Guest Reviews
- Paul (10/5): - ideal location for metro and congress.
- Teresa (10/5): - Staff is wonderful and helpful. Hotel and rooms are super clean. Great location. 5 min walk to metro.
- Ralph (8/5): - Great little chic hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor, basically the attic rooms. The ac had trouble keeping up, rather hot! The staff were excellent. No refrigerators. Would stay there again though. Very convenient.
- ANDREW (10/5): - Great location for exploring, good restaurants and helpful staff.
- William (8/5): Happy stay - Well situated for bus and rail connections as well as the various parks, this small hotel has simple, comfortable rooms.
The reception staff were charming and helpful.
- Evie (8/5): - Very clean. Convenient 24hr reception.
- Scott (8/5): - Not enough space here to say how wonderful the staff was and how easy sign-in was. My room was nice, but the bathroom was outstanding. Bright, clean, spacious. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for quite a while.
- June-Soo (10/5): - Good location. 2-3 min walk to Metro and bus. Good for price. Friendly staff. Clean. We will come back.
- Lorie (10/5): - Staff were great.
- Monica (10/5): - Very kind and pleasant lady at the front desk!
- margaret (8/5): - Great location with good restaurants close by
- NeilC2607 (6/5): Basic hotel - Reception:
Our checkin man was pleasant and checked us in quickly.
Room / facilities:
Room number 34 is on floor 3 and is relatively clean, once you ignore the filthy stained carpet. Our rooms are quiet big and felt spacious, even with 2 single beds in the room.
We stayed 1 night.
The room has semi-self control air conditioning with a 2 double pained windows that opens to the Juliet balcony.
We had the A/c temperature set at 19, however the room never felt cold enough to match the required temperature.
The room has 2 single comfortable beds, but flat unsupportive uncomfortable pillows, safe, bar fridge, chair, desk and ottoman, bedside tables and hanging area. The towels are thin, but do the job.
The bathroom has a 1970 style “elephant” hairdryer and painted tiles to match the very dated bathroom. Only essential toiletries are provided in the bathroom. The toilet paper roll is situated away from the toilet, meaning you have to reach over to obtain paper.
There is zero tea and coffee facilities in the room, no bottled water on offer, absolutely nothing provided by the hotel, yet a premium price is charged for the rooms.
Not sure what makes the hotel a 3 star as there is nothing special about the room.
Laundry:
Self service coin laundry with 12 washers and 6 dryers cost from €6.50 per use wash and €1.50 per 10 min dry, is located 500 m away from the hotel and is open until 10 PM.
Parking:
As with many Paris Hotels, onsite parking is not available.
Wifi:
Complementary and good speed. A password is required.
Breakfast:
At checkin there was no mention of breakfast if we chose to have this.
Conclusion:
Great for a one nighter if your expectations are only to sleep
Letdowns:
No tea and coffee facilities
Poor layout of bathroom
Unsupportive Pillows
Location / Nearby:
Restaurants, cinemas, Gare Neuilly Port Malliot (tram, RER-E, Metro line 1)
Getting to hotel:
If arriving by car, best use GPS.
Tif by train/ Metro/ Tram, exit the station and walk toward the Cinema complex and McDonalds, and you will see the hotel sign.
- Kristen (10/5): - Great hotel, great location, reasonably priced too.
- Enma (8/5): - Nice place
- Terra (8/5): - Great quieter location that’s still accessible to the main streets and attractions (arc de triomphe was a 15 min walk away). Across the streets from both the RER and metro line 1.
Room with queen bed a good decent size. Only downside was the bath/shower. There is only one panel of glass for the shower that did not cover the whole length of the tub, so water would splash everywhere if not being careful. Couldn’t take a bath either as the bath plug didn’t fully plug. Only included one cleanser for hair/body, so would recommend to bring your own for actual shampoo and conditioner. No body lotion either so bring your own.
Lots of restaurants and cafes close by! Rooms otherwise are clean, good temperature in rooms, and overall a pleasant stay!
