- OnAir150088 (8/5): Paris boutique hotel - great location - The hotel is lovely and beautifully appointed. The rooms are small but decorated nicely with the small space used efficiently. The staff was very nice and service was excellent. There is a spa which hotel guests can use that had a small pool, hot tub, dry sauna and steam room. The location was perfect for us; close to landmarks, great shopping and a lot of restaurants nearby. We dined in the hotel restaurant one evening for dinner and the food was fantastic. The only problem with my stay is that the room had no air flow or ventilation . I reported to the front desk after the first night. At first they told me that the thermostats are locked and they have to adjust which is strange that a guest cannot change their own air conditioning. I never had air for 5 nights which was suffocating. I reported to front desk 3 times and it was never resolved which would be the only reason I don’t stay again. Safe in room did not operate so was unusable.

Staff were super helpful and spoke fantastic English. They recommended restaurants for us to try and we also ate in the hotel for breakfast plus lunch/dinner. The food and drinks were really good. Our room was junior suite and beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Paris.

- 844elissac (10/5): Best Paris Hotel!!! - I have stayed In the La Demeure Montaigne hotel more than ten times. It is the only hotel I will stay in while I am in Paris. It has become my true home in Paris. It is a perfect hotel in every way--it is located in the prestigious Golden Triangle--very close to the best shopping, restaurants and monuments. The hotel is the perfect size--large enough to offer every amenity (a gym, indoor pool, spa, bar, restaurant)--but small enough to offer the best personalized attention. Everyone at the hotel knows me by my name, and they make an effort to greet me personally every time they see me, which makes my stay there so beautiful and special. The rooms are cleaned to perfection twice each day. The bedding and towels are sumptuous and luxurious, The rooms are decorated to perfection and are large and spacious with gorgeous French windows, and beautiful decorations, Each room also has a refrigerator, large mirrors, a large bathroom, coffee machine, large closet, and many other well thought of amenities that make your stay easy and comfortable. You will absolutely love this hotel!!!!! I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else !!!!!

- candisa12 (10/5): Amazing - I was in Paris for the weekend with my friend for a girls trip and we decided to have spa treatments here. The staff were so wonderful and didn’t rush us out after our treatments were done. They offered us a range of facilities which was unexpected as we weren’t staying in the hotel.
- FirstClass_ID (6/5): Not 5 star level yet, maybe in the future. - Good location and clean rooms, however, some of the younger staff need to be trained better. Concierge and front desk staff rarely says hi or bonjour when we walked past, they would just pretend not to look at us. This is not the level of a 5 star hotel that this hotel claims to be. The gym is another bad thing about this hotel, its pathetic. The equipments are minimal, you can't really do much workout. Tips to the management: Please fix the automatic door at the entrance, that thing is making noise every time it opens and closes and the rooms above can hear the "hum" every time it moves. The noise was disturbing our sleep. You need to find a quieter mechanical motor for the auto door.

- jenniferrO6678LQ (10/5): Our Honeymoon first stop - Loved every minute of this stay. When we arrived, Arturo made us feel at home. We had to wait a bit for the room due to our early arrival, but it was no big deal. We then were taken to our lovely room. It had a balcony with street view and was clean. We can't complain. It was perfect. Especially close to the attractions we wanted to see.
- JodiAnne1 (10/5): Perfection near the Champs Elysees - There is nothing quite like Paris, but it can be absolutely enhanced by a great hotel in a great location. I thoroughly enjoyed Paris all the more because of this hotel! We had a deluxe double with a balcony room. Every amenity was covered, even art books in the room. The tv was hidden in the mirror. The curtains were black-out, the bed was plush, comfy and beautiful, the bathroom was gorgeous with a bath to relax in at the end of the day. Great plug combos and USB points next to the bed. The furniture (mostly Roche Bobois) and decor details were layered and beautiful. The staff was attentive and nothing was too much effort. They anticipated our every need. Turn-down service was never missed with delicious chocolate covered marshmallows. The rooms and public areas were spotless and looked pristine. The iced tea and sweeties at the entrance were a lovely touch. There were great restaurants within walking distance (Relais d’Le Entrecôte, Substance, Moka for breakfast), as well as the Champs Elysees, the Dior Gallerie and great coffee at Parallel Coffee. The area was however missing a great Boulanger for a fresh morning pastry. I’ll forgive that. The metro station is a stone’s throw away making both the Right and Left Bank very accessible. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

