• Hanna (1/5): - Location Organization was lame and the old guy at the reception was rude: - the check-in was late, we were offered no apologies or later checkout in return - the receptionist invented a story that I arrived with another person earlier, so when my friend arrived, he blamed her that we're going to live in 3 in the room (delusional old person) - upon checking we were offered one key for two people, and when we asked for the second one, the answer was very rude: "why do u need it, nobody ever asks for it". We said we will be coming back and forth separately, and need 2 keys. Then the dude decided to take a DEPOSIT for a second key. We didn't have pounds, my friend gave 20 euros and he literally sniffed the note (not trusting us, live we've printed it or smth). Upon checkout the 20 euros note returned was torn - the dude gave us the room on the last 5th floor with no elevator and very (i mean VERY) steep and narrow stairs. We saw it in the description, so it would have been OK, but the old guy kept saying "you look healthy enough". Outrageous, especially considering my chronic autoimmune joints issues - Kept saying - if we don't like anything, he can cancel the stay and we'd go search for another hotel. Last moment, sure =/ - Old, wall-mounted shower - Noise from the next door rooms and the corridor - 3 towels for 2 people (we didn't get the math)

• Samara (10/5): A warm and friendly welcome to London! - Fantastically friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location - walking distance to Victoria station, close to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and shops, and yet very quiet - so we were guaranteed a good night’s sleep. Nothing!

The tea and coffee supplied was plentiful. Bathroom was very clean and a good supply of hot water. The location was also very good, within a short walking distance of two tube stations. We were not notified until we arrived that the room was on the fifth floor. This could be an obstacle for some people.

• Elina (8/5): In general, very lovely hotel in a classic London building. The staff was kind and friendly and let us keep our luggage - Impeccably clean rooms, good mattresses. The room has a kettle, cups, tea, coffee and complimentary cookies. Shampoo and soap were also provided. There’s also a small ventilator. It’s located roughly 15 minutes walk from Victoria station and there are plenty good restaurants and pubs around. What was especially convenient having several Santander Cycle Hire stations around - the cheapest way to move around London. In general it was quite noisy at night, because the doors let in all the noises from the outside. Also, we left the window open during the night, but the street was so noisy because of the passing cars and buses that we woke up all the time. Unfortunately, that’s the biggest downside of having a room looking at the street, so I’d recommend to ask a room that looks at the backyard. Also we were surprised that there wasn’t a refrigerator, which made it hard to bring snacks in. It’s fine if you’re up for a short stay but we usually travel with our daughter and not having a small fridge, especially when it’s so hot, is a problem for us.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We overlooked neighbour’s leafy gardens so no street noise. The curtains were black out ones. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing.
• Ali (8/5): - The location was great with walking distance to major attractions and the room was clean. The receptionist was quite impolite. There was no welcoming or anything like that and she basically repeated a few sentences like a tape recorder. It was quite poor.

• Viajando por ahí (8/5): Turismo en Londres - Buena ubicación. A 5 minutos andando se la estación de metro de Pimlico y a 10 de la de Victoria. Zona tranquila y con supermercados y bares. Camas cómodas . En la habitación calentador de agua, café, leche y té. Reponían todos los días. Habitación y baño un poco pequeños pero comodo. No hay ascensor pero para un primer piso sin problema Las toallas las cambian, innecesariamente, a diario.

It’s very close to train and bus stops, and if you enjoy walking, you can easily reach many of London’s main attractions on foot. Negative: We were given a room on the third floor with no elevator, which was quite inconvenient. There was also a lot of noise coming from the room above us — it lasted until around 11 pm and started again at 6 am, which made it difficult to rest.

Это не отель, скорее гостевой дом. Ресепшен не работает круглосуточно, выселение в 10 утра, если оставляете багаж после 13.00 будьте готовы заплатить. Комнаты небольшие и простые, на одну ночь - нормально, если оставаться надолго, мне кажется, не будет комфортно.

• Max (10/5): Cozy, convenient, and rememberable. Felt like home! - Lovely little hotel, staff was always incredibly nice. Location was amazing and made getting around very easy, but also had more than enough to do within walking distance. Room was cleaned for us daily and the ammenities provided were a great addition (tea, soaps, etc). When I come back to London I look forward to staying here again :)

• Amy (7/5): - Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Habe auf Anfrage ein Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht bekommen und später auch auf Anfrage ein anderes Kissen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Bett ist bequem, quietscht jedoch beim bewegen. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man kann Gespräche bei Zimmerlautstärke von anderen Räumen mithören. Mein Zimmer war im 3 Stock und ich hörte Abends und morgens immer die Lüftung und Dusche vom Nachbarn über mir. Nachts war es glücklicherweise ruhig.

The location was very convenient, being close to a bus stop and Victoria Station, making it easy to get around. Very friendly staff, provided suggestions for nearby restaurants, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Si raggiungono tranquillamente a piedi varie attrazioni, tipo Bukingam Palace, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square e la National Gallery. L'hotel è essenziale ma le camere sono pulitissime, piccole ma non troppo, cambio asciugamani giornaliero molto gradito. Lo staff cortese e disponibile.

No hay ascensor aun que a mi me tocó en la primera planta y genial. Limpian, hacen la cama y cambian las toallas todos los días, tienen servicio sin pagar adicional para poder dejar las maletas y eso es muy top. Tiene además del metro de Vitoria tiene otra estación cercana también y autobuses en la puerta. Me gustó todo

• Angela (8/5): Estancia perfecta en Londres - En nuestro caso nos quedamos en la habitación para cuatro y aunque era un bajo fue ideal porque no hay ascensor. La habitación era amplia camas cómodas y suelo tarima. Ubicación ideal a nivel conexiones y poder ir andando a alguna atracción turística Lo que menos el baño era un poco diminuto para cuatro pero con organización no hay problema. La calefacción no siempre estaba puesta y hacía a veces un poco de frío. Pero se lo comentamos a los dueños y nos la pusieron sin problema

• Hanna (10/5): Gemütliches Hotel in perfekter Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal - Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich. Die Lage war für unsere Pläne perfekt. Die Betten waren bequem, auch wenn es bzgl. Kopfkissen sehr unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse gibt. Die Ablagefläche im Bad muss beim anderen ein wenig verteidigt werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