- Steven (8/5): - Check-in was very quick and painless. We arrived late at night but the staff was still friendly and accommodating, even providing suggestions for how to get food even though most places were closed. In the morning Maria was kind and gracious, allowing us a late check-out and storing our bags as we explored the city. We only stayed one night, it they made us feel welcome and valued. Thank you so much!
- Yanil (8/5): - It is located near the metro and a walk to the Arch Triumph. The price is suitable for a costly city. The facilities have been upgraded, but areas still need change. For example, rugs are aged and stained. The bedding and the bathroom were clean, but there is a problem with black mold on the inner edge of the shower. Clorox is not allowed in Europe, so I do not know how they could eliminate it. Overall, I will stay again.
- Billy (6/5): - The Hotel was okay,I was looking for more to wow but it was average to
- Patsy (2/5): - the staff
- Doug (10/5): Paris for the Olympics - Very quaint hotel in a great area. Walking distance to popular attractions. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Olympics Visit - Stayed one night during olympics. It is located near metro and RER lines and near GB house which I was attending an evening event at which was finishing late so wanted to get to hotel easily afterwards. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was ready at noon when i arrived which i was not expecting so able to unpack and organise myself. Room was clean and tidy, more modern than I thought . So pleased it had air conditioning as was hot and humid day. Room was a bit noisy at night as at front of hotel but I did sleep well, bed was comfortable. Staff very helpful about leaving luggage following day as I was attending other sporting events. Would recommend and would stay here again
- Carol (6/5): - Staff are friendly and helpful with information on transport, dining and make it easier to get from one attraction to the other.
The room was comfortable and clean.
- Anne (10/5): - Air conditioning was great, could borrow kettle and iron, lots of restaurants nearby and great transport links
- Martin (6/5): - Overall, Paris is perfect, and it's the reason we're here. This hotel is next to transportation, whether by metro, bus, or even by tramway. The location is great. Mickey D's is literally a minute away, and Porte Maillot station is right there on the corner.
The hotel is okay. The staff is friendly for the most part. It's not as big as advertised, though. Yeah! I'm looking at you. 👀
We were supposed to have a room with a king-size bed, but we got a double bed. They're not the same size, not even close. Or maybe a king-size bed is different in Europe. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Check-in was easy. A super sweet lady informed us that "this" happens a lot when booking with this service. 👀
I thought the fact that you had to return the key every time you left was kind of weird. Why do you need my key when I leave?
But overall, it's a good hotel in a great location.
- Didier (8/5): - Parfait pour l’emplacement et l’hôtel. La possibilité de se faire un café / thé dans la chambre (bouilloire, tasse, café soluble) aurait été un plus.
- Jeffry (10/5): - Nice room, centric and nice area, friendly staff.
- Victoria (10/5): Great hotel - Was very happy with everything about this hotel.
Location is excellent, easy to find right next to a metro station and there were lots of restaurants and bars in the area.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a nice big shower and there was shower gel provided.
Would definitely stay here again
- Jaswinder (8/5): - A really comfortable hotel, which does not break the bank. Staff were very pleasant and attentive, and it is very well located with many transport links within 5-10 min walk.
- emily (6/5): - Overall pretty good area and clean
- Jane (10/5): - Clean room, easy transportation. Good value for the $
- marios (2/5): - The manager was rude to me and threw me out of the hotel. I turned up at 2.30am and the hotel was shut i was knocking on the doors no one opened up, the fire alarm went off and then they let me in. They blamed me for the fire alarm going of
- Shota (10/5): - Staff are very friendly and kind. They respond to my request very well.
- Marina (6/5): - The hotel is located next the Palais des Congrès, about 500 meters from the Arc de Triomphe.
Great sélection of restaurants and some bar.
From outside the hôtel doesn’t look inviting, but fortunately the rooms are clean and moderne enough.
The staff is not very friendly and the services are reduced to a minimum (no mini bar, no restaurant, no internet point), but for us it was OK.