All the goodies they left for the children and all the Parisian chocolates really made us feel so welcomed immediately. The room was incredibly well situated for a family of four to enjoy so comfortably and it was immaculately clean, something for me that is so important. And the concierge team and the entire staff were not only so lovely and welcoming but also so helpful with any requests and reservations. And the area was wonderful, close to the Eiffel Tower but nice and quiet when you returned. I will now always stay in this hotel because it truly made our stay so much better. Every night we couldn’t wait to come home and every morning we could wait to wake up in it. So thank you so much, the attention to detail was so appreciated, and made it the perfect home away from home.

Since my wife and I are traveling with our 8-y/o son, we booked an “Appartement Montaigne” for some extra space. From our arrival greeting to the room to the daily breakfasts to the service and smiles from the staff, our stay has been beyond flawless. No detail has been overlooked. An arrival gift and small robe were waiting for our son in the gorgeous and recently renovated suite, and the staff has repeatedly gone the extra mile to ensure our stay has been enjoyable. We’ve stayed at many luxury chains, but this boutique hotel is truly a gem, and we look forward to returning.

I let the hotel know that this would be my son's first trip to Paris and they went above and beyond to make it special. The room was ready upon arrival and it had a special little welcome gift for him. I am so incredibly grateful for the care the hotel put into preparing for our stay. I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else. Location is amazing, rooms are superb and the view from the balcony magnificent. Can't even begin to talk about the spa - out of this world! - ranawazni (8/5): Chic, Cozy, and Exceptionally Well-Located! - We tried several hotels in Paris before discovering this chic, cozy gem and it’s truly one of the best! The location is fantastic, and the design is both stylish and smart, making great use of every corner so it never feels cramped. The staff is top-notch from the concierge and receptionists to the housekeeping team, everyone is professional and genuinely helpful. The only downside was an unwelcoming waiter on the first morning of my last stay, which honestly made me skip breakfast the next day. I prefer to start my day on a positive note, especially when on vacation and spending good money. That said, everything else was wonderful. I already have a four-night stay booked for August, and I’m really looking forward to trying out the spa and gym!

- Yiting6125 (6/5): Luxurious environment, but a disappointing lack of professionalism in handling issues after mistakes were made. - The hotel itself is stunning, featuring luxurious fittings and bedding, and many of the staff members were warm and welcoming. However, our overall experience was unfortunately marred by the laundry service. We decided to send my husband’s clothes along with a scarf he had bought me as an anniversary gift for laundry, as he had run out of clean clothes and I was eager to wear the special gift during our trip before flying home. According to the laundry form, items sent before 10 AM would be returned by 6 PM the same day. We arranged for the concierge to collect the clothes around 8 AM before we left the hotel. However, when we returned after 7 PM, the clothes had still not been returned. Despite multiple calls to the concierge requesting the return of our items before our departure the next morning, we received cold responses indicating they needed to check with housekeeping, yet no follow-up was made until we called again. After 5-6 calls and growing increasingly frustrated, I had to firmly demand that the clothes be returned before they took the matter seriously. When we finally received our laundry the following day, I discovered that the scarf had been damaged. This was particularly distressing as it was a brand-new scarf purchased specifically for our special occasion. The hotel’s proposed resolution was to repair the scarf and send it to us since it will not be in time before we depart home. It was not after 3 weeks before receiving it back in my home country (missing out unit number) and it is clear that the scarf is not restored to its original, like-new condition. This outcome is unacceptable at all and the manager told me that they have already done what they can. i mean if you know that it will not be able to be fix as per what the scarf was sent, you should probably replaced it with a new one (i had even given the proof of purchase). Definitely not deserving the 5 star and how much they charge per night.
- W1046DZlisac (10/5): Wonderful Stay - 3 couples on vacation, and 1 had stayed at this hotel before and now I know why. Lovely staff, beautiful hotel, clean, good location / district. The concierge assisted with restaurant recommendations that were fabulous. We were there during Frances win of world cup, and city went crazy/ excited, hence 1 of our reservations was canceled last minute and the concierge worked hard at getting us into another restaurant that did stay open .. which was very good and close by! I would stay here again most definately.

