Robyn (3/5): Not for me... - Location near to main street and tube. Room 321 was incredibly noisy. Right next to the lift that was used ++ at night - very noisy from arrival sound and squeaking on its tracks. Tried to change room but staff said only other room available on the ground floor would be worse. Asked about mattress topper as bed quite uncomfortable. Unable to provide sadly.

Peter (7/5): A comfortable hotel that could do with an improvement in their customer service standards - Very close to Earl’s Court tube Room was clean Very limited storage in room only four hangers for two people which was annoying. Our room was in a separate building and we were sent down the street to find it after we checked in. My main gripe was that we came back to hotel after we checked out and we were told to find our own cases before leaving which is not a secure process. It is a shame because the rooms were quite good (apart from lack of drawers and shelves) and the location is excellent

sophie (9/5): Une adresse agréable pour un séjour à Londres entre amis - La chambre est agréable et moderne. L’ hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Londres ( au pied d’une station de métro qui permet de relier facilement les principaux points touristiques. Le quartier est calme et comporte de nombreux restaurants. N’hésitez pas à suivre les suggestions de l’hôtel en la matière. La salle de bain est un peu petite.

Giorgio (7/5): - Camera un po’ piccola in linea con lo standard londinese. Pulita con un ottima colazione, e una bella e comoda doccia . Anche se il letto è alla francese,quindi un po’ più piccolo ,era comodo e caldo. La camera assegnataci affaccia su un giardino piuttosto disordinato e trascurato. Arrivando dalla stazione metropolitana si incontra prima il civico 12 dove ci sono solo le camere mentre il ceck-in si effettua al civico 16. Fortunatamente ci siamo imbattuti in una persona che usciva dal civico 12 e ci ha spiegato che la reception è al n 16. Sempre al civico 16 viene servita la colazione e se si alloggia al n 12 bisogna spostarsi. Particolare trascurabile ma vale la pena segnalarlo.

Justina (6/5): - Very good location, only a few minutes from underground. Walking distance to the South Kensington museum area, plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Extremely small room, barely any place to put a small suitcase, wouldn't be any place for a big one. The window was facing a dark wall, the room thus very dark, no daylight, it was claustrophobic, I didn't feel well there. There was a lot of hair also nails on the carpet, the whole room needs a thorough hoovering. There was an annoying beeping sound at night, and overall pretty noisy as one can hear every sound from a corridor as well as from downstairs.

Sara (5/5): Za tu cijenu se vjerojatno mogao pronaci i komforniji smjestaj - Osoblje je ljubazno. Hotel je blizu metro stanice Earl’s court, u blizini se nalazi nekoliko dobrih restorana, mjesta za dorucak i kafica. Sobe su iznimno male, krevet je uzak za dvoje ljudi i nije narocito udoban, nasa soba je bila smjestena pored lifta koji je bio jako glasan i budio nas je po noci kad su ga drugi gosti koristili.

Alexandra (10/5): - Nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy. Csend volt éjszaka, semmi nem zavarta a pihenésünket. Tisztaság volt a szobában. A zuhanyzó rendkívül tágas volt. Kv, tea volt bekészítve a szobába. Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. A csomagjainkat kicsekkolás után is megőrizték, míg mi várost néztünk. Az elhelyezkedés is remek volt. 3 perc sétára votl a metróállomás. A telefon töltéssel kicsit szenvedtünk, mert csak egy konnektorba működött.

