L'emplacement était parfait proche des Champs-Élysées et de l'Opéra et des cafés et restaurants j'aime bien prendre de temps en temps un café dehors et j'en ai trouvé un juste devant. I informed the reception several times, but each time I received a different answer. Additionally, the room wasn't cleaned properly; the bins were not emptied, and the balcony was dirty as well. The room was super small.

I had a great experience thanks to the two employees. They were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made the check-in process smooth and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Their positive attitude and helpfulness really set the tone for my visit. Merci!

Very nice bistro across the street for breakfast or brunch. Some rude employees and elevator with problems. Noise is usual. Like all 4* hotels

• Karolina (10/5): - Очень удобная локация. Близко к Елисейским полям, спокойный район. Все дни ходили по городу только пешком, очень удобно добраться куда угодно с этой точки. Башня, кораблик на Сене, триумфальная арка, Лувр, по сути везде можно дойти пешком при желании.. Напротив отеля есть небольшой супермаркет. В номере чисто, есть фен, чайник, мини-бар. Убирали и меняли полотенца ежедневно.. на ресепшене приятные ребята были каждый раз. Номер как для Парижа даже просторный, для двоих идеально. Единственное пожелание воду оставлять в номере после каждой уборки. Думаю если бы приехали еще то остановились бы в этом отеле. Не было такого

• Hanna (4/5): - Out of all the options in this area, I chose this one because of the very cozy and inviting photos of the premium room: light tones, spacious layout (clearly staged for marketing), and a bathtub. None of this matched reality upon arrival. I was placed in a tiny room where there was barely space to move, even with one suitcase — let alone two people. The room was cold. The wardrobes shown in the photos were not there; instead, there was a small niche. The room was noisy and uncomfortable. This is not a hotel where you can sleep well, relax, and enjoy Paris. They refused to refund the money. It seriously spoiled my mood upon arrival after a long and exhausting journey. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Read the Google reviews — unfortunately, I only did that after arriving.

• Ines (5/5): Sin mas - Estaba todo muy limpio. Tuvimos un problema con una taxi que nos pidieron desde el hotel y fueron muy amables intentando ayudarnos y solucionar el mismo. La habitación no es para nada como las fotos, es bastante más pequeña. Como no, nos tocó la habitación del piso más alto con techos abuhardillados por lo que era bastante incómodo. Además se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle y entraba luz y frío por las ventanas.

Sauber war es nur wenn mann nicht in die Ecken oder genauer hingesehen hat. Es wurde oberflächlich geputzt. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel bei einem großen Boulevard wo es laut ist aber das wußten wir. Wegen desyLärms würde ich das Hotel trotz Nähe zu den champs Elysées nicht wieder buchen Die Betten waren top und das Frühstuck auch.
