• Dominika (10/5): - Hotel Alexis je krásný menší hotel s pravou italskou atmosférou. Pokoje jsou sice menší, ale velmi čisté, útulné a pěkně zařízené. Součástí hotelu je i krásná zahrada, kde je možné si příjemně posedět a odpočinout si. Snídaně byly naprosto skvělé – na výběr je jak slaná, tak sladká varianta. Nabídka zahrnuje mnoho druhů kávy, čaj i juice. Na stůl dostanete talířek se slanou variantou a k tomu si můžete vybrat pečivo, například housku nebo chléb. Navíc je zde nabídka naprosto výborných croissantů a dalšího sladkého pečiva. Personál hotelu je velmi milý, ochotný a vstřícný. Pokud se do Říma znovu vrátíme, určitě budeme bydlet právě zde.

• Jessica (7/5): Hotel Alexis was a good Italian boutique feel, weather was great to keep windows open! - We only had two days in Rome for our stay, a lot of activities planned, and did not spend a lot of time in our room. This location and room was authentic, simple, and very clean! It’s served our purpose very well. We left for excursions earlier than breakfast. Breakfast was served 730 to 930 each morning, we were gone for our day by 7:00 am. I wish breakfast was earlier, have seen reviews that it was good. Perfect location from Termini for non-car travelers.

• Viviane (10/5): Uma grata surpresa!! - O hotel fica a cerca de 7 minutos a pé da estação Termini (a principal de Roma) e 15 a 20 minutos a pé dos principais pontos turísticos do Centro. Em frente ao hotel está o Restaurante la Famiglia, ótima comida com Bom custo benefício, o recepcionista Joseph é gentil e atencioso, mas se vc é brasileiro, vai encontrar a Aline, uma baiana muito simpática que trabalha no hotel e te atende com toda hospitalidade que só um brasileiro sabe reconhecer, solicita ela se ofereceu para preparar ovos mexidos com café passado feito na hora para nós. O café da manhã é servido na mesa, sempre com produtos diversos e muito frescos. O ambiente no hotel é familiar e extremamente limpo. O custo benefício é muito melhor que na região mais central. Se hóspede sem medo! Nós amamos. Tudo perfeito.

• Karen (7/5): Perfect voor een citytrip in Rome! - Lekker ontbijt: elke ochtend fruitsap en yoghurt, vervolgens broodjes met kaas en vlees en sla en eitjes en dan nog een zoete afsluiter. Koffie werd aan tafel gebracht, maar mocht sneller komen. Kamers voldeden aan verwachtingen: een bed nodig om te overnachten en een badkamer om je op te frissen. Kamer en badkamer komen hier zeker aan tegemoet, verwacht geen ruime (bad)kamer, maar alles wat we nodig hadden, was er. Handdoeken bleven de hele week behouden... We hadden ook geluk met de andere gasten dat deze niet te luidruchtig waren want je hoort wel heel veel van de gang of de aangrenzende badkamer.

Le petit déjeuner en lui-même était copieux, bon et varié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique, près de la gare de Termini et de l'arrêt du bus hop.on hop off. Il y a aussi plusieurs restaurants à côté et ce n'est pas trop bruyant. Literie confortable. Le personnel à la réception qui n'était pas assez clair sur les règles de taxe de séjour ou non pour les enfants de 10 ans. Au final et pour être tranquilles, nous l'avons aussi payée. Ils ont aussi eu des difficultés pour scanner nos documents et nous avons dû tout refaire une deuxième fois le soir avant d'aller nous coucher. Les coussins sur le lit (décoratifs) étaient tachés et la chambre quadruple ainsi que la salle de bain sont très petites. La réception de la télévision laissait à désirer. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour monter aux étages (nous étions au 2eme).

• Ariadni (10/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο είχε πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση, το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό αλλά άνετο και το μπάνιο είχε θερμαινόμενο πάτωμα που ήταν ιδανικό για την εποχή που το επισκεφτήκαμε. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό και το προσωπικό ακόμα και με τα ελάχιστα αγγλικά που ήξερε ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό.

• Domínguez Palacio (10/5): - En general el hotel está súper bien, todo muy hospitalario y limpio y agradable. Con una buena calefacción, así que no pasas frío. El desayuno si puede mejor inclúyelo, vale la pena y muy agradable la chica del pelo rizado. En general, como he dicho, super bien todo. Lo único así ha destacar que puedan mejorar, sería las camas. La habitación en si es apañada y está bien. Pero la cama de matrimonio no era como tal eso, eran dos camas normales juntas. Pero igualmente tampoco fue tan fatal. Simplemente para que lo tengan más en cuenta. Por lo demás super bien todo.
• Angelica (6/5): The location and staff were excellent, the facilities were okay - Waitress at breakfast was fabulous (friendly, remembered my preferences), location was excellent, check-in process was smooth, WiFi was good. The breakfast food itself was good too. There were a few small ants in the bathroom, and the walls were super thin (made it hard to sleep)

• Helene (8/5): fonctionnel - Le petit déjeuner était excellent, le personnel adorable. Situé à l'étage sans ascenseur, difficile avec plusieurs valises. Logement familiale (4) très très étroit. Pour 2 je pense que c'est parfait.
