Frédéric (1/5): Moyen. - La chambre un peu petite mais propre. Par rapport au prix, lors de la réservation j’avais pris avec piscine et petit déjeuner. Lors de mon arrivée quelle surprise. Je devais rajouter 40 euros pour la piscine sur les 2 jours et 80 euros pour les petits déjeuner. C’est inadmissible devais partir sur une soi disant prestation choisie et qu’au bout il faille encore rajouter devais l’argent. Prix exorbitant par rapport à la prestation fournie.

Maria (10/5): Perfect location, lovely staff, and a very welcoming stay with our dogs. - Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very centrally located — close to the metro, the Arc de Triomphe, and many other sights. Most of the time, we were able to walk everywhere because everything was so easy and convenient to reach. The hotel itself is very charming, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding. A very special thank you and compliment goes to Aymen, who was incredibly kind, attentive, understanding, and helpful. We travelled with our dogs for the first time, and we felt very welcome. Our dogs barked a few times, but the staff were very patient and understanding. Dogs can be a little like children sometimes, and it was so nice to feel that the hotel staff handled everything with kindness and patience. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, clean, and lovingly prepared. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel. For anyone who wants to stay close to the city, be out and about, and reach everything easily, this hotel is simply perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris. Practical, clean, friendly, and very pleasant!

Andrea (7/5): Hotel é Bom, mas não está ao nível 4 estrelas em comparação a outros 4* de Paris - Café da manhã bom, boa localização e bom custo benefício. O hotel é mal projetado, com instalações que dificultam o uso. O chuveiro possui piso elevado em relação ao piso do banheiro, sendo que o blindex não veda totalmente a água, inundando todo o piso. Não adicionaram chinelos, apesar de haver esta previsão na diária. A cama foi relativamente confortável, porém, os travesseiros um pouco duros. A limpeza foi considerada boa, com exceção do vazamento do banheiro, que não o manteve em boas condições. Os funcionários da recepção foram um pouco rudes, porém nada grave. O café da manhã é bom, em especial o croissant e pan chocolat, quentinhos e fresquinhos. Por fim, o hotel possui boa localização, próximo ao arco do Triunfo e estação de metrô charles de gaulle etoile.

Sophia (9/5): Jag är jättenöjd med hotellet och hade definitivt kunnat åka dit igen. - Jättefint och fräscht rum som städades varje dag. Personalen var super trevlig och läget var perfekt, nära till till centrum. Tyvärr var det ganska lyhört och man hör allt som sker på gatan utanför hela natten. Man hör även igenom alla rummen när någon pratar/hostar eller om något barn är ledset.

James (8/5): Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, terrific value for money. - Excellent location, incredible value for a central Paris hotel, friendly staff, room size decent, bed comfortable, wifi worked well. There's a pool downstairs, but I didn't use it. Take a room facing the back of the hotel (courtyard). Front-facing street view rooms can be noisy in the morning with delivery trucks, etc.
Inga (9/5): It is worth staying here! - The location is excellent. It is so easy to get there from the airport. And it is very easy to get to the start of the marathon and get back after the finish. This was the main reason to choose this hotel. And I was very satisfied with that. I arrived earlier and left my luggage in the hotel while going out to the expo. Personal got the bad to my room :) Very helpful! And breakfast at the marathon morning was organised earlier, suitable for earlier start zones. As in Paris centre - the room itself is rather small (and therefore comfy) - and the sound isolation is not on a very high level. - if you get noisy neighbours it could be unpleasant.

Rachel (10/5): Fantastic in every way! 🌟 - The location was superb! Quiet street, but minutes from the centre. The pool is lovely and the massage bit was excellent! Having the room reset every day was awesome and unexpected 🤗 and starting breakfast at 6am for Paris Marathon was great attention to detail. Staff were extremely friendly, and even looked after our bag on morning of leaving 🌟 thank you for a wonderful stay!

Guguen (9/5): Un hôtel agréable, du personnel aimable, une piscine chauffée non seulement jolie, mais relaxante et à 800 mètres du Pal - L’hôtel est joli, propre, le personnel est très gentil, la piscine est chauffée. Dans la chambre nous avions à disposition des produits de toilette offert, 2 bouteilles d’eau, un petit paquet de chips, un petit gâteau, le nécessaire pour se faire du thé ou du café L’isolation, malheureusement très tôt le matin, beaucoup de gens sont partis dans un raffut épouvantable qui nous a réveillé

Stessy (7/5): confortable et bien placé mais bryant - la piscine était vraiment superbe, on a pu en profiter juste tous les deux c’était un moment très privilégié. buffet du petit dej correct et les équipement de la chambre complet chambre, très mal isolée, on entend les gens dans le couloir ou encore dans les chambres d’à côté, le pire c’était la rue… On a été réveillé au moins 2-3 fois dans la nuit

Too bad, because it would have been nice otherwise

Elton (6/5): O que salva é a localização. Porém não voltaria, pelo preço pode encontrar algo melhor em outras localizações interessan - Localização perto do Arco do Triunfo que é uma boa região. Não gostei do tamanho do quarto muito pequeno principalmente se estiver com malas, do Box do banheiro que molha o banheiro, limpeza do quarto que deixou a desejar com um café da manhã caro porém ok. E havia uma luz de um abajur queimada.
