Große geräumige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. nur wenige hundert Meter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Perfekter geräumiger Parkplatz mit einfacher Einfahrt (auch für Sportwagen geeignet). Gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet. war etwas kalt im Hotel, sowohl in den Zimmern (keine Heizmöglichkeit Einstellung gefunden) als auch im Frühstücksraum

Az épületnek és a szobáknak volt egy jellegzetes, erős és kellemetlen dohos szaga, amit az ágynemű is bevett és emiatt a tisztaságérzetem is csökkent. A fürdőnek sem olyan volt az állapota, mint ahogy a fotók mutatták.

- Harald (8/5): Bemühtes Personal und gutes Frühstück – Hotel insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig - Sehr freundliches, junges Personal, das sich sichtbar bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional.Die Betten komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ gut, mit ausreichender Auswahl und insgesamt tadellos. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel – sehr praktisch. Das Hotel erreicht aus meiner Sicht keinen echten 4-Sterne-Standard. Die Einrichtung ist deutlich veraltet, mit dunklen, teilweise muffig wirkenden Gängen und insgesamt wenig einladender Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber schmucklos und wirken lieblos eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Auch der Ort San Donà di Piave selbst bietet wenig Charme und trägt nicht zu einem angenehmen Gesamteindruck bei.

- Utéceene (7/5): - Hotel confortable. Chambre spacieuse. Au petit déjeuner, un jeune homme m'a demandé froidement mon numéro de chambre et depuis il a disparu. Je ne l'ai plus revu. Personne ne m'a demandé ce que je voulais comme café ! Il n'y avait personne ! J'ai pris un café à la machine et laissé les cartes sur le comptoir d'accueil en partant ! Le chauffage à fond. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et pas possible de baisser. C'est centralisé.

- Giovagnoli (9/5): Avrei dato 10, ma un errore di pagamento segnalato dopo la partenza ha rovinato l’esperienza. - Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la distanza comoda rispetto all’outlet di Noventa e per il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo rispetto alle strutture din zona, soprattutto perché è pet-friendly a pagamento. Parcheggio gratuito nel parcheggio dell’hotel. Avrei dato un voto 10 se non fossi stata contattata telefonicamente dopo la partenza per dirmi che, nonostante la sera prima della partenza avessi pagato con la carta fisica l’intero importo del soggiorno per due camere, così come i consumi del bar dell’hotel, ricevendo anche lo scontrino fiscale, loro avessero commesso un errore e in realtà avessero incassato solo una notte. In seguito alle verifiche che ho effettuato, i soldi risultano invece regolarmente addebitati su Revolut nel momento in cui ho effettuato il pagamento. La sera del pagamento erano presenti due ragazze alla reception, che avevano qualche difficoltà nel processare correttamente il pagamento tramite POS.
