- Julie (8/5): Defiantly recomend. Lovely location and staff more than accommodating - It was our anniversary. We paid extra for romantic package( fizz and fruit) Beautiful room, clean and beds very comfortable. Great location and staff were very friendly No kettle or ironing board until I asked. Only had coffee machine, one decaf and normal coffee pod with two expresso cups for two people. Probably would have given more but as we are tea drinkers, we didn’t need it. We brought our own tea and asked for mugs and milk each time.
- MÜGE (1/5): Hırsızlık için hiçbir güvenlik önlemi bulunmuyor - Sadece kahvaltısı iyiydi (only breakfast was good) Otelin lobisinde beklerken çantamız çalındı, otel yönetimi daha önce de böyle olayların olduğunu iletti ama öncesinde bununla ilgili bir uyarıda bulunmadılar. Otele giren çıkan kişilere yönelik bir güvenlik söz konusu değil, dışardan biri çok rahat girip yan koltuğunda oturup çantanı çalıp gidebiliyor. Ayrıca odaların konforu ve temizliği de ücretine göre çok kötü kalıyor.

- Jacoba Adriana (8/5): - Het zwembadje op het dak van het hotel, de lobby en de centrale locatie van het hotel. De wijk waarin het hotel staat, begint wel een beetje te verloederen. Het personeel van de bar is nogal laks en ongeïnteresseerd. Je moet zelf vijf trappen af om handdoeken te halen bij de receptie. Dat kan natuurlijk anders. Onze driepersoonskamer was veel te krap. Na de eerst nacht iets van gezegd en daarna heeft het hotel ons meteen een andere, veel ruimere kamer gegeven. Ook viel de elektriciteit uit. Van half zeven tot half één. ‘s Avonds. In het hele hotel. Dat was erg behelpen met een zaklampje. Er werd op straat keihard een uurtje gedrild en werd het lek gevonden. Toen konden we allemaal eindelijk gaan slapen.

Отличное расположение отеля, рядом готический квартал и порт с отличными ресторанами и прогулочными судами. Прекрасный персонал, хороший интернет. Вкусные завтраки- много мясной нарезки, сыра, овощей. Большое спасибо за всё. Район оказался не самый идеальный, так мне потом сказали, НО ПО факту все было спокойно и безопасно.

The room temperature was hard to get comfortable as it was too warm without ac but temp control on ac didn’t respond well and was too cold at anything below 25C. The outdoor temperature was perfect all week an average 20 C so I can’t imagine how hot the room temperature would be when the summer heat comes. The bed wasn’t horrible but not really comfortable either.

- cplsctn (6/5): We fell in love with Barcelona once again - Perhaps I should start with the positives: fabulous location, room was spacious, clean, very nice and some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were some negatives: on arrival albeit early (08.00) we were informed basically that we should go and sight see as our room would not be available til around 2pm as stated in our booking information by an officious staff member, who could take a few lessons in how to make guests feel welcome on their arrival. I found it surprising that we also had to pay for the lockers to store our suitcases whilst we went out. Breakfast was included which was quite an experience, to say the least. The atmosphere in the dining area was dreadful due to what appeared to be the manager who was quite unnecessarily overbearing and unpleasant the to the waiting staff, who were very attentive and pleasant to the guests. Although shiny and friendly on the surface, this hotel had undertones of unhappy guests and staff. Wouldn't stay there again sadly, as it could be so much better with the right management.

Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker Das Zimmer war ein Standardzimmer, welches zur Übernachtung ausreichend groß ist, wenn man tagsüber nur unterwegs ist, wie wir es waren. Badezimmer ist geräumig
