Madina (9/5): Из предложений — было бы удобно, если бы такие базовые принадлежности, как тапочки, зубные щётки и расчёски, сразу наход - Новый, чистый отель с отличным расположением - Эйфелева башня реально за углом. Отзывчивый персонал, хорошие завтраки, хоть выбор и небольшой, но все самое необходимое есть 😊 Из минусов - сам отель небольшой, поэтому местами тесновато, особенно лифт 😊 Но в этом есть свой парижский шарм и уют, что даже добавляет атмосферы и аутентичности.

Simone (9/5): Hotel Gustave has it all - friendly staff, great location & comfortable beds. - The property was close to the Metro, walking and viewing distance of the Eiffel Tower & the staff was friendly. There was a slight odor coming from the bathroom our last day. It had to be a plumbing issue. Also, we dropped off our bags the first day there to go sightseeing because we arrived before the room was ready. I thought our bags would be in a secure location but they were in the hallway. Didn’t appreciate that.

During my stay, I celebrated my birthday and was pleasantly surprised to receive a piece of cake and a card with kind wishes from the hotel. I took only 1 metro bus to get there. It was also only 1 block away from the Train Station. There was no heat & I was freezing in my room.

mohamed (9/5): À part le bruit de la fermeture des portes, l’hôtel est tip top. - Le personnel. L’emplacement. La propriété. On entant les portes des chambres de fermer. Idem pour ma chambre. Pour éviter de faire du bruit aux clients du même palier. Il faut accompagner la fermeture de la porte pour d’éviter que ça claque. Ou bien, l’hôtel doit améliorer le système d’amortisseur de fermeture des portes.
