Hendrik (10/5): A stay in the heart of Paris at a good price - The room was newly furnished. It’s quite compact, but the bed is comfortable, and although the shower is narrow, it provides more than enough water pressure. For a short stay, it’s an excellent choice. There’s no reception, but you receive clear instructions by email, and everything works smoothly. Breakfast in the morning is very good, with tasty drinks, fresh breads, and a simple yet sufficient selection of toppings. Just 50 metres away, there’s an excellent and reasonably priced sushi restaurant. Nearby, you can easily hire a bike and explore Paris at your leisure. A good place overall, best suited for sleeping and showering while you make the most of the amazing Paris. The main advantage is, of course, the value for money; there are few hotels in the heart of Paris that can match it. The shower and washbasin areas are very narrow.

Elsa (7/5): - L'entrée dans l'hôtel se fait par un code d'accès et le système d'accès à la chambre est par QR code, qui est envoyé par email la veille. Je n'ai pas accès à mes mails sur mon téléphone, donc : je ne peux pas accéder ni à l'hotel, ni à ma chambre !!!! C'est très ennuyeux et devient très compliqué si on n'a pas accès à ses emails sur son téléphone. Le personnel m'a délivré une carte d'accès à la chambre, en dépannage.

Machine à café de l'entrée à utiliser avec une application impossible à télécharger, Interrupteur de la chambre 306 qui dysfonctionne et dangereux.

Dominique (8/5): - Het personeel is geweldig en die heeft het goed gemaakt hoe slecht de eerste kamer was. De eerste kamer toen we gingen douchen liep de kamer en de gang vol water. En door alle trammelant konden we niet meer naar de catacomben die weg geboekt hadden en erna vol was. De kamer was gehorig je hoorden alle gesprekken en alles gewoon als of ze naast je stonden. De tweede kamer was oud, en benauwd, en had geen douche afscherming dus alles word nat. En had een nare trap voor kinderen. Maar de nacht portier heeft alles goed gemaakt en kwam met de derde kamer. Waar alles mee opgelost was. Hij hielp met de airco en op de nieuwe kamer was alles schoon en nieuw. Alles is een hoop verhuizen geweest maar gelukkig maakte het hele lieve personeel alles goed.

Adriana (3/5): Great location but rooms need a lot of attention - Location was ideal and close to the metro The mattress was worn out, saggy and had a hole in it, it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We were out of shower gel. No plug in the bathroom. The carpets were not clean. Unfortunately during our stay, they had a flood in the 4th floor. The vending machines didn’t work, the one vending machine only worked with an app that needs to validate you through SMS, which would require international travellers to roam. We couldn’t use the tub because the plug was broken and it was a very dimly lighted room

Holly (1/5): Horrible - Service staff friendly and area was also safe Receptionist was one of the worst l've ever come across. Rude, didn't know how to do his job properly, opened my uber eats order??? even the delivery driver was shocked at this, when I called him out on it he decided to start an argument with me instead of apologising for clearly opening something he should've never touched. The same night he made some insane threats towards me, I was very lucky to have a witness that could see what was happening. When I sat down with him to have a conversation about it he backtracked because he realised I could hold a conversation in French and wasn't intimidated by him. After that I was SO uncomfortable for the rest of my trip staying there. The room itself was extremely old and dirty and doesn't even look like the photos in the booking??? The only reason I stayed there was because I already pre paid. I Actually would not recommend anyone to stay here at all. The area is nice but there's absolutely better hotels that are worth the money.

Największym minusem tego hotelu była niedziałająca klimatyzacja której nie dało się ustawić przez co w nocy było zimno.

Personnel intrusif : il n’a cessé de nous demander des comptes à chaque entrée et sortie de la chambre, même lorsque nous allions simplement au restaurant ou voir des amis. Nous devions justifier chacun de nos déplacements. J’ai eu le sentiment que notre jeune âge donnait lieu à un traitement injustifié

Pomimo interwencji obsługi drugiego dnia pobytu, nie udało się go wyeliminować - pomieszczenie zostało jedynie wyperfumowane, a obsługa udawała, że nie ma problemu. Po nocy problem oczywiście powrócił.

Anastasiia (8/5): Good location. Not all rooms are in good condition. - Ideal location, quiet, peaceful. Convenient transportation. Delicious bakeries and restaurants nearby. The condition of the plumbing and bathroom. In one of the rooms, the shower stall was in a wardrobe. The drain didn't work, and none of the staff helped. The room was flooded, which was frankly uncomfortable and unpleasant. Damaged belongings, dampness, and the impossibility of staying in the room.

Dior (5/5): Décevant - Le personnel est à l’écoute . Hôtel très bruyant ! Chambre non insonorisée ! Prise qui ne marchait pas , pas de passage systémique de l’équipe de nettoyage tous les jours .
Sophie (6/5): Fine for a short stay - It was a good price in a good neighbourhood and the room size was ideal for me. There was good communication from the hotel about check in etc but it was mostly via the booking.com website which I hadn’t anticipated. There was no sound proofing - so clear I could hear the neighbouring room open up a packet of crisps. Also my room must have been near a kitchen as I woke up to the room smelling of fried bacon.
