- Dominique De Keyser (7/5): Basic maar proper - goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel bagage opbergen bij aankomst en vertrek De kamer wordt enkel gereinigd en men krijgt nieuwe producten : "op vraag" dit onder mom van ecologie. Kleine kamer, product douche en shampoo: kleine staaltjes 33 ml. Deze worden enkel vervangen als je het vraagt. Geen plaats in de badkamer om producten te zetten, mini vuilbakjes waar niets in kan, geen afzuigsysteem voor het toilet.

The air-conditioning worked well and the location great for Gare du Nord. There was only a view out to back alley rather than Paris. Small elevator in the hotel and breakfast was not included without extra fee. Reasonable price for Paris but still pricey.

Friendly staff member allowed us to check in an hour early as we were tired from a long-haul flight. Good breakfast. Complimentary coffee & tea throughout the day. A short walk to Gare du Nord. Nothing the hotel can do anything about, but if upstairs neighbors are insomniacs who keep pacing up and down the room in the middle of the night, ear plugs are recommended.

Arrived at Gare du Nord, checked into Hotel by 4pm, and then able to walk up to Montmartre for tea in a cafe.. We didn't eat breakfast there (it was 18 Euros which seemed pricey: a Cafe overlooking Gare du Nord did breakfast of coffee, fruit juice, fruit compot, bread, butter, jam and croissant for 14 Euros)

Labs kafijas automāts, kas bez maksas pieejams visas dienas garumā, pietiekama izvēle brokastīs. Istabiņā netraucēja nekādi blakus trokšņi. Liftu vienlaicīgi var izmantot 2 personas, tāpēc var nākties pagaidīt. Par uzkopšanas nepieciešamību istabene vienīgo reizi painteresējās tikai trešās dienas pēcpusdienā, līdz tam netika iznests pat niecīgais papīrgrozs, ne arī mainīti dvieļi. Iespējams, tas bija jāpieprasa, bet iepriekš ar tādu praksi nekur neesam sastapušās.

- Keith (9/5): A well-located, quality hotel in a quiet street - A great location as it's only a 5 minute walk from the Gare Du Nord and a 10 minute walk to Montmartre. There are several Metro stations close by so getting around the city is easy. It's in a quiet street and the hotel itself deserves its 4 star rating. Good facilities. Nothing worth mentioning.

- Marcellalouise (8/5): Mooi hotel op goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel - Mooie kamer en voor Parijse begrippen goed formaat. Badkamer ook. Fijn dat in de kamer en badkamer een raam open kon. Super vriendelijk personeel, koffer in de opslag voor en na uitchecken. Ontbijt prima. Rustige straat maar wel leuke tentjes in de buurt, op loopafstand van Montmartre. We wisten het bij inchecken maar kamer wordt niet elke dat schoongemaakt. Dat is op zich niet erg, maar je moet wel zelf handdoeken en toilet papier halen bij de receptie als dat op is. Beetje armoedig gevoel met je gebruikte handdoeken naar beneden voor schone. Of met toiletrol halen en mee door de lobby. Dat verwacht je toch niet bij een 4* hotel.

- Karla Marquez (4/5): Unfortunate stay as the hotel is actually nice... - The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. It had all needed. They have a small gym. The location is O-K, it's between a nice part of the city and a not that nice one, you better then go to Poisonneire train station. Walking to the train station was not an issue. We needed to take Uber 3-4 times as the trains would not go that late. We unfortunately got a bed bug in our bed. First time that this happens to us. The hotel looks actually very nice, but we got that inconvenience. We informed the staff at 2am and they reacted very quickly and sent us to another room. In that room the shower was big but we floaded as the water didnt go down....so a pity as it was all going well and then we have this situation in the middle of our stay. Really unfortunate...they didnt offer any reimbursement.

Will recommend to all - The location was great - just right for me to access Gare du Nord, as well as enjoying the rest of the city. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was more than adequate and enjoyed the selection on offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. not enough choice of complimentary drinks or snacks in the room. Would have been nice to have had more choice of teas and hot chocolate. Would have also liked to have had a fridge in the room.

Constat à mon arrivée tardive, absence de serviettes dans la chambre 307, téléphone sans tonalité, aucune liste des numéros internes. Le lendemain à mon retour dans la chambre, grosse fuite d'eau venant de l'étage supérieur, nécessité de changer de chambre. Lors du chambardement perte de mon cable de portable. De retour chez moi je demande un envoi de mon cable via la poste: on m'assure que ce sera fait lundi: jeudi constat que rien n'a été fait. Alors que dois-je mettre comme note?

