- ANGELO (10/5): Voltarei a reservar, sem dúvida. - O hotel todo é lindo, muito charmoso, limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é excelente, bem variado e com horário estendido. Nosso quarto era muito confortável, limpeza impecável, camas muito confortáveis, chuveiro excelente. O hotel fica em uma localização muito privilegiada, bem próximo à Champs Ellysées. Há farmácias, mercados e bons restaurantes muito próximos. Por fim, só enfatizar que o atendimento chamou muito a atenção, foi excepcional. Todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos e gentis, em especial os Srs. Dominique e Phillipe. Todos, sem exceção, fizeram todo esforço possível para nos atender e agradar. Não há nada que eu e minha família não tenhamos gostado.

- 534rossl (4/5): Not great,wouldn't recommend - We booked here specifically for location for the Marathon and the Spa facilities for recovery and rest leading up to the day. As you know you may be well aware thats probably the biggest thing leading up to it. Got notified,couldnt use the gym or Spa,it wasnt "available" if i knew that i would of cancelled my booking and booked elsewhere. Also our Room was right next to the lifts, didnt get a wink of sleep for 2 nights leading up to the marathon with the lift going up and down,the nice in the room was bad,couldnt move hotwl was booked up. Room aircon wouldnt work, was roasting,bathroom door kept locking from the outside requiring maintenance to come up and fix it. I would Avoid this place as they didnt even ask on checkout how the stay was just took the room cards,when i went to speak she answered the phone and ignored me.

Das Personal, von der Rezeption, House keeping bis zum Restaurant Personal, waren sie sehr lieb, offen und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmern waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch super lecker.

A lovely room, and a beautiful hotel overall. The cleanliness was of a very high standard, and most staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have milk provided in the room for the hot drinks, and I was surprised that there was a charge when I asked for some. The breakfast could also have offered more vegetarian options, such as vegetarian sausages.

- Markus (9/5): Eine sehr praktische und angenehme Adresse - Sehr freundlich, sehr gut gelegen, direkt bei der Metro und neben der Champs Elysees. Zimmer sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Wenn man das Zimmer auf die Strasse hat, gibt es immer wieder Leute, die in der Nacht hupen. Schade.

- 317zhannak (10/5): Excellent hotel. The staff is excellent. - I really liked the hotel. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. Yulia, the receptionist, explained everything politely. The service in the restaurant was also up to par. The room was cleaned promptly and neatly. I'd like to commend Yulia and Cheikha for their hard work. I also appreciate the male concierges, although I don't know their names, unfortunately. I also didn't ask the male worker who helped me carry my bags down to reception. I should have called from my room, but I didn't. This man was simply passing by and helped. The rooms are warm, and the water pressure is good. There's a coffee machine in the rooms, and tea, sugar, and water were replenished daily. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and varied, enough for us and the kids. The staff is friendly and polite. I'd also like to mention the hotel's location. Shops, a supermarket, pharmacies, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Champs-Élysées are all within walking distance. I recommend this hotel.

- JOSE MARIA (3/5): - El personal era muy amable Pagando una suite Junior a 550€ la noche, la limpieza dejaba que desear, y sobretodo había un ruido constante las 24 horas debido a un extractor que estaba justo en la habitación. El personal dijo que no podía hacer nada al respecto. Y, sobretodo, ordenamos tres cenas del restaurante en la habitación, ya que viajamos con un niño de 3 años. El aspecto de la comida era deplorable, pero el sabor mucho peor, y la pasta estaba en mal estado. No había nadie en cocina, así que claramente esto fue sacado de un tupper en la nevera y calentado en el microondas. Dejamos los tres platos fuera sin tocar, nos quejamos al día siguiente de que estaba el mal estado, dijeron “lo siento”, pero lo cobraron en su integridad. Es un hotel al que no volveremos jamás. El desayuno es muy pobre y sobretodo son calidad, además.

- Filip (7/5): - 00:12 02.03.2026 reception man is the impolite man that I ever see in any hotel, 15 minutes ago I enter hotel with my wife and 3 kids and ask for water he tell no have water, I go room call to bring water same man answer that rooms service is closed no have water call uber eats and drop off phone on my face,but yesterday 03:00 I go down same reception other man who standing here give me water. This is not good for your hotel this man is not like gentleman he saw that I come with 3 kids, if you not have water arround 23:00 in the night what will drink this impolite man till morning???? I came down asking water one more time he even not watch on my side. Really poor service