Renee (7/5): Great location with modern rooms suited to short stays of a few days at most. - Room decor and quality was great. Handy little fridge, wine glasses, tumblers and tea making equipment. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great: Restaurants, shops and transport nearby. A great setup for a business travellers there for just a few days. The room was small but this was not the biggest issue. It's how the space is used. There was not a single drawer to place clothes for our longer stay of 10 days so had to live out of our suitcases for which there was no floor space. There was one drawer that had the hairdryer with some tray etc that could not be removed. The unused pillows and bed runner ended up on top of the shelving units so thankfully I am tall to have put them up there. The suitcaeses had nowhere to go out of sight as we could not slide them under the bed because it was a solid base. There was hanging space but with only three hangers. On three separate occasions we asked for more (first time forgotten) and ended up with just 6 more for a total of 9 which again was not enough for our 10 day stay for shirts, dresses and jackets. Pants had to be left over the single chair, shoes lined along the wall as a trip hazard because the room was tiny. With a bit better planning more storage could have been added. We hate living in a mess but with no room to put stuff, I have included photos to show how it works for longer term stays for a couple with two mid-size suitcases, a backpack and small duffle bag. We did not have breakfast because for the requested 18GBP per person, you can enjoy more ambience at any one of the many venues in the near vicinity. If on the go, 8GBP gets you a full breakfast at a Wetherspoons pub.

The down side was being woken up at 8am by the private schools music class next door. If you’re picking the suit, I would make it a weekend visit.

Csilla (9/5): - My friend and I spent a few days in London. Everything was really close by, and it was easy to get into the city center too. The hotel was nice, and the staff were so friendly. The room was clean and tidy, so it was a great stay overall! Thank you:)

Gözde (1/5): Hayal kırıklığı - Hayal kırıklığı Kahvaltı dahil oda tuttum. Kahvaltı dahil olmadığını söylediler ve ne kadar çaba sarfedersem edeyim Kahvaltı için extra ödeme talep edildi. Resimdeki oda ile kaldığım odanın alakası yok. Kapkaranlık camsız oda verdiler bi de upgrate yaptık dediler. Hyde park yürüme mesafesinde görünüyor sözde . Yürüyerek 40 45 dk min. Oda o kadar küçük ki iki valizi koyacak yer yok. İki kişi birbirine çarparak hareket ediyor içeride. Sitede görünen olanakların hepsi yalan. Verdiğim paraya çok daha iyi konumda çok daha iyi olanakları olan , çok daha geniş ve Kahvaltı dahil odalar vardı. Resmen en büyük hayal kırıklığı. Resepsiyona koydukları hintli çalışanların İngilizceleri berbat ve çok kabalar. Banyoda böcek çıktı kimse ilgilenmedi. Bu kadar iyi yorumu nasıl almış hayret doğrusu...

tuduri (4/5): déçue de se 2nd séjour dans l’hôtel. - son emplacement lits « doubles » séparés / oreillers plats / baignoire au lieu de douche / qualité de la chambre vis à vis de la première reçue (certes nous avons été surclassé mais en payant + cher cette 2nd fois pour de meilleurs équipements la chambre n’avait rien à voir)
Eseh (7/5): Fijne locatie, schone kamer. Wel wat aanmerkingen. - Goede locatie, goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer, schone kamer. Kwamen wat eerder aan als de inchecktijd en konden al eerder in de kamer, wat erg fijn was! Voor een korte trip prima te doen! Kamers zijn wel gehorig, het bed was klein en de airconditioning verkoelde niet goed waardoor de kamer erg warm was.
Janice (8/5): Would definitely stay here again. Just round the corner from a tube station. - We didn’t have breakfast. The hotel was clean & modern and very quiet. It was everything we needed it to be. I guess trying to be critical, it was a little short on extras….. eg no facecloths or shower caps! Staff were very helpful. The first night our aircon didn’t work but they had it fixed by the next night!
Werner (7/5): Goede locatie met schone kamer - Goed bed en ruime kamer. Kamer lag tegenover de ontbijtzaal en het was erg warm op de kamer. De airco werkte niet.
catrionaw867 (10/5): Excellent! - From walking up the spotless steps & exterior of the hotel we were greeted politely & efficiently by the reception staff. I cannot understand the negative reviews at all, think we must be somewhere different as hotel was spotless everywhere & smelled lovely! Our room had everything we wanted, the bed comfy, shower powerful & gleaming & again spotless. Lovely quality white bed linen. Proper size bath towels as well. In the room glasses, fridge, coffee etc. Really quiet & peaceful room. The breakfast was plentiful & catered for all needs. The quality of produce very high standard but if I was to be slightly critical the hot breakfast could be slightly hotter & rather than a side plate maybe consider a larger plate. That said this only a minor observation & I still give this hotel 10/10 & we will be back when next in London.