- Guillermo (10/5): Great value - Great location and value for money. Some construction going on nearby, but with the train stop steps away from hotel, moving around is easy.
- dantink (8/5): Lovely hotel - We stayed here as a group of 4 for our trip to Paris. Location was great, right next to the Metro and Train station.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, in particular the staff on the reception desk.
We had to separate rooms, both twin rooms on the 6th floor. Both really nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were great and the rooms were spotlessly clean.
They asked you to leave your key as you left the hotel, and there was a huge and heavy keyring on the key, possibly to deter you from taking it with you and losing it. We did like this idea, however on collecting your key you only had to give your room number, no other security details which worried us a little about anyone randomly collecting our key without them knowing.
The hotel was very quiet and this helped us to get a good nights sleep each night.
Hair dryer in the room wasn’t great so take your own if you can.
We had breakfast included in our package, however we only used this once. It was nice, but the room was incredibly small. Food is presented on a trolley, croissants, yogurts, fruit, toast, cereals and everything you could think of. Drinks were supplied by the staff.
If I ever return to Paris I would happily stay here again
- Brett (6/5): Place felt old but it gets the job done - It served its purpose of providing a place to sleep and shower, but in a run down sorta way. Place felt like it's seen better days. Location was good-- plenty of options for eating, public transportation, walks in a park, etc
- Patrick (10/5): - Friendly, clean and well located
- serlbauer (10/5): Great Hotel Near Everything - The hotel is a modest, fairly small establishment. The price is reasonable. You can opt-in for breakfast, which we did. Breakfast is the usual for a European hotel breakfast, coffee or tea, juice, various cheeses, yogurts, jams, fruit, delicious breads and pastries.
The room was small, by American standards, but adequate, clean, comfortable with a modern bathroom, just perfect for us. I loved that the room has windows that actually open!
There were plenty of outlets to charge our devices. If you forget your American to European adapters, the front desk has some.
We had lived in Europe for a long time in the 1980’s and 1990’s so we knew what to expect. There in an elevator. Make sure to politely say “good morning” to the hard-working breakfast ladies. A little goes a long way. The various folks manning the desk were helpful to me, and some spoke English.
My Uber pick-up was just across the street so handy when I used Uber. Keep in mind there is construction seemingly everywhere in Paris due to next Summer’s Olympic Games, and there is construction near the hotel so it is tough for taxis and Ubers to get right in front of the hotel. But pick-up points are just a short walk away. The Palais de Congrès is a also a short walk away.
My husband had meetings at the nearby Palais de Congrès and I saw the sights of Paris. The hotel is walking-distance to the Arc de Triomphe. On the side streets are many charming cafés to rest your feet and enjoy a coffee. We walked up to the Arc de Triomphe, walked under the underpass to the other side and bought tickets for the Big Bus (hop-on hop-off). I say this to show how conveniently located the hotel is.
Nice, comfortable, friendly, reasonably-priced hotel, in a good location.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great overall - It was just about right for the length of stay and price. But it was excellent in terms of cleanliness, proximity, breakfast and fromt desk.
- Renata (8/5): - Good location. Renovated rooms
- Lee (10/5): - If you like old places, this is perfect.
If there is an option for cooked/hot food for breakfast, it would be great.
The staff are amazing. Superb service.
Great location.
- frosty58 (6/5): Spot on for the price. - We expected a three star hotel, close to the tourist hotspots, clean and with a bottomless continental breakfast and that’s exactly what was delivered. The lady in reception was incredibly helpful. Street noise was excessive but that was beyond the control of the hotel. Comfy bed, spotless shower. Street noise was excessive but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault. We’d return for a short break!