- michael mosa (5/5): - Close to the station. Elevator didn't work have to carry our bags from 5th floor down. Not happy about that.
- JEAN (7/5): A fait le job au niveau de son emplacement - Hôtel bien placé à quelques minutes à pied de la Gare du Nord. Ascenseur en panne (mais devait être réparé le jour de notre départ). SPA en cours de rénovation, dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter. Chambre un peu bruyante en soirée, bruits de la rue et chambre voisine avec la TV un peu fort. Le confort du canapé lit est très relatif, dixit nos filles.
- Alexandre (8/5): Emplacement top a proximité de la gare du Nord - L'emplacement a proximité de la gare de l'Est, proche de plusieurs lignes de Metro, lit confortable, buffet du petit déjeuner correct, avec la possibilité de se servir en boisson chaude tout au long de la journée. Situé dans une rue sans trop de passage, nous n'avons pas été dérangé la nuit. La VMC dans la salle de bain de fonctionne pas, quelques traces d'humidité c'est dommage car la chambre est bien décoré. Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus avenant à mon sens. Et le matin de notre départ, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenché, ce qui peut arriver, mais la personne au comptoir avait l'air perdu et ne savait pas comment s'y prendre
- Yunus Emre (9/5): I would stay again. Its a good hotel for for the price. - This was my second stay in hotel. Probably I would stay my next visit to paris. Very comfortable beds, location is good. Its close to main train station. . Quite rooms. Breakfast could be better. At late night, neighborhood doesn’t feel very safe but its not very bad either.

- Marianne (8/5): Udemærket hotel med fin morgenmad og venligt personale - Det var et fint værelse, der var rummeligt til 3 pers Det eneste negativt var at værelset ikke blev gjort rent og ordnet hverdag. Man skulle selv efterspørge håndklæder og toiletpapir. Det løber ved især håndklæder, når man skal have 3 overnatninger og er 3 Pers.
- Tom (10/5): Very comfortable and friendly - Great location close to station and metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Air con was not working during our stay, making the top floor very warm. The windows opened, but given the city centre location, it was quite noisy.
- Belinda (8/5): We would definitely recommend the hotel and would like to return. - We liked the location which was close to Gare de Nord and the Metro and yet on a quiet road near the Church of St Vincent de Paul and a few cafes/ restaurants overlooking the church .The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable . Our shower was not fixed to the wall at full height as the photos had shown so you had to hold it to shower. There was a sloping roof area to the right but it could have been fixed to the other end ? (The water pressure was amazing though and the screen doors were beautifully clean . ) A few attention to details were missing , such as only one set of bath towels but this was swiftly rectified when we informed staff.
- Aldina (4/5): - l'emplacement Le personnel de la réception était très agréable - La chambre une CATASTROPHE, je n'ai pas de mot pour décrire notre séjour... Nous avons cohabité avec beaucoup de fourmis. Et je ne parle pas de la vétusté de la salle de bain (de la chambre en générale) - J'avais sélectionnée un hôtel avec parking avec borne de charge pour voiture Surprise l'hôtel n' a pas de parking et donc pas de borne de charge qui sont bien en face du l'hôtel mais du coup public et autant dire qu'il n'y avait jamais de place. L'hôtel a un partenariat avec un parking pas loin.
- Cetty (7/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione e alla metro. Possibile pranzare e cenare nelle vicinanze in quanto presenti ottime boulangerie e brasserie nella zona. Camera piccola ma ben pulita. Colazione discreta e varia Nulla di particolarmente importante. Pulizie programmate ogni tre giorni ma possibile richiederle anche tutti i giorni. Come suggerimento, trovo abbia più senso modulare le pulizie sulla durata del soggiorno; effettuare pulizie ogni tre giorni su un soggiorno di quattro notti non ha molto senso, sarebbe meglio farlo a metà e alla fine. Segnalati, ad inizio soggiorno, malfunzionamenti dell’aspirazione in bagno e della lettore della carta per l’accensione delle luci, non sistemati durante la nostra permanenza.
- Stephanie (7/5): Goed verblijf voor een druk geplande citytrip. - De locatie was perfect, dicht bij Gard du Nord (10 min stappen), 8 min naar metro poissonniere. Ze vragen of de kamer gepoetst moet worden, wel wat raar. Van ons nu niet nodig want we waren elke dag weg van smorgens tot savonds laat. Aan het ontbijt soms wachten tot tafel vrij komt.

- liesbeth (9/5): - De locatie is perfect als je reist met de trein en aankomt op Gare du Nord. Lopend in minder dan 10 minuten ben je bij het hotel. Je kunt de bagage alvast achterlaten en gebruik maken van de toiletten en de koffie en thee voorzieningen. Metro naar het centrum is op 5 minuten afstand. Leuke restaurantjes om de hoek van het hotel net als bakkers. Kamer was prima en het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk.
