles Aparthotel mit super Lage - Ein sehr nettes, ruhiges und sauberes Apartment mit Blick auf den Garten. Die Größe gerade gut für zwei Personen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wasserautomat steht zur Verfügung, also braucht man kein Mineralwasser zu kaufen. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr günstig, gleich an der Metrolinie 3. Das Stadtteil Gracia ist super. Viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants/Tapasbars in der Nähe. Die Dusche ist etwas eng, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Für uns war es kein wirklicher Nachteil.
• Ivan (9/5): - Останавливались в этом отеле уже второй раз. Прекрасный вариант для проживания в Барселоне. Метро близко, до центральной части вполне реально дойти пешком. В округе множество кафе и магазинчиков, район очень интересный и самобытный. Правда номер на этот раз был очень компактный (но зато с видом на улицу - в прошлый раз окно выходило во двор - колодец). В обоих случаях было тихо - улица практически без движения. Кофе из автомата в отеле, недешевый - но он сейчас вообще недешевый, к сожалению.

• Martin (9/5): Great place in a quiet street with easy metro access. - Bright, clean and stylish. Helpful staff and comfortable room. Luggage can be left in lockers on day of departure. Handy for the metro - only 100m away. No teabags in room (an English problem?) however they were available from reception when asked 😁