- roshs228 (10/5): EXCELLENT - Amazing stay room wer clean bed so comfy for a 3☆ hotel it's particularly good location is great staff are great locations close by arc de triumph, eiffel tower champ eyeless metro right outside train station 10 minutes walk bars restaurant all close
- Campanellis (6/5): Sleepless Stay! - Took us a while to find the Hotel because of the building work going on! The staff were pleasant room was small very noisy there was also a hotel light!right outside our window which shone into the room not goodThere is a car park opposite where teenager were inhaling gas from ballons shouting & laughing at 5am cars coming & going every morning! The breakfast room was so small not enough room for all the guests!
- Alison (10/5): - Lovely big room, very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful
- Vanessa (10/5): - Loved it so much we extended our stay! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The wifi went down while we were there and they quickly had a back up running. It’s in a great location to walk to Eiffel Tower. On our walk to the tower there was amazing restaurants along the way we tried! There’s also very convenient restaurants right outside the hotel. This is an amazing location and a lovely hotel. I recommend this so much
- Danielle2489 (8/5): Paris Birthday Trip - Found the hotel pleasant and most staff friendly and had a smile on their face. Room / shower lovely and bed & pillow comfortable.
Only downside breakfast room too small and a bit congested. French lady serving breakfadt was very miserable 🤔😬☹ needed to put a smile on her face! Other than that great time in Paris. Nr the Metro and A deT 🙂
- l_viaf941 (2/5): Reception guy - Avoid it at all costs!
Terrible reception service from a guy. Since I arrived at night, he was only gaming on the hotel computer, with his headset and screaming with his friends at the computer (I never have seen something so unprofessional). He didn't like to be "annoyed" by the guests, he only asked me to pay my stay, and he don't even give me the receipt. (only the one the cardmachine issues, but not official one). Next day I requested them to fix my AC because it wast working, I left my key and when I come back I asked him if they fixed, he answered "maybe". and of course, they didn't. and of course, he was gaming, again.
two ladies at reception next day morning were fine though, I feel bad for them because they have to do everything that the guy doesn't.
Breakfast was also bad, with minimal options and a cubic of space.
A loooot of noise in the neighbourhood, the noise starts at 6 am and never stops anymore, and you can hear every other guest in the rooms.
I only can point as a good thing the cleaning, they really cleaned and left my room good.
- Donna (10/5): - My luggage was lost by airlines, staff was very helpful and steered me to a place where I could purchase clothing reasonably. They all spoke English and were very friendly. The rooms were small as is usual in older hotels in europe. Nothing fancy but nice clean place to stay, easy access to metro and wonderful restaurants, shopping, etc.
- Shane (6/5): Functional but thats it …. - A little disappointing. Staff excellent but no coffee making facilities in room and breakfast completely unsatisfactory. Food was limited and the toaster was actually stuck right behind someone sitting at a table having their breakfast so unable to use unless you wanted to burn another guest! Also it only has room for about a dozen people tops so a tad cramped if all guests descent at once. Rooms were shall we say a little unusual in shape and the bathroom was at best functional. My view was of the backyard and from my window I could see a nice pair of dirty socks left outside of someones window alongside the remnants of an emptied ashtray! Plus points is that you can leave your luggage to be cared for on your day of departure free of charge and location is spot on for Longchamp racecourse. A little pricey for what you get 🤔
- Scenic20998667604 (8/5): Great location - Small family run hotel, staff were a little rude on arrival as we were checking in another couple came into reception and just talked over us!! Not the best first impression to make! However after finally checking in we were pleasantly surprised with the room, not enormous but ok for a short break with everything you need, reception were helpful after our first encounter as we needed to borrow a travel adapter and they lent us one no hassle, you can borrow all sorts of items free of charge! Breakfast however was a little disappointing but there are enough cafes nearby if it’s not to your satisfaction
The location of the hotel is ideal for a the main sight seeing attractions, the arch de triumph is only a 10 minute walk with the champs eleysee just a little bit further down the road! So after a rough start I have to say the staff towards the end of our stay were really helpful! Only thing I don’t understand is why you have to leave your hotel key behind reception when leaving the hotel ??