The décor is tasteful and elegant, reflecting classic Parisian charm with a modern touch. The highlight was the serene pool area — a calming haven tucked away in the heart of Paris. A truly relaxing and refined stay.

- chazzymom (6/5): The bloom is off the rose - I stayed here in summer 2024 and couldn’t find fault with it. The service, the room we had, breakfast, all were exceptional. So much that I didn’t want to stay anywhere else in 2025. This year was a different story. The service was off, mistakes made by the front desk, ignoring requests, aloof bartender, breakfast timing was terrible (didn’t get coffee til done with meal), room was dark and hot (junior suite on top floor), ignored requests to change the thermometer timer, and just overall would never have written the review that I did in 2024. Of course at check out I spoke to the manager who asked me to email her to make sure she addressed things. Not only did she not reply to my email, but she didn’t reply to my second email asking if she’d even received my first one. (And yes I checked my spam. No reply). Something has changed here since 2024 and I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next stay in Paris.

- Doublevs (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - My wife and I enjoyed a (7) night stay. Very clean, modern and friendly staff. The central location to many of the popular sites was a prime factor in choosing this hotel. As it turns out there are many many cafes, restaurants and shops in easy walking distance as well. If we were to return to Paris we'll very likely stay here again!

- Virginia (8/5): - My number one priority in hotels is quiet - and the hotel has some very quiet rooms, far from street noise, elevators, etc. I've stayed more than once here and come back for the quiet. Overall it is an excellent place to stay, with a fabulous location with convenient walkable access to shops and restaurants - and the front desk staff and concierge are excellent. But there are a few rough edges - housekeeping had issues (i.e. took away used towels, and one of the bathrobes and didn't replace them); coffee is provided in the room but the capsules don't identify regular versus decaf; and the coffee provision doesn't automatically include sugar and creamer. It is not clear from the room how to contact the front desk by phone, resulting in walking down to ask how to contact the front desk. And the light switches are very cryptic. You basically have to flick switches in various directions and hold them down or flick them quickly - so getting the desired results required continual experimenting and some frustration. (i.e. bathroom lights - on-off-switch - relatively straightforward - but bathroom mirror lights? puzzling.) None of these were major issues and all could be remedied, but the point is, there were some rough edges which I did not expect in a 5-star hotel. The location, front desk staff and quiet were all "5 star" but in other aspects there were a number of minor issues.
- 844elissac (10/5): SUPERB in every way - I’ve lost count of how many times I have stayed at La Demeure. It has truly become my home away from home in Paris. I love this hotel so much…. I would not dream of staying anywhere else. If are looking for the perfect boutique hotel with a stunning lobby, a beautiful pool and fitness center, immaculate rooms, and impeccable service, this is the hotel for you. The concierge services are unmatched. The staff is always ready to help you with a smile. They will learn your name and address you personally every time they see you. The entire staff will make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are cleaned to perfection two times each day. Each room has plush towels and a bed so delicious you feel as if you are floating on clouds. Every detail is thought of and perfected. The location is unmatched and walking distance to many Parisian landmarks, cafés, restaurants, and the best shopping in Paris. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is truly superb. Book early before they sell out !
- gareth_thomas80 (8/5): Very welcoming and great stay - Staff were very welcoming and room was clean and well equipped. The quietest room we have had with no noise from any neighbours. Bar staff friendly and soon corrected any errors in order. Restaurant served good meals but portions small for the price and service not as smooth was you would expect. Only a couple of small things did not go to plan (requested extra still water, but none provided and turndown service not completed on our last night), but otherwise a great stay and by far minor issues. Bed was just a bit too hard for our liking. We would return as we had a great stay.

