Deborah (10/5): Comfortable, well-located boutique hotel in the best location - The location could not be better. It’s in the 1st arrondissement which makes it ideal to walk in the best parts of Paris like Le Marais. Lots of shopping around and good restaurants and cafes and the metro Chatelet steps away. I loved how peaceful it is and a good right sleep in a quiet hotel is a moat after walking all day. The bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than other hotels I’ve stayed. The bathroom is small but you have everything you need including Fragonard products as toiletries. The person who checked me in was Victoria ( I believe her name was) she was nice and professional. The street smelled like urine, but other than that, nothing else.

Emplacement proche de l'ile Saint Louis et petit déjeuner diversifié et copieux. Personnel agréable. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Il n'était pas possible de régler la température (trop chaude) de l'eau de la douche... J'ai essayé de mettre la climatisation car j'ai eu un peu froid la nuit mais elle soufflait de l'air froid ? Une vérification serait utile. Un peu de bruit dans la rue le soir mais tant au 6° cela ne m'a pas empêchée de dormir.

Hanna (6/5): - Good location The reception experience felt less welcoming than expected, and at times it gave the impression that guests were not a priority. Early check-in was not possible, even by one hour, and the message was given very firmly without any attempt to offer an alternative or show flexibility. Luggage storage was also handled in a very self-service way, with no proper check of who left or collected which bag, which felt unprofessional and unsafe. I had to carry on my laptop to ensure it is safe. Overall, the approach at reception felt somewhat impersonal and not particularly guest-oriented. The room was quite small, and the lighting in both the room and bathroom could be improved. Cleaning was generally fine, though the towel service seemed inconsistent at times. The street itself full of homeless people and smell really bad outside

They had breakfast in the morning which was okay, but expensive for what it was. The bathroom had a sit down shower which wasn’t great, but Other than a little mold in the bathroom, it was clean. Ingunn (7/5): Sentralt og bra - Fin beliggenhet, veldig sentralt med café, restauranter, T-bane, tog og severdigheter innen gåavstand. Myke gode håndkle. Godt renhold, senger ble redd opp hver dag og håndkle byttet. Kaffemaskin og vannkoker på rommet. Det ble fylt opp med kaffe hver dag. Hard seng og en felles dyne. Noe bråk fra gata (i første etasje). Dusjhodet kunne ikke plasseres i holder på veggen, så vi måtte holde den i hånda under dusjing.

cathydZ6405IR (10/5): Great room & location - We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of March. It was my wife and I, and our 16 year old son. The room description was double sofa bed and double bed however we got a double bed and bunk beds which was great. We thought the location was perfect. It is on the boarder of Le Marias and Les Halles. Walking distances to the Louvre, Notre Dame and the wonderful restaurants in Le Marias. It was also very close to a metro station that had lines to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and a good size. Our son loved the bunkbeds because he could sleep on top and have his luggage on the bottom bed. The bathroom was a good size but had a bathtub with a shower head, not a stand up shower. It was the only negative about the hotel and really it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom had a glass door that was frosted. We were worried about privacy at first but it was fine and you could not see through it. There was a door between the area with the bunkbeds and main bedroom area which provided nice privacy when changing and getting ready. We could hear a lot of the evening street noise even with the windows closed but it wasn't too bad. We would stay here again if visiting Paris!
998jennmas (10/5): Great hotel for fist timers - Excellent place to stay if you’re looking for an easy way to get around and visit monuments. Located close to the metro and we only had to take one line to all of our places we visited.
Louise (6/5): I would stay here again for a short trip as it was good value, clean and in a good location. For a longer trip I would g - It was very clean and the location was excellent. We had a quiet peaceful night sleep. The rooms are very tiny and the bathroom is just frosted glass panels in the room so can partly see through. The shower was extremely hot and we couldn’t find a way to turn it down. The window in our room wouldn’t close properly it seemed to be broken.

giorgiodacassina (8/5): a good 3 star hotel in the centre - Quiet and clean hotel in the centre, near Chatelet. Rooms are rather small, but not so small as most of other hotels of this category in Paris. Tea and coffee machines are available, with tea and coffee too. The street is not very attractive (dirty), but it is very short and you get out in seconds. A nearby bakery has the best pain au chocolate and other excellent pastries.

Я заранее забронировала отель, оплатили через букинг. по приезду нас не заселяли так как сказали у вас нет оплаты. хотя ваучер и чеки мы показали, так как было уже поздно и дети устали пришлось оплачивать снова, Сейчас пишу им вообще игнорят и не отвечают. Хотя до заселения писали каждый день. Будьте осторожны недобросовестные сотрудники

Dávid (6/5): Jó helyen, a célnak megfelel. - Jó elhelyezkedés. Szállásnak megfelel. Zuhanyzó kicsi, nehézkes víz beállítással. Éjjel valami folyamatos zúgó hangot adott. Nem túl hangos, de ha nem vagy elég fáradt, akkor zavaró is lehet.
Leda (9/5): - Personal 24 horas, limpieza de las habitaciones, funcionalidad. Agua de cortesía a diario. Ducha caliente tipo escosesa buenísima. Calefacción super silenciosa. Volveré. Falta alguna silla más o lugar donde apoyar cosas, solo hay una silla y al ser espacio reducido no es cómodo con maletas. Las 2ccamas individusles estàn pegadas y no pueden moverse por falta de espacio. Como es una zona céntrica, se escuchan los gritos de la calle, sólo si tienes sueño liviano. Podría ser un poco más económico.

Anastasia Malliou (10/5): VFM hotel - perfect for solo travelers - I was looking for a room in the center of Paris to rest and relax and I chose the standard for the double bed. As a solo traveler the hotel and the room itself covered my simple needs. The area is great, very close to Notre Dame and Louvre museum and next to the bus station, train and metro (it was good to know that I could admire the Eiffel tower as late as I wanted without having to worry about how to get back to the hotel). The staff was very polite and provided all the major information. My room was on the 6th floor, my only view was the rooftops of Paris from my window (no balcony which I didn't mind), air conditioner (I was setting the temperature), table and chair, a kettle and Nespresso machine (with variety of tea bags and coffee capsules), a small safe and small fridge hidden inside cupboards, iron, hangers, bathrobe, amenities kit in the bathroom, hotel slippers and new towels everyday plus they always made my bed and I think they replaced the sheets after a couple of days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! 1. I.found dust under the bed (nothing to worry about thought) 2. Some nights there were people screaming outside on the street which was scary

Οταν φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο ήταν παγωμένο, θα έπρεπε να έχει καλή θερμοκρασία εφόσον θα μας υποδεχόντουσαν. Το καλοριφέρ έκανε θόρυβο σαν να έτρεχε νερό. Δεν είχε παντόφλες μια χρήση , αναγκαστήκαμε να ζητήσουμε και μας έδωσαν .

Tram (5/5): - For me the price was high compare to the over all facilities and services. Moreover, I have booked a crib for my 18 month daughter, but they did not check the booking and of course no crib was ready. At first, the receptionist told me that I did not book, then she checked the booking again and she saw it was there, she just said sorry that her colleague did not see and they did not have any crib available now. If someone has a small child like that will understand how inconvenient if you have your child in the bed without any protection. That means whole night we couldn't sleep well because we were worry that the child could fall from the bed.
