Lea (10/5): - Maison Pigalle is well situated in the middle of a lively neighbourhood with nice restaurants, cool bakerys and Coffee Shops. Despite the cool energy outside, the rooms offer a cozy and intimate retreat, with chic décor, warm lighting, and a relaxed boutique atmosphere that captures the creative spirit of Pigalle perfectly. The stuff at the Hotel was also very helpful and friendly. We loved our Stay! Die Betten waren sauber aber ein wenig zerknittert. Ansonsten alles bestens!

Otherwise it was so lovely and clean. The windows were my favourite!

Sandra (7/5): Schönes Hotel, aber Zimmer viel kleiner als abgebildet. - Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön - modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig und das Personal am Empfang war stets hilfsbereit. Leider war unser Zimmer extrem klein, ganz anders als auf den dargestellten Bildern. Auch war es sehr hellhörig, wir haben nahezu alles aus dem Zimmer über uns mitbekommen.

Just a tad small to make it an overall comfortable stay. - Very convenient location, close to everything and only a few minutes walk to the metro and buses. Few good cafes and places to eat in the area also. The room and bathroom were so small. I know it’s Paris and that’s expected, but if you don’t feel like being in a shoebox, I would definitely pay the extra money for a bigger room. We managed though (a mum and daughter).

Passport92997 (10/5): Girls/birthday trip - Hotelrooms was quite small but very pretty and everything worked out well. Balcony was a Parisian dream! The shower smelled and there also were a little mold..the ac maybe not the best in the old french buildings. Location was perfect. Just next to the Montmartre. Lots of cafes, restaurants, short access to Metro. Very nice overall. Breakfast also good! One morning the tables were not cleaned and fruit salad was not fresh but other than that really nice start to the mornings! Fresh and delicious croissants and pain au chocolats!

Ben (3/5): It could be better - Location and shops nearby. The room was too small where we struggled to put our luggage in the room. The bathroom was too tight where it was very difficult to get into the shower or sit on the toilet. It also lacked facilities of a typical 4-star hotel.

becslade (7/5): Nice balcony, but the room was cramped, poorly maintained, and not good value for the pricepoint. - The balcony was a real highlight - spacious with a great view. The hotel’s location was also excellent, surrounded by plenty of local cafés and restaurants, and right next to the Moulin Rouge, which was fantastic to experience. It was also conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore the heart of Paris. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary sweets, and the room was equipped with all the basic necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. The room size was significantly smaller than expected, and in our view, the photos do not accurately represent the space. Given the price we paid, this was particularly disappointing. The layout was very cramped—we had to sidestep around the end of the bed just to access the bathroom and balcony. There was also very limited surface space, to the point where we had to boil water on the bedside table to make tea. Additionally, the shower drain appeared to be blocked, causing water to pool in the base of the shower. We had to pause mid-shower multiple times to prevent it from overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Finally, the TV was not a smart TV. For a hotel at this price point, we would expect modern amenities such as smart TVs, allowing guests to access their own streaming services. Overall, the experience did not match expectations for the cost or advertised standard.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and always willing to help. The beds are extremely comfortable, which is a very important point for us. The hotel is located in an area with great restaurants and is very close to Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra. They contacted me before the trip and accommodated my request for a street-facing room, which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Nick (10/5): All in all, a perfect stay in Paris and would definitely stay here again :) - We took my parents away for a special birthday trip. We messaged the hotel prior to our stay to ask if we could have nice rooms near to one another. The hotel arranged for a room upgrade for my parents and also added balloons/treats in the room which was a lovely surprise. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy! The location is fantastic and theres so many great bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

I was given a 5th floor room which seemed a bit worse for wear and was very small. The en-suit was so small I could barely move. This was tolerable as I was only there for 2 nights

Rachael (9/5): Clean, kind, central hotel. Would stay again. - Hotel was in a great location, staff were nothing but friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy to a high standard. Really enjoyed our three nights here during the half marathon. Great walking distance to Montmartre and Moulin Rouge, we found there were better restaurants/pubs if you walk DOWN the hill vs. UP the hill (unfortunately we only discovered this on the last evening) but a 10 minute walk to the local metro worked perfectly for us too. Aircon on the room was locked to heat, whilst we stayed in March it was around 17 degrees so when we wanted a little bit of cool air we had to open the balcony window which was fine but was a little noisy, therefore warm at night. But I am sure when it warms up generally the aircon changes from hot to cold. Don't let this put you off.
