Guest Reviews
Gusto arredamento . Pulizia. Posizione Servizi basici, colazione idem
- John (10/5): Great location - free Tapas at teatime with honesty bar - Great location, friendly staff. Rooms clean and well maintained. N/A

- W3024FEphild (10/5): Quiet and central is all you need - Outstanding central location, which is relatively quiet. Near Elysee Palace, with plenty of Gendarmerie around, Champs-Elysee, River Seine and Place de la Concord. Punches above its weight - we had complimentary buffet breakfast, early evening charcuterie and there is even room service from adjacent restaurant. Upper floor fairly quiet, away from traffic and bars. Superior rooms slightly small, smaller than Deluxe rooms, so depends on your budget whether you splash out.
- Declan (8/5): Location and staff, fantastic. Great concierge service. - Staff and ambiance. Room well equipped and very comfortable. Staircase quite tight and tricky with luggage.

Nichts

- Michael (10/5): A new favourite hotel in Paris. - Convenient location, good rooms, convivial personnel. A rare gem in the centre of Paris, especially so close to Elysees.
- marymS3506SG (10/5): Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff. - What a gem! Hôtel Le Pavillon des Lettres is everything you could want from a boutique hotel in Paris and more. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed.
The location is terrific, the ambience is marvelous, and the hotel has a very special quality that is hard to put into words — it just feels magical.
A huge shoutout to Noémie in the Concierge Department, who was absolutely wonderful. Her warmth, attentiveness and helpfulness made all the difference and we felt truly spoiled throughout our stay.
We loved every single moment. This is not just a hotel — it’s an experience. We would go back in a heartbeat.
If you’re looking for something truly special in Paris, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!

- dawgbytes (8/5): Good, well cared for hotel - Wonderful staff, clean, comfortable hotel, and wonderful HVAC. We stayed here for 5 days, and the hotel itself is nice. We had a couple of small issues with the room. I’m not a fan of the glass door with a curtain for the bathroom in the hotel room. The Junior suite that we stayed in had a bathroom with the toilet snuggled up next to a window with a curtain. Looked clean, but didn’t feel sanitary. Didn’t mention to the hotel, but the toilet paper roll wouldn’t stay on the holder. The service at the hotel was impeccable and very helpful when needing cars or questions, but not my favorite part of Paris to stay. Would have liked to be away from Presidential quarters, and really not easy walking distance to dining, etc. A few shops in the area, but prefer the sister hotel - Le Pavillon Faubourg St. Germain much better. If you need to be in the area though, this is a nice place to stay.

- Faircrit (8/5): Perfect Hotel for a Paris stay - A warm welcome and room available on arrival, early afternoon, was a good start and it got better. Our Superior Double Room was perhaps on the compact side but was well designed and well equipped with a comfortable bed and good linen. The bathroom was of a good size with plenty of storage.
The breakfast buffet is good, not an amazing spread but enough for you to have a great start of the day.
The Hotel is well situated for both shopping and looking at the sites. It's also in a very secure area with plenty of Police looking after the President!
All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful.
We look forward to returning.

- Okneco (9/5): A place to return too! The Hotel staff and service was amazing -Many Thanks - First room was disappointing,(very small) but the hotel upgraded the room based on our previous request for a tub without any additional charges. Staff was very nice and attentive and the upgraded room (W) was beautiful and in line with what we had expected. The breakfast was a bonus and the location was good. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Paris ! We were able to walk to many places , including the Eiffel Tower, which took 30 minutes but we loved it !! The Hotel staff also addressed a situation with taxi driver who no showed for our airport run, making us leave 25 minutes later than scheduled but they paid for the taxi as a courtesy. The Hotel's Customer service was excellent -Highly recommend this Hotel ! N/A

