See the view of a claimed premium room ! - Perfect location close to landmarks and shopping mall Staff are so disrespectful, forgetful and generally too busy to care about guests Over 2 days , I asked 4 times that a technician looks at the shower door since every shower meant the whole bathroom was under water . All 4 requests over the phone and in person ignored I requested a room at the highest possible level .When we arrived we were told that we were given a room on the first floor ! We had few hours before arrival and check-in so we left the luggage and we went out when we came back we were told that we are given a room in the 4th floor . the room had a terrible view so we requested a change. They give us a room in the 6 floor but the room reeked of cigarette and AC wasn’t working . We were told to wait 30 minutes for AC to work!! After 15 minutes I went down and complained again so they changed us again to another room. Terrible experience with only caused by lack of care .

- Troy (10/5): Just stayed for one night. I would highly recommend this hotel. - The room was very nice. Large King size bed. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower. Onsite restaurants, but plenty of places to eat within very short walking distance. Overall a very nice place to stay. I can't think of anything.

- GREG (4/5): Mega overpriced for what you get. It's a mediocre business hotel, but you pay top price. - Our dog is a 10yo border collie mix who's 28kg. Upon arrival, we were told the hotel policy is max 20kg dogs. Thankfully, after some discussion with the manager, we were allowed to stay with our dog. For a €450/night hotel, it was a bit preposterous that we had to pay for water bottles, given that I wouldn't advise drinking from the tap (very strong chlorine smell). We tried the room service on our first night because we arrived late, and it was very underwhelming. A piece of pork that was almost impossible to chew through, and a piece of salmon that wasn't very fresh and drenched in a sweet artificial sauce.. Another thing were the showers, the temperature fluctuated from hot to cold, it was difficult to set it to a good temperature and just enjoy the shower, you had to constantly adjust. The sink got clogged, and while I could have called reception to come fix it, it was late at night so I didn't want to wake my wife and baby so I unclogged it myself, and I pulled out the most disgusting pile of smudgy hair from underneath the sink. Obvious it hadn't been cleaned in years... Overall, just not what you'd expect from a €450+/night hotel, very underwhelming to say the least.

- IdC (8/5): Toplocatie met fantastisch dakterras - Toplocatie met ruime (premium city view) kamer, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en fantastisch uitzicht op het dakterras met zwembad en ligbedden. Prijzen variëren nogal per nacht.

- Marlewski (8/5): Very pleased with this accomodation - Location very easy to metro , train bus and aero bus. We were able to use all very easily. Door was open when we first got to the room. I called and expected someone to come and have a look.

- Linda (9/5): - Wir waren zu 3 dritt für 5 Tage in Barcelona. Das Hotelzimmer war klein aber wirklich schön. Das gesamte Hotel war großartig. Die Lage war hervorragend! Direkt ein kleines Shoppingcenter zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und cafes um die Ecke. Mochte es gern. Super freundliches Personal und der kaffee im Hotel war soooo herzlich zubereitet (Cappuccino) wirklich lecker. Die einzige Kleinigkeit die etwas ungünstig war - fehlende Klobürste und keine Lüftung im Bad.
