Took his time to assist me with directions and a to do list of things to see today 9/2. My room was very clean. Blackouts could be used or added to those rooms overlooking the street. Breakfast was substantial.
- Jaimy (6/5): - Personeel kan geen goed Engels spreken. Zowel welkom als uitchecken was bijzonder. Er werd niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was bevallen. De kamers zijn klein en heel erg luidruchtig. Je hoort echt alles van buiten en van binnen. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden.
- Norman (8/5): - Praktisches kleines Hotel in Paris Gut gelegen, Sehenswürdigkeiten wie bspw Montmatre oder der Triumphbogen sind zu Fuß (~ 2km) erreichbar. Nette kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Gaston oder die Ramen von Naruto Ramen. Auch ein Supermarkt für Selbstversorger ist direkt in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist relativ sauber, jedoch sehr hellhörig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der kleine gemütliche Innenhof. Für den Preis jedoch mehr als fair.

- Linda (8/5): - Lovely hotel, with friendly staff. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel has nice seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The gym was basic but still better than nothing. The location is lovely, right opposite Martin Luther King park. Really close to a small shopping centre, close to metros and buses and places to eat. Really happy with my stay here.

- PJ (10/5): - I am glad I stayed at this location. I was bit skeptical about the Batignolle area, even during my bus ride to the place, but once i got to my room and walked around the area a bit, I was very satisfied. My room, although it didn't have a balcony, it allowed me to open both windows fully to let the outisde air in. Room was exceptionally clean, came with essentials like toileteries, towels, nespresso machine, cups, hair dryer and even bottle of water which seems like they fill in (not a plastic water bottle). Only one tiny wish I had was that hope it had a mini fridge but it didn't. TV was decent although only allow you to watch local channels and doesn't allow you to sync your device to use your personal streaming apps; but you are in PARIS!!! GO EXPLORE. I highly recommend this place to anyone who want to stay bit outside the main tourist areas and see how locals live and yet close enough for a bus/metro/or bike ride to get to places (early morning bike ride took me about 20 minutes to get to Eiffel Tower).

Etonnant d'avoir un appel de l'hotel au lendemain matin de la 1ère nuit, précisant que la résa ne contenait qu'une seule nuit et qu'il fallait donc la libérer immédiatement. Pourtant lors de l'arrivée, la réception s'était empressée de faire payer les deux nuits.... Idem, après le départ, un appel de l'hôtel vous réclamant le paiement du petit déjeuner du jour, alors qu'il était convenu d'un seul petit déjeuner sur les deux nuits et facturé dans ce sens à l'arrivée..... Bref, ce n'est pas très professionnel, si nous devions résumer ainsi.

- David (2/5): - The property is located in a run down area. The room was ok but here’s where things go wrong. After returning home my partner noticed her Louis Vuitton clutch bag was not in the suitcase. The bag was left in the bottom of the suitcase as it wasn’t used it was there when we arrived and now it’s gone clearly the cleaners have stole it. Also even when leaving on the door do not disturb cleaners would let themselves in at 8.30-9am when we were in bed. If you value your belongings don’t stay here

- Sirkka (6/5): - Lage und Hotel sind in Ordnung, das Personal ist sehr bemüht, die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Schwierig für uns war die Tatsache, dass die Zimmer maximal auf 22 Grad geheizt werden konnten / durften (und das auch nicht wirklich gut funktioniert hat) - in einem kalten Paris im Winter mit Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt echt unangenehm, zumal aufwärmen wichtig war, und selbst heiße Duschen nur kurz halfen. Da noch dazu die Fenster viel Kälte durchließen (Tipp hier: Immer Jalousie schließen, das hilft noch ein bisschen), war Wohlfühlen nicht wirklich möglich. Dazu kam die doch sehr besondere Getränke-Auswahl (Softdrinks an der Bar) - hier gab es keine Klassiker, was für einen Teil unserer Gruppe (5 Personen) wichtig gewesen wäre...
- David (4/5): - It was our second stay in this hotel - we came back since we liked the first one this summer during the Summer Olympics, but this time we were overall disappointed. The staff was really unprofessional - it all started during the check-in when we (my partner and I, i.e. 2 travelers) were given a room with a bed for 1 person, on a ground floor, which looked like a basement, and where the bed was also made only for 1 person (no idea what the staff was thinking). When we said that we would like a room we paid for, the staff acted as if we wanted something extra, no initial apology, but after a bit of back and forth, they eventually put us in a room that we paid for. The stay overall went well, the rooms are nice, bedding really comfortable and overall clean. However, the disappointing experience continued during check out when the receptionist (who did not even speak proper English which we would expect in a 4-star hotel) wanted to charge us for additional breakfast packages that we never had she wanted us to pay all the extra fees like city tax etc ignoring that the staff already charged us during check-in. We had to call the manager who spoke English and helped us sort it out, and when asking about the check-in experience we learned that the rooms are sometimes wrongly advertised on the website and that the staff made a mistake. To me though, it seemed to be an attempt to give us this ugly room when the hotel was full during the NY Eve, hoping we would accept. Disappointing!

- Vincent (6/5): Pas Pro - Accueil vraiment pas au niveau. On vous derange? Pas de place de parking alors que nous avions appelé avant pour connaître la disponibilité. Nous avons du aller au parking couvert: 44 euros/jour. Le personnel a l’air détaché et dépassé. Pas pro… on ne reviendra pas.