- Federica (9/5): -
- Giovanna (10/5): -
- maria teresa (10/5): - Great location and amenities. Very local vibe away from noise and tourists
- Alexander (10/5): - It was amazing experience! This hotel is a hidden gem in Paris! Really! Excellent location, wonderful spacios and cozy room with a view and personnell that any hotel should be proud with! nothing this time! really nothing!
- cecele (10/5): Hotel with a old school boutique feel - Everything was great! front desk young lady booked all our tours and suggested tasty restaurants in walking distance to try out. I believe her name was Brittany not sure but she was from the Philippines and spoke perfect English which was very helpful. Room was clean and a good size with standing only balcony that wrapped around whole room. I stayed on the 4th floor room H. Area was very clean and safe with a little market right down the road to get any essentials you may have forgotten ( came in handy because i like lots of bottle of water and grab some snacks too) Only thing I was disappointed in was that there was no iron board
- Ludivine (7/5): Bon emplacement - L’emplacement Rien
- Yu Lay Nwe (10/5): - The location is close to shopping district and everything is walkable distance, eiffel tower, notre dame etc. The area has lots of security. The family room is very nice.
- FERİDUN (9/5): -

- Arbinder (8/5): Excellent for a family of 2 adults and 2 children - The pictures online do not do it justice, the connecting family room where we stayed was great. It was almost like it's own wing with it's own small corridor and then the 2 rooms. It was a quiet location opposite the Ministère de l´Intérieur, and as we stayed in August, many were away on holiday. As a consequence, a few restaurants nearby were closed for the month, but many others were available with just a 15 minute walk. All the usual tourist attractions are a short 15 to 25 minute taxi ride, the eiffel tower was only 10 minutes away by taxi, but we actually walked there, took around 30 minutes. This is a boutique style hotel, so don't expect a large chain type of facilities and decor. The staff are very helpful. There is the occasional oddity because it is a boutique hotel, such as the bathrooms have a glass door, but a curtain to provide some privacy, though that didn't cause us any issues. Would have been nice to have one of the rooms have 2 single beds so the children could sleep in the same room.
- Dorte (9/5): - God beliggenhed.
- Abeer (8/5): Very good - The hotel is very clean and quiet. The location is perfect. The staff are good people.
- Mark (8/5): Friendly convenient and quiet - Simple but good
- Nina (10/5): Super hotel right in the centre of Paris - Super rooms, perfect position, spotlessly clean and such friendly service Nothing it was perfect for us
- Rayne (10/5): - Beautiful small hotel in the perfect location for site seeing and shopping.
- Charalampos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sherri Aynn (10/5): - gorgeous boutique hotel quietly tucked away in the 8th Arrondissement. Loved the literary theme.
- Ulyana (10/5): - The most incredible stay in Paris! The location, staff, room view, and entire experience really were above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Merci beaucoup!
- Juliet (8/5): Thoroughly satisfactory - GOOD BREAKFAST BUT RAN OUT OF THINGS BY 9.30! Treacherous stairs - we are OLD!
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Carole (10/5): - Fabulous hotel in the perfect location. Close to the Champs Elysee, Place de la Concorde and the main shopping areas. Lovely room with a balcony. Exceptionally clean. We loved the honesty bar and free tapas daily. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.
- Liu (9/5): Relaxing - Impressive facilities. And really quiet comparing to other district.
- Taylor (10/5): - Great location, lovely staff and very clean. Would recommend this hotel.
- Stuart (10/5): A hidden gem - It’s a gem of a hotel, quiet and seemingly of the way but actually so close to some of Paris best locations. Breakfast is a fantastic experience here too.
- Ingrid (10/5): - We loved the location. The bikes out front were perfect for getting around. Best 30th birthday for my daughter in law
- Margaret (10/5): Honeymoon Heaven! - We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon in Paris. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both memorable and comfortable. We had a view of the Eiffel tower from our room: the Diderot room! We will absolutely be back!
- Gilbert (10/5): A peaceful promenade in Paris - Our favourite hotel in Paris. In a safe neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars in the area. Walking distance to the Champs Elysees, the Seine, the Louvre, and more.
The staff are all amazing, but special praise to Beverly, Senna, and Jessa for their assistance, advice, and care, making our fourth stay this hotel memorable.
- Andrew (10/5): A place to return - Another fabulous stat at Le Pavillion, we were delighted to receive an upgrade to IMO the best room in the hotel. A very pleasant way to spend my birthday.