- B6010BQdeboraht (8/5): Great location, lovely breakfast, very flexible - Me and my daughter arrived on expecting a twin room (this was arranged through the agent), but we were given a double room. This was changed to a twin room after a request and they showed that this was not on the request. Thankfully we had the room changed, the location was fantastic and the breakfast was perfect. The noise was a problem at night, but this is out of the hotels control, especially the construction going on. Overall, the hotel should be proud 😊
- Bobbysimba (10/5): Great - The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and minutes away from the metro line. There are several restaurants in the area and a McDonald’s.
The rooms are quite small but the beds are super clean and comfy and the room has everything you need. There is quite a lot of building work taking place in the area and so there is some construction noise during the day. Breakfast is basic in the sense that there aren’t any hot options but it didn’t bother us.
For a budget option I would definitely recommend this hotel as you don’t go to Paris to sit in your hotel room.
- Nicole (10/5): - Very helpful and friendly staff
- rawad (10/5): - For a 3* hotel, you cant get better then that. Room was clean and cozy, but a bit small, bathroom is spacious, great shower. Exactly what you need for a good night sleep. Great location, close to everything , lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. Overall I had a good experience for a 1night stay.
- Raymond (8/5): - Close to everything! Definitely a good place to stay in Paris
- Alex (8/5): A nice option - A smart hotel close to the exhibition centre and reasonably priced.
- Victoria (10/5): - Clean hotel, rooms as pictured. Exactly what I needed for a few days stay in Paris.
- Reem (10/5): - Close to public transportation. Newly renovated rooms, with enough space and AC! Very clean. Helpful and nice staff.
- Anton (6/5): - WI-FI DOES NOT WORK. THE STUFF IS UNABLE CALL TAXI. AWFUL
- Ahmed (10/5): - Close to metro and train stations.
- Iain (8/5): - Budget hotel in a great location right next to metro station and The best steak frites restaurant in Paris.
Decent sized room and comfortable bed. I had a room at the back which was quiet.
Check in and out quick and easy. In fact much quicker than most big expensive hotels.
Didn’t use breakfast as plenty of cafes nearby.
Great value just don’t expect anything fancy.
- Josh (4/5): - Comfortable, basic rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Busy area, however, which can be very loud with street noise (not the hotel‘s fault). Wi-Fi issues were frustrating when I visited, but maybe not typical.
- E3741VQclaired (8/5): Great location and good base for holiday - Hotel is a great location, clean rooms which are cleaned daily, nice simple breakfast, a fridge with drinks in reception, helpful staff who put up with our basic French skills!
Tea/coffee facilities would have added a little extra to the rooms but I believe you can borrow a kettle if needed.
- Denys (4/5): Avoid (especially the breakfast) - What could've been a hidden gem in one of the most popular areas in Paris, turned out to be a massive disappointment. I was not expecting luxury when I booked this hotel and luxury I did not get. Tiny hotel with old school doors locked by keys with massive key rings. Overall quite dark and depressing atmosphere with tiny rooms and poor shower conditions. I had to change rooms because of the noise from the construction site that not even double glazed windows could isolate. The noise started at 1-2AM and lasted for hours so I could not sleep. The staff was nice enough to change my room even after my late request. The new room was less noisy but very dark and only good to spend the night. The shower did not drain well and was overflowing within 2 min. The water collected at the platform next to the wall and dripped to the floor collecting in a massive puddle in front of the sink.
The worst part of my stay was the breakfast. A hot claustrophobic room in the basement with a few narrowly fitted tables and 2 shelves containing individually packed plane food (butter, jam, slices of cheese) with some bread. All of this for 13 euros extra per night! The breakfast staff does not speak English.
- Verified traveler (8/5): overall ok - Afternoon male clerk absolutely unhelpful in regards to parking. We'd had instructions from a female clerk over the phone about discounted fare nearby but when we got there this other person did not instruct us properly about the correct parking garage and we paid full fare. So make sure you speak to the right person if you have to drive into Paris (not advisable but sometimes there's no choice).
