• Emma (1/5): - The only decent thing I can say about this property is that it was relatively clean in the room we were given but don’t let that be a reason that you choose to book here. Please go anywhere else but here. I can’t even begin to describe how terrible our experience was here. During our stay, a staff member repeatedly entered our room without knocking, warning, apologising, or explanation, including forcing entry at around 1am while we were asleep. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable and frightening hotel experiences I’ve ever had, it was extremely unsettling and there is not a single explanation for the seriousness of what occurred. To make matters even worse, an expensive personal belonging worth £100 went missing from our room, which I have to say is not surprising after the repeated unauthorised access we experienced during this stay. What is most shocking is the complete lack of professionalism, privacy, and basic respect shown towards guests, especially considering how much we paid to stay here. No guest should ever have to feel unsafe in their accommodation but we felt unsafe, uncomfortable and simply could not wait to get out of there. I would absolutely not stay here again and would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking. In my opinion it is not worth going for the cheapest option (which is not even cheap at all might I add) and experiencing the severe lack of safety, privacy and comfort that we did.

• Susana (5/5): Pudo estar mejor, la relación precio - calidad no es la adecuada. - La ubicación , justo frente a la parada del bus , pasa el directo desde el aeropuerto (bus 41) Tuvimos un problema con el WC , se despegó del piso y se inundó la habitación, pedí cambio y me dijeron que no, que sería una reparación menor y que limpiarían la habitación, solo repararon el problema pero no hubo limpieza profunda del área, por lo que se mantenía el olor en la habitación

• Norman and Mary Jane (6/5): Convenient and clean but minimal amenities for the price. - Location was close to where we needed to be the next day. The hotel was clean and check in and out was good. We didn’t have much choice in booking the hotel due to booking.com’s cancellation of our first choice less than 48 hours. This place wasn’t in our budget either. The temperature control of the shower was difficult. Potentially a person could get scalded easily. No shelf in bathroom to place items. No shower mat. We stayed in Room 221 btw.

Camera al terzo piano senza ascensore. Prenotazione confermata ma per l'orario di arrivo non garantiano presenza. Infinite chiamate alla reception che non risponde (neanche a Booking rispondono) quindi panico totale! Camera sporca! Su 4 notti una sola volta eseguita pulizia eppure richiesta ogni giorno! (La foto è del sotto lenzuolo) Finestra senza tapparelle, presente una tenda doppia che però permetteva al sole di entrare, risultato: sveglia alle 6:00
• Emilia (9/5): Napewno wrócę tam znowu - Obsługa, lokalizacja, wszystko bardzo fajne. Wygodne łóżka, czysta łazienka. Okno. Jasne światło. Polecam. 24/7 obsługa która otwiera główne drzwi:) Jak zaparzyłam sobie wodę w czajniku na herbatę rano to zauważyłam że wszystkie kupki są brudne z kawy, wogole nie dotknięte po poprzednich klientach. Też czuć było chemicals jak się weszło do pokoju ale po chwili już przeszło. Też trochę zimno, nie umiałam załączyć grzejnika ale też nie sprawiało nam to za dużo problemu. Za taką cenę to nawet nie będę narzekać. Napewno wrócę :)

• Naziha (5/5): Eenvoudige kamer in levendige, rauwe stadswijk - Locatie is goed. Nabij het centrum. Het is gelegen in een kansarme wijk. Veel drankverslaafden of daklozen in de wijk. Niet ideaal om met jonge kinderen te doen. Vlakbij een supermarkt aanwezig De lidl, maar komen veel drankverslaafde. Binnen en voelt daardoor wat onveilig. De kamer op zich was zeker oké. Wel erg gehorig wanneer iemand een douche neemt. Het putje in de douche stonk ook erg. Dit heel de dag door. Wanneer je de deur van de badkamer open laat , ruikt heel je kamer naar het putje.

• Evans (1/5): we never got past the reception and still the purple chairs were covered in white paint or past - We booked this hotel in the evening of the stay around 17:00 and the booking was confirmed on the app following with confirmation emails and receipt emails and payment was taken. The check in shown on the app was 14:00 to 00:00 so in reaction to the confirmation email we booked flights to return to the Uk from Dublin the following day. We then arrived to go check in at the hotel and when we arrived we spoke to the worker at the desk who proceeded to claim that there is no transaction and no booking under my name and therefore could not give me a room. After showing every piece of evidence possible he proceeded to speak over us and shut down everything we had to say and provided no help or insight into any help we could get. We then waited another hour and came back and he was still rude and blankfaced. Whatever error has occurred between yourselves and this hotel has cost us £100 in flights, we could not stay in Dublin long enough to depart on and a hotel that yourselves have let us book but we have not been able to check into with no existing booking with a hotel you are in association and partnership with.

• Tye (3/5): - Location was central, easy access despite being a dodgy street. Reception service was poor, we had a (very minor) blood related injury that required a change of bedsheets, and the reception was very rude and snapped at us. The bathroom smelt like sewage the entire duration of our stay, we had to keep the windows open the whole day to reduce the smell and it barely made in impact. Mould and dirt all over the walls as well, wasn't a very clean place. The water pressure was fluctuating too, turned the shower on and it immediately shot out boiling water despite being on the low setting and burnt me. For €500 I expected a lot more, this was severely overpriced and not worth being that high.

• Jayran (7/5): Great base for exploring city and access to public transport - The location was absolutely fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing support and help. The 24 hour reception was an extra bonus and our room was large with comfy beds and anemities provided. It was very noisy in the night and morning, the doors were very loud when it closed and we could hear when other guest and cleaners were going up and down stairs. The water in our room was cold and the drain seemed a little blocked in our shower.
• Ilia Khomchenko (9/5): Overall, the place is a great deal for this money! - I absolutely love the location of the hotel, although there are some folks to watch out for. Nevertheless, the rooms are nice, clean, and cozy. The shoer and bathroom function well, including hot water and a lack of leakage. Regaring the WiFi, I have no problems with it. If the ram had a fridge, it would be great, so people can buy some milk or yogurts and store it there.

A padló nagyon hangosan recseg. Sajnos mi kifogtunk egy fura felső “szomszédot”, aki egész éjjel fel-alá mászkált, emiatt aludni nem sokat tudtunk.

Great location in Dublin city centre along a well trafficked road, which makes it feel safe walking back to late at night as a solo traveller. No blackout curtains and no blind/curtain on the bathroom window.

No lights above bed, only a bright one above. There were no chairs and no mat in bathroom, needed as the floor was quite slippery.

The location was perfect — very central and only a 5 minute walk from the bus station, which made everything so handy. The staff were all so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Any extra bits we needed, the staff were more than happy to help with. Nothing everything was perfect!!

• giuliafarcinto (10/5): soggiorno perfetto - soggiorno perfetto. la camera era nuova, spaziosa e silenziosa, i letti e i cuscini comodi, la reception sempre aperta (utile per noi che siamo arrivati alle tre di notte), fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto esattamente davanti alla porta della struttura, personale gentile e disponibile. abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in deposito. in camera era presente il bollitore con the e latte e l'adattatore per la presa. tutto pulitissimo e ben curato. l'albergo è vicino al centro, a numerosi supermercati e locali e al punto di partenza dei numerosi tour giornalieri rimanendo cmq in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Complimenti!!! assolutamente niente

Todo nuevo: pintura, baños, cafetera, etc. Que la habitación no tuviera calefacción. Pero lo solucionaron cambiandonos a otra. Escaleras muy empinadas. Están alfombradas. Tener en cuenta por las valijas. Uno de los días no nos hicieron la habitación.
