Room was always clean, nice coffee machine and tea kettle in the room including mineral water. I had everything I needed shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion and soap by L’Occitane. Shower worked perfectly, hot and cold water, water power was excellent! Great location, all main sights are in walking distance. Great and delicious breakfast

- Almira (10/5): This is the best hotel! - A wonderful hotel in the center of Paris, with all the world's cultural treasures within walking distance. A wonderful, spacious room. Daily cleaning, unlimited drinking water, and daily refills of L'Occitane skincare products. The reception staff was incredibly attentive. I'd especially like to thank Stephanie (if I remember her name correctly) at reception, as well as David and everyone else; everyone was so attentive and kind. Special thanks to the restaurant staff during breakfast, Anastasia and Daniela, for their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism! The breakfasts were plentiful with a wonderful selection to suit every taste. I'd also like to thank the housekeeping staff in the room; you're the best! Evgenia and Yulia. I really want to return to delightful Paris in the future and, of course, stay at the Etats Unis Opera Hotel. Everything was great!

Pero me guardaron las maletas, me mandaron un mensaje cuando la habitación estuvo lista y subieron las maletas a la habitación. Para cuando llegué de nuevo, ya estaba todo listo. La forma como estaba la protección de la ducha hacía que mucha agua salpicara al exterior, mojando el piso, lo cual lo hacía peligroso para una persona mayor.

As camas são confortáveis mas muito estreitas, poderiam ser um pouco mais largas. Alguns dias, acho que domingo e 2a feira, não há serviço de bar/lanche à noite. Você se vê obrigado a sair se precisar comer alguma coisa.