Cleaning lady very polite and thorough. Location is ok, about 15 minute-walk from the back of the arc de triomphe.
- Pedro (10/5): Convince for Congress work - Very friendly staff and very near to the Congress Palace and price very reasonable
- Yannick (8/5): Perfect if you fly to from Beauvais airport - Hotel is nice, clean, big room for paris standards. Fast internet. Perfect distance from bus for beauvais airport and also to metro.
The only drawbacks is the receptionist (the woman) that behave as she works in jail. Never hello, give keys without even tilt the head. Thats very disappointing
- Heinz (8/5): Good average Hotel - Well located hotel near a subway station. Price is ok for the level of accommodation offered. Good air conditioning, Beds could be more comfortable. Many options near to have breakfast and meals.
- Veronica (10/5): - The staff were kind and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Literally across the street from a train station (which, by the way, was undergoing a major construction project while I was there, but the windows were thick enough that construction noise was not bothersome at all). Decent little continental breakfast in the basement. I would absolutely stay here again.
- Kathryn (6/5): Recommend ! Cute, charming, great location - Came here with my sister and we had an overall lovely stay. The hotel is so charming and cute and the rooms are adorable. The location is amazing! It’s in a safe district and walking distance to the champs elysee and arc de triomphe and super close to a metro station that can take you everywhere!
The only bad thing about my stay is the overnight hotel employee was absolutely terrible, unprofessional and rude. I speak English and Spanish and a little French ( I can communicate fine) and had no problem using a translator to communicate-I never expected anyone to speak English to me but this man was so belittling and rude.
It was my first time staying at a hotel where you leave the key at the desk (which actually adds to the charm). When we first went out for the day and I came back he stared at me and asked me a question I didn’t quite understand at first. I assumed I needed to say my name the reservation was under so I said my name and he looked at me with a face of disgust and yelled “WHAT SPEAK FRENCH” he then asked me chambre? Which at this point understood room number. I said 25 in French and he threw the key on the table and went back to watching a movie as if I disturbed him.
He yelled at me when I came down to get water and ask for tea and coffee * in French night I add. And a few different times it was the same situation looking at me like I was disgusting and interrupting him. Horrible.
Overall I would recommend the place but that employee needs to go.
- Lourdes (8/5): Great location and value - Property got some needed renovations and looks very good. Rooms and bathrooms look more modern and fresh. The WiFi is very good. An instant coffee and tea tray would be welcome, as well as some hooks for coats on the entrance wall of the room. Nothing beats it's location even with the construction works going on next door. Do recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
- Mario (10/5): - Great location! Close to metro station. Very clean and comfortable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, they gave us much convenience for our staying.
- Joandrita (8/5): Paris - Great location in amongst some great restaurants and within 5 min walk to the Arc De Triomphe which is where you get the hop on hop off buses. Lovely staff the lady on the reception was very informative and helpful and spoke English very well. Nice hot shower and comfortable beds
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Easy access to the Metro and RER and it is a drop off point for the airport bus. The hotel has excellent quality bed,and the bathroom is compact and has very good mirrors.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and had a good command of English.
We were extremely pleased with all aspects connected with this hotel.
.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My room was small, but had all I needed as a single traveler in Paris for a conference for a week. I noticed on the floorplan that I had the smallest one on the floor, perhaps because I got a deal on Expedia rather than paying their full posted rate. It was clean and the location was great.
The best component was the staff. I pre-paid for breakfast, which was pastries, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and maybe a few other things. I have Celiac disease, so I cannot eat gluten. The breakfast ladies, who are also the cleaning staff, speak little English, and I speak little French, so I did not even both to ask about gluten free. After a few days, one woman suddenly appeared with some gluten free bread for me. I guess they either noticed that I never ate the pastries or noticed some gluten free items in my room. It was fantastic! What service! You don't get this at a big hotel. Moreover, I doubt that they keep these on-hand because it is not a big hotel and gluten free requests are likely uncommon. I think someone took the initiative to go out and get me some "pan sans gluten."
