• ANDREA (10/5): La scelta perfetta per girare Parigi - Una bella sorpresa, Hôtel eccellente su tutti i fronti, posizione strategica, camere seppur piccole (comunque sopra la media di Parigi) organizzate con attenzione e con tutto ciò che serve, pulizia al top, molto gradito e davvero raro, la possibilità di poter utilizzare gratuitamente del frigo bar per altro ben fornito, inoltre gli ospiti hanno anche la possibilità di usufruire di un piccolo buffet durante la giornata in tutta la catena Astotel, per ultimo ma non meno importante l’assoluta gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, specialmente di Noemi, padrona di casa eccellente! La dimensione della camera era soddisfacente e molto pulita. A due passi dalla Grands Boulevards con una stazione metro a poca distanza. Consigliato.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location, 20-25 min on foot from the Louvre and 5-10 min from multiple metro stations. Would 100% recommend!

• Dženan (10/5): - This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The entire property was spotless, and my room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained with a very comfortable bed. ​One of the highlights was the complimentary fridge in the room stocked with water and Pepsi, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, the hotel offered a minibar in the common area where we could help ourselves to free pastries and drinks throughout the day. ​The logistics were also seamless. The 12:00 PM checkout time is very generous, and since our flight was later in the day, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage in a dedicated, secure luggage room. ​Breakfast was excellent, providing a great start to each day. The location is also hard to beat—it's situated near several metro stations and different lines, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of restaurants and bars, yet the room itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time staying at this hotel (and within this hotel chain), and we were absolutely impressed. The hotel is small and charming, yet offers everything you could possibly need. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, very clean, and modern. The breakfast buffet is on the smaller side, but still leaves nothing to be desired – there’s even fresh fruit, vegetables, and Alpro milk options, which we really appreciated. But the absolute highlight of this hotel is its location. The metro is just around the corner, the opera is about a 15-minute walk, and Montmartre can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot. • justinerY3888NN (10/5): Simple but Excellent Hotel with Friendly Staff - We stayed at Hôtel Acadia - Astotel for three nights in April 2026 (one adult and two children). We chose it for its location and relative value for a family of three, as we found that hotel prices in Paris increase significantly when booking for three people rather than two, often nearly doubling. This isn’t a criticism of the hotel, as it seems to be standard across the city, and the Acadia still offered better value than many alternatives. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a real difference to our stay. A particular highlight for the children was the complimentary soft drinks and snacks available after 2pm, perfect after a long day of walking and exploring. The hotel is located on a quiet street, so we weren’t disturbed by outside noise or traffic. It’s also very well positioned for sightseeing: about a 10-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette, around 25 minutes to both Montmartre and Louvre Museum, and roughly 50 minutes on foot to the Eiffel Tower, all manageable and enjoyable walks. There’s also a Franprix supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for picking up essentials (or anything you may have forgotten to pack!). We had breakfast at the hotel on two mornings; it’s simple but plenty to start the day, with pastries, toast and jam, yoghurt, cheese, ham, and boiled eggs. On our final day, the hotel kindly stored our luggage so we could make the most of our remaining time in the city, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this is a simple but excellent hotel, perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located base from which to explore Paris. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Ottima pulizia e letti comodi. Posizione perfetta per ogni spostamento anche a piedi. Colazione varia e prodotti freschi e buoni. Consigliatissimo Il bagno è veramente piccolo e manca qualche appendino nella camera.

Different metro stations close to the hotel and you can even walk to Montmartre or the Opera. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a triple and double room. We were at the street side but no noise at all!

• U324QLchristineh (10/5): Awesome Stay - The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and so helpful! Breakfast had delicious choices of croissants, eggs, yogurt, sausage, potatoes, beans, and more. There was a coffee machine with a variety to choose from. They provide free drinks and snacks. The drinks are the perfect size to take with you during your sightseeing. There is a grocery store across the street and wonderful cafes throughout the area. The area felt very safe. On the plus side the hotel is not in a touristy area and you can walk to most attractions. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our room and I think it was about 4 miles away. There are 17 Astotel hotels in Paris and I think this hotel chain is wonderful!!

• molfsims (10/5): Amazing Stay at Hotel Acadia - Wow! This hotel was perfect! The location was great, a quieter street, easy to walk to many main attractions, and the metro was close by. The staff was so kind and helpful, the free snacks and ability to stop in any Astotel in Paris were a huge plus! If staying with three people, ask for the 7th floor room with the Eiffel Tower view! Rooms were very clean with more than enough space! Great value for all the amenities and will be staying in an Astotel next time I am in Paris!

Fomos muito bem recebidos à chegada, com uma receção, para nossa surpresa, bem portuguesa. Como chegámos às 8 da manhã e o check-in seria apenas às 15h00, houve preocupação em ter o quarto pronto o quanto antes, caso fosse possível. No entanto, como íamos explorar a cidade durante todo o dia, guardaram-nos as malas e fomos passear, acabando por fazer o check-in já bem depois da hora prevista. Ainda assim, agradecemos a atenção e a rapidez demonstradas. Toda a equipa do hotel mostrou sempre enorme simpatia e disponibilidade para ajudar. Um dos grandes destaques foi, sem dúvida, o pequeno-almoço. Muito completo, com produtos de qualidade e bastante variedade, ideal para começar o dia da melhor forma. Nota-se cuidado, atenção ao detalhe e diversidade de produtos disponíveis. A sala é pequena, mas mesmo com o hotel cheio, nunca tivemos dificuldade em encontrar mesa, pelo menos à hora a que íamos. Relativamente ao quarto, é de facto pequeno, tal como já tínhamos lido em alguns comentários, mas serviu perfeitamente para o efeito. A casa de banho é surpreendentemente espaçosa, sobretudo tendo em conta que vimos comentários de outros hotéis parisienses onde muitas pessoas se queixavam de casas de banho minúsculas e com pouco espaço de movimentação. A cama era extremamente confortável e a limpeza diária do quarto sempre impecável. Tivemos ainda a sorte de ficar no sétimo andar, com uma vista excelente, onde conseguíamos ver um pouco da Torre Eiffel. Outro ponto muito positivo foi o facto de o minibar ser gratuito, o que é sempre um ótimo extra. Além disso, a cadeia oferece buffet gratuito durante todo o dia em todos os hotéis, o que achamos uma excelente iniciativa, mesmo não tendo tido oportunidade de experimentar. No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva, marcada pelo conforto, pela qualidade dos serviços e, sobretudo, pela simpatia de toda a equipa. Voltaremos, sem dúvida, e recomendamos sem hesitação! Nada a apontar.

Able to get extra water for our room. The bonus was the after 2pm free open bar. Not only this hotel but the brand to other hotels too so we can have a break in-between.

The atmosphere in the room was fine, was rather large for a hotel room in Paris and price good. Room was cleaned daily and the staff throughout the hotel from cleaning to kitchen to front desk was all friendly and easy to talk to and share with. They offered maps and asked what we would be doing for the day, offered help or suggestions if needed. Mini bar drinks were complimentary, a plus after a long day out in the city. The neighborhood was full of bars, restaurants, cafes, places to shop so if we needed anything it was near to us. It was not a noisy neighborhood but the windows were double-paned and quite soundproof. The breakfast was sufficient and there were snack and drink items in the lobby even at late hours. It was our fifth time visiting Paris and we already know we will visit Paris again and stay at your hotel. There are also other convenient locations in the Astotel chain. Thankyou.