- Jay (6/5): - The hotel was not very accommodating to even let us check in a little sooner even when the room was available. We arrived at 1 pm for a 2 pm check in but was made to wait right until 2 pm. However, a day before one of the staff confirmed on the phone we should be good to check in early withour cost around 1 pm. We understand the requirements & policies but there is also a need of bending a rules little when necessary. Also, does not having proper mirror, closet or any dust bins in the room. Would not visit their property again.

- Monique (10/5): - Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and available. The location is central and you can walk across the street to the park and not a far walk to the metro. The rooms are modern and nice. Please park outside of you don't have a small vehicle. Many cars have been damaged going up and down that narrow spiral driveway. The staff will warn you so please check space before you enter in.

- Britnee (2/5): Unsatisfactory - I was charged for parking fees for 2 days and my car was only there for 12 hours max. One staff member said we could leave our car there for the entire day if we paid for the 2 day parking. However, another employee informed me the next morning that it had to be moved immediately. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve not been able to receive a refund for parking.

Walking distance to things like mont matre but alsp close to metor links for every where else. Quite small room but comfortable. Smart tv with chrome cast in each room with free wifi.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay, would recommend! - I recently stayed at Tribe, and it was an excellent experience overall. Upon arrival, we upgraded to a garden view room, which was quieter than the street view. The room was spacious, perfect for two people. The hotel was close to the train station which made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city. We appreciated the easy access to transportation. The staff at Tribe were exceptional. From the moment we checked in until we departed, they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. Overall, our stay at Tribe was fantastic, thanks to the comfortable room, convenient location, and the exceptional service provided by the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Paris

A pesar de estar sobre avenida el hotel no se escucha ruido, se encuentra cerca de la estación de metro lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse al aeropuerto .

- Matt (10/5): - This hotel was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is good, only 15 minutes or so from the Eiffel Tower by cab. The hotel offers breakfast but we did not try it, however they have drinks and snacks available at the front counter (24/7) that we took advantage of, great plus. The amenity area is quite nice, plenty of seating in a fun set up, including and very nice outdoor area. Would stay here again!

- Jennielyn (2/5): - There was mold and mildew in the shower. Additionally, when we returned to our room yesterday, our door was open. We had to do a thorough search to make sure none of our belongings were missing. My towel had a brown stain on it before I even used it. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room itself smelt like mold as well.
- Hilde (10/5): Un niveau de service comme on en voit rarement... - Le personnel Tribe est d'une extrême gentillesse et fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients. Ma fille qui m'accompagnait lors d'un déplacement professionnel a été malade et comme nous devions quitter la chambre puisque nous partions le soir, ils lui ont mis a disposition une chambre pour qu'elle puisse se reposer. Nous avons été très touchées par ce geste et j'en remercie le manager et l'ensemble de son staff. La chambre était confortable avec un prix très raisonnable pour Paris. Le petit déjeuner était parfait.

Close to public transportation, cafes, restaurants and laundry services all near by. I give it 11 starrs

- Sergey (10/5): - The staff is absolutely great, from housekeeping to reception showed a very positive attitude! Unfortunately shower and pillows did smell, so need to improve overalll hygiene. Also compliments to the chef, the food was great and there is a large selection of Parisian beers! Definably would give it a second chance 😊
- Sven (6/5): - Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen zwischen Pont Cardinet und Brochant. Das Viertel wirkt auf den ersten Blick abgeranzt, ist aber sympathisch mit einem herrlichen Park gegenüber vom Hotel. Das Hotel selber ist modern und stylisch. Die Zimmer etwas zu klein, zumindest um Koffer zu lagern. Das Bad hat leider auch den Hauch von Peep-Show, was mir gar nicht gefiel. Das Personal war teils sehr freundlich und sympathisch, teils ausgesprochen arrogant, besonders ein junger dunkelhäutiger Angestellter war nicht nur nicht gewillt Englisch zu reden, sondern fuchtelte tuckig und arrogant mit den Händen vor uns her ohne persönliche Willkommensworte. Das Hotel hat eine superschöne Innenterasse mit viel Grün, wer da abends noch was trinken will, muss frühzeitig hin, anderenfalls muss man drinnen sitzen und wird ignoriert. Großes Lob an Massi, sehr sympathisch!

The spectacular breakfast. This hotel deserves a 5-star rating. Without a doubt the day I return to Paris I would stay in this Hotel.

- FRANCOIS (6/5): A nice 3 stars, not 4 stars service. - The rooms are nice. Interesting and fresh design. However the stay was somewhat impacted negatively by a few things : a disappointing breakfast which is charged at 22€/person, the highest encountered by us thus far in Paris 4 star hotels and disproportionate given the limited options offered, no requests possible and the fact the hotel is not in an upscale location. Our room wasn't cleaned one day and we were told that we left the room too late and should inform the hotel of our in and outs (??) Overall definitely not the feeling or vibe of a 4 star. But a great 3 star hotel and coworking space for millennials.
- Mohammad (10/5): Pleasant - It was perfect clean and comfort. The rooms were not that big but not too small. All the rooms are modern. The bathrom were clean and has fair space. The rate a little bet much vs the quality of service but it has a good location near 2 metro lines and buss stops.

Staff were lovely and so helpful recommending nearby restaurants and providing an early breakfast before our departure flight. Really lovely touches in the room, eg Kevin Murphy shampoo and locally produced coffee pods. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