Louise (9/5): It is clean, the building is secure and well decorated, the facilities are good quality leading to a comfortable stay. - Location, room facilities- great bathroom and bed. The room next to the lift, and the sound of the lift in the room was very intrusive (similar to a dentist drill), and the housekeeping laundry was sorted outside our window.

Mihaela (5/5): Ca și poziționare este foarte bun acest hotel. Zona este ok, fără boschetari 😁 - Este foarte aproape de metrou și curățenia este ok. Faptul ca am stat undeva la subsol (etaj-1) ceea ce a fost foarte aiurea, sa nu ai o fereastra pe care sa o poti deschide sau priveliște, efectiv era ca si cum ai sta într-un beci! Un alt minus ar fi patul care pentru mine personal, salteaua a fost destul de tare, motiv pentru care m am și ales cu o nevralgie 😅.

MIHAELA (1/5): THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....!!! - Locația WHEN WE REACH THEY ASK 100£ DEPOSIT WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED BACK..IS ALREADY PASSED 2 MONTHS....THE FIRST NIGHT WE SLEPT IN COLD ,BECAUSE THE AC WAS NOT WORKING IN THE ROOM AND NOBODY CARES....,THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE,THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY FULL OF HAIR AND SPOTS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS,THE CLEANING IS NOT DONE PROPERLY,THE AC IS NOT WORKING AND US CONTROLLED FROM THE RECEPTIONIST,THE BEDS AND PILLOWS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE,AND EVEN UF IS 4 STARS YOU DON'T HAVE SLEEPERS OR BATHROBES IN THE ROOM ....!!RUN FROM THIS HOTEL...IS THE WORST EVER !!

Easy access and just a quick 2 min walk to the tube and even great walking distance to things. The restaurants around the area also had delicious foods.

G2056KNjamesj (2/5): AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!!! - This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. I have received far much better service and nicer room in so called “budget hotels”. This is supposed to be a “4 star” hotel when in reality it’s not they are a self proclaimed 4 star hotel which means they haven’t went thru any of the actual testing to be awarded those 4 stars. The staff are as good as useless and all need sacking. Honestly wouldn’t pay for a room for my dog here

James (1/5): Would rather do a few nights in a tent than stay at this hotel. - The only good thing about this property is location The staff are so rude and don’t want to know about anything. Supposed to be a “4 star” more like 1 star rooms are disgustingly filthy and ridiculously small for the price. £100 deposit that you best be prepared not to see for over 2 weeks and have to chase them up to get it back.

Uqsa (8/5): Lovely place with lovely people - The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and supportive. They took excellent care of us, and I would highly recommend this hotel on the strength of the staff alone. One of our rooms felt rather small, but it nonetheless provided everything we needed.

Kimberly (9/5): Top Lage - Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich super in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders praktisch war, dass die Underground-Station fußläufig erreichbar ist, sodass man alle wichtigen Orte schnell und unkompliziert erreichen konnte. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet: Es standen Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der kleine Kühlschrank, der sich als sehr nützlich erwiesen hat. Außerdem konnten die Fenster ein Stück geöffnet werden, was für frische Luft gesorgt hat. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit vielen praktischen Details. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Föhn: Dieser wirkte recht einfach, hatte nur eine Stufe und war für dickes Haar etwas ungeeignet. Zudem befand er sich nicht im Badezimmer, was etwas unpraktisch war. Abgesehen davon gab es jedoch nichts zu beanstanden – insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit vielen praktischen Details.
