- Ruairidh (8/5): Comfy, cosy, reliable. - Really welcoming, cosy hotel. Staff were helpful and lovely. Room was comfy, felt secure and was in an ideal location for our visit. Only minor complaint was the shower was a bit weak, you could make the pressure higher but it just spurted everywhere. Other than that everything was spot on.

- Jaclyn (8/5): Comfortable, central, welcoming and great value. - Perfect location, a few minutes to Gare de Lyon station and so many sights are walking distance too, plus endless cafes and restaurants. My small single room was perfectly comfortable and quiet. The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

- Dan Bitumba (5/5): - L'hotel est mieux placé, pas loin de la gare de lyon Paris. Un coin calme. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé les lits. J'aurais voulu une avec un lit double, au final ils m'ont proposé deux lits attachés pour un couple. Pas du tout confortable.
- Kari (5/5): Besvikelse men bra läge. - Jag bodde längst ned och kunde inte dra ifrån gardinerna på dagen eftersom de hade stolar och bord där folk satt hela dagen och skrålade på kvällen plus att det röktes så mycket där ute så det kom in på mitt rum. Handdukarna var skitiga och luktade illa. De kan inte ha varit tvättade mellan mig och gästen före.

- Séverine (8/5): Très bon séjour dans un très très chouette quartier. - La chambre était petite mais bien équipée et propre. Les lits sont confortables. La douche avait un bon débit et une bonne pression, ce qui n'est pas négligeable après une journée de marche. Notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure de l'hôtel et donc nous étions au calme. Le quartier était très sympa et vivant. De nombreux bars, restaurants, snacks de cuisine variée étaient présents dans le quartier mais de notre chambre nous n'avions aucuns désagréments. Pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons préféré aller dans un bistro en face de l'hôtel qui proposait un menu petit dejeuner pour 6€ de moins que le petit déjeuner de l'hôte.

- Chickmanna (8/5): Pleasant stay near Gare de Lyon - Room (single) was small, but clean and more than adequate. Was on the street side, but very little night noise. Good stay for passing through Paris, easy walk to Gare de Lyon.

L'accueil assez froid.le rajout d'une personne n'a pas été réalisé alors que ça a été demander des mois à l'avance résultats j'ai du demander des essuis le nécessaire de toilette qu'on est censé nous fournir. La femme de ménage nous dit même pas bonjour nous demande d'un ton sec quand est ce qu'on va libérer la chambre alors qu'il était que 10h25 10h30 grand max et qu'on paie jusque 11h. Alors il y a pas de soucis je comprends qu'il faut qu'elle nettoie la chambre mais il y a des manières de le demander. Pas de bouteilles d'eau offerte alors que c'est quand même la moindre des choses. La chambre minuscule comparé aux photos. Le petit déjeuner pas fameux pas d'explication à par qu'on doit se servir nous même mais on voit des œufs on fait quoi on doit le faire ou on nous le fait vraiment mal expliquer. Les toilettes dans la salle de bain qui sont juste en face du lit alors quand on doit aller aux toilettes c'est génial on entend tout. L'ascenseur qui arrive une fois sur 2 c'est pas suffisant pour l'immeuble.

- Anne (8/5): - Situation près de la Gare de Lyon. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Décoration générale de l'hôtel soignée. Jolie chambre parfaitement calme, peut-être que la nôtre (200) était un peu petite. Grandes serviettes de bain impeccables et moëlleuses. Bien que n'ayant pas consommé j'ai eu l'occasion de jeter un oeil sur l'offre du petit-déjeuner et celle-ci m'a paru un peu pauvre. Notre chambre était loin d'être prête à notre arrivée. Grosse attente.

- Alessandra (4/5): albergo vecchio , stanze piccole e personale abbastanza sgarbato. - La colazione è di buona qualità, ma poco variegata; la posizione abbastanza comoda L’albergo è decisamente old style e avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. La stanza era piccola, vecchia e polverosa: negli angoli della camera, del bagno e sulla testiera del letto era presente molta polvere, segno di una pulizia poco accurata. Inoltre, le asciugamani venivano ritirate anche quando non lasciate sul pavimento e, in alcuni casi, non venivano nemmeno riposizionate. Il personale si è dimostrato poco cortese e poco disponibile. Alla richiesta di una seconda chiave ci è stato risposto che non era possibile, creando non pochi disagi. Anche il servizio notturno lascia molto a desiderare: rientrando in hotel abbiamo dovuto bussare più volte e attendere circa 15 minuti prima che qualcuno ci aprisse, nonostante fossimo obbligati a lasciare le chiavi in reception. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto per quanto riguarda pulizia, comfort e servizio. Non lo consiglierei e difficilmente ci tornerei.

- Martina (8/5): Meine Enkelin und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter. - Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, zentrale, aber ruhige Lage, Sauberkeit. Es war etwas eng, ein sehr kleiner Schrank, zu wenig Handtuchhaken im Bad.

- adidah bte (1/5): Not a memorable stay and not recommended! - Nothing The size of the room.the photos looks spacious but in reality it is not.price not worth the money even mineral water chargeable,lift just can fit 2 slim people at one time with medium luggage.our room next to lift and the lift make noise when people use the lift. Room heating is not functioning well and the blanket supply is thin blanket.

- Sławomir (7/5): - Perfect location, walking distance to do Gare de Lyon. Lot of restaurants, boulangeries nearby, convenient supermarket very close to the hotel. Our room got two separate barhrooms, very convenient if you are travelling with a family. The patio is pretty dirty, could use some major cleaning. The room decor is a little old and outdated, however it fits the overall "Paris aura" of the place. Because of a regular key lock in the doors, it is easy to forget locking your room after leaving, especially if you are used to the electronic system used in most of the hotels these days.