When we first came, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work, but the staff immediately upgraded us to another room and made sure that the air conditioning worked perfectly. the room was excellent – it was clean, beautiful, and spacious. It was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at! The amenities in the room were also great. The hotel restaurant is fantastic – at various times during our week long stay, we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel. All the meals were prepared with care and using the best ingredients. The lobby area has many wonderful places to sit, and the pool/spa area is fantastic. They have a wonderful sauna, and steam room (which was being serviced while we were there so we did not get to use it unfortunately). The location of the hotel is also amazing – it is very safe and in a very luxurious part of town. We were a short walk from many attractions, and also very close to the metro. There are many wonderful shops around the hotel, as well as fantastic places to eat. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I would recommend it to anybody, and we will definitely be staying there again when we visit Paris next time.

- victoriapE8728UE (10/5): A wonderful hotel in a wonderful area of Paris - We had 3 wonderful nights at Hotel La Demeure Montaigne celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The room (with a balcony looking out onto the street) was fabulous- tastefully decorated, very comfortable and spacious. The staff were so courteous and amenable. The attention to detail by staff was also excellent. For example, the concierge staff were so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and transport options; housekeeping created a beautiful presentation in our room of candles and rose petals to mark our anniversary. What a lovely surprise to return to at the end of a fabulous evening enjoying the sites of Paris! We found the hotel location, in a particularly gorgeous part of Paris, was a great base for walking or metro trips to other siteseeing in Paris. The pool (with hot tub) / sauna area is a great place to start or end your day of sightseeing- really clean and wonderfully relaxing.We also enjoyed drinks in the bar, in particular the Hotel's own champagne! The handmade sweets, available in the foyer, are also a lovely touch. On our next trip, we will definitely ensure we have enough time to enjoy a treatment in the spa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be recommending Hotel La Demeure Montaigne to our friends and family.
- Jennifer (10/5): Stunning and comfortable with A+ service and food - Everything about this hotel was spectacular. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite with our two children; it was huge and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beautiful flowers and delicious treats upon arrival and thoughtful touches for the kids - stuffed ducks, smaller robes and slippers, colored pencils with activity book, and specialized toiletries. The food was spectacular and the service was spot on. Will definitely be coming back.

- Jenny (10/5): Lovely Hotel - First time in Paris. I mentioned my husband and I were celebrating a special occasion and the room was beautifully decorated upon arrival. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Good location as we walked to most of our interests, the service, the nightly nightcap at the bar to relax before turning in for the night, and of course the aesthetically beautiful interior and exterior.
- Zoë (10/5): - My husband and I spent 5 nights at Demeure Montaigne in early December 2024 to celebrate our milestone birthdays. We were thrilled with our choice of hotel. Every member of staff, from reception, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant/bar and spa were universally friendly, helpful, excellent. The hotel, and particularly our room, was spotlessly clean; the room was cleaned daily, but an additional turn down service was made each evening. The location is excellent for the Champs Elysée and all it offers (5 minute walk), but many of the other tourist spots are within a half hour walk. And, the metro is an 8 minute walk away (Franklyn D Roosevelt) which has 2 of the main metro lines. The staff sent us cards on our birthdays and decorated the room with balloons which was a lovely gesture and we were very touched. The bar and restaurant are stylish and offer both formal dining and snacks, both of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed. We treated ourselves to massages in the spa, and again were impressed with the service from the therapists. I think the only negative in the whole stay was when we ordered a cappuccino to drink in the lobby and it was just like hot milk. The Parisians do coffee so well, it was a bit of a shock, so perhaps worth improving. But, this was a trip to celebrate big birthdays, so I suppose we had high expectations... Demeure Montaigne exceeded them and played a huge part in us thoroughly enjoying our Parisian stay.

Night staff member claimed that he could not address any issues. Bathroom (tiny) was a separate room from shower (beautiful ). Although picture shows deluxe room with large bath they did not have any such rooms at 1:00 pm when we checked in. Deluxe room (highest category below suite) was tiny. Could not separate twin beds. Again, concierge tried to compensate for staff inadequacy but this seems to be a basic management problem. Gym facilities are extremely limited. Nice pool table in lobby.