I would certainly stay here again.
- gg (10/5): - super hotel all around: location first class close to subway station, conference hotels, sight seeing - arc de triomphe. check-in, check-out super friendly. Room perfect: optimal size, super bed, shower, wifi, Paris flair. Food options, just like Paris movies - step out of the hotel & bistro / restaurants are there. Everything is walkable from the hotel - easy to find. Elevator - no stairs climbing with luggage. Luggage storage.
- VIOREL (10/5): Very good service - Very clean hotel with members of the staff nice and friendly. I'll recommend with pleasure
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location, efficient and helpful staff.
Entrance to hotel a bit stark.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - very well located, in front of the metro Port Maillot, 3 minutes walking from the bus stops from the airport, 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. Simple accomodations,
but clean. Wifi wavered a bit.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place to stay. Very near metro stop. 10 mins walk to arc de triomphe.
- Christine (8/5): - Very clean, warm and very conveniently located near conference centre. Tea/coffee facilities in room would be great
- Lourdes (10/5): Excellent location at reasonable Parisian rate - This hotel is a typical Parisian style property with a great location and good service. The rooms are not very big but offer modern comfort and amenities, except a safe. Our room was clean and there were no mold stains in the bathroom. It is obvious that there have been renovations like the new elevator (stainless steel, fast and quite) and bathroom equipment like showerheads, bathtubs, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful handling all our requests. For 13.00EUR per person you can get a continental style breakfast brought to your room. It was very good and always arrived on time, if not earlier. Wi-Fi worked all the time and well without disruption.
The bed mattress, linens and pillows were also very good. The towels were small and thin. That needs improvement. Even though there are road works across, we could not hear a sound unless the windows were open. But noise and conversation inside the corridors could be heard. We had a room next to the elevator (No. 42) and it is not so desirable. A couple of times the room got on the hot side at night and the thermostat did not work. With a 50 F degree outside temperature, we just opened the window.
The rate is great and reasonable for Paris and the location. You can walk to Arc de Triumph, Metro and RER station is across the street, many restaurants, shops, bus stop to airports is walking distance. We recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Paris.
- Katherine (4/5): Very noisy! - Although hotel itself is not that bad, it was really noisy at night and I did not sleep well. Before my check in I reached out to the hotel asking for a quiet room, since it was one of my concerns. Instead of accommodating me, the personnel offered a room right next to the elevator. When I saw that I went back to the reception to ask for another room suspecting that it would be noisy, and the receptionist assured me that all of the rooms are sound proof and it will be quiet at night. Of course that wasn't the case, people were yelling in the hallways and I heard everything as if it was happening in my room. Very disappointing and won't be staying there again since the experience is not worth the price I paid. Maybe you should start treating your guests better.
- MoShmo (10/5): - centrally located and easy access to porte maillot and roads to Normandy.

- Robert (6/5): paris - The location was perfect. Nice area. Hotel is not updated. We had to leave our room key with them every time we left the room. The room was clean and bathroom was clean.
- Si (8/5): Save and budget hotel - If you are looking for a budget hotel, this is good one. It's in a safe neighborhood and conveniently located, with transit station right across and surrounded by many restaurants including MacDonald. Hotel is very clean and it's just as the photo shown online.
- Michele (8/5): - Breakfast extra oura not posres
- Judy (10/5): Great hotel in Paris! - The front desk staff always made me feel welcomed, particularly Anis. Each person graciously assisted me whenever I needed help. The location of the hotel was great for my conference at the convention center as well as touring around Paris and finding great restaurants. Nice to have a McDonald's close by for fountain sodas! The subway is a few steps outside the front door. The room size was typical European although the bathroom was quite nice and I liked having the desk and chair in the room. The windows opening up to the street were wonderful. I never needed air conditioning. The safes downstairs were nice to use. I would definitely stay there again.

- Clarice (8/5): - Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Spacious room by European standards.