- Martin (9/5): Perfect Paris Boutique Hotel - Perfect location. Charming staff. Wonderful bread Everything is served on very low tables. It is charming but not convenient.
We also had a couple of random mini bar charges on our final bill - we hadnt touched a thing. They took them off right away, but i dont like that
- Jason (10/5): - Convenient to attractions. Complimentary bicycles were appreciated.
- Gilbert (10/5): A wee jem! - Le Pavillion de Lettres is one of our all time favourites, and all time finds! One of the best hotels we’ve had the pleasure to call home when visiting Paris. Many thanks to Jessa and the team for a welcoming stay!
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Penny (9/5): Superb -
- Fabrizio (10/5): simply excellwnt - great location , very nice hotel and amazing staff
- Doreen (8/5): A lot to be desired - Room was very tiny for two people. Front desk one person for the entire stay- was not helpful with changing our room and seemed annoyed we even asked. Never smiled. The tv she knew nothing about and never offered any help about how to get English channels. When checking in she did not offer any amenities like bikes to use, library of books or outdoor seating to enjoy breakfast. We saw only one other person the entire stay a woman who helped in the kitchen with breakfast. Front desk woman seemed only interested in reminding us that we booked through Expedia and breakfast wasn’t included. We booked through Hotels.com recommended by the Everyday Parisian. The room windows were great - tall and right on the street but it was noisy. The bed and linens were great and very comfy. The room was a little run down with paint pealing and furniture scuff marks. The shower was tiny and open and water went everywhere.
- Alessandra (10/5): Great hotel! - Excelent location, extremely friendly staff, bed is very comfortable, the view to the Tower Eiffel was a great surprise.
Loved the concept of the honesty bar.
We had friends coming over for a drink, the lady at the reception didn't hesitate and set the table for us to toast on my partner's birthday (we bought the Champagne at the hotel, of course :-) )
We'll definitely stay at the same hotel on our next trip to Paris, in the same room ;-)
- Nicola (9/5): Superb -
- Malcy (8/5): Very good -
- Mae (10/5): Very restful, comfortable. Great location on a quieter and safe street - Very beautiful hotel with a charm. Quality furnishings and bathroom. A little tight in space but it’s common in Paris hotels.
- Taly (10/5): An hotel to come back :) - Everything NA
- Mariana (8/5): - My room was very dark, i dit not like the layout of the room
- Tabassum Y (10/5): - I don't usually end up writing reviews as i expect most hotels to offer a certain standard and service. But this hotel was beyond it. I had a canceled flight and they accommodated my next day arrival with no penalty and extended the stay. The room had a cute gift and note for my son who was celebrating his 10th birthday. The staff was super responsive and kind. The room was perfect for us, with balcony and nice shower and tub. In France, usually rooms are small, but this one was a good size and had small seating area too. Staff was always smiling and i felt very safe. Location is great. They also serve continental breakfast which was a time saver for us on busy days. Uber is easily available also. I am definitely coming back here.
- Sharon (9/5): Perfect location, very comfortable and elegant. - Free upgrade - thank you.
Early free check in.
Staff helpfulness.
Standard of the room.
Plenty of hot water - Mother in law was staying in the Ritz and didn't have hot water!
Welcome notes from the manager and the postcards.
Little French balcony to our room. I think the glass door on the bathroom is not very safe - I walked into it and also tripped over the door stop.
It was hot at night but I think I needed to adjust the heating before going to bed.
- mcdonaldalexander01 (8/5): Perfect hotel for a city stay in Paris - The hotel is in a really good location with the Arc de Triumph, Champs-Elysees, Hotel Invalides, Louvre all within walking distance, however the Eiffel Tower isn’t but Uber and Bolt is cheap enough to travel to the Eiffel Tower if walking is too much. The hotel is located right next to the Presidents palace where the President lives so security is really high around the hotel which makes it incredibly safe. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was also an incredible added extra.
The staff were always welcoming and were always supportive of whatever we needed. They also went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
Our room was amazing, the bed was huge and comfy. We had a balcony which had a great view of the Eiffel Tower where you could have a coffee whilst enjoying the view. We had a Nespresso coffee machine which was stocked daily. The room was also cleaned daily to a high standard. We had plenty of wardrobe space and the bathroom was also very spacious with a good quality shower and bath.
The breakfast was similar to most hotel breakfasts you receive at hotels in Europe, nothing special but it does the job.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would most definitely stay at this hotel again when we next stay in Paris.
