The bathroom was spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. The room was really hot and stuffy, and the little fan didn't really help much.

• Fonseca (5/5): Habitación que cumple la función para pasar la noche y asearse. - Lo que me gustó fue la cercanía de todo, cuenta con restaurantes, cafeterías cercanas. El personal es muy amable. Hacen cambio de toallas a diario. No me gustó que hay que subir con maletas por escaleras muy angostas e inclinadas. Las escaleras rechinan, están chuecas y se escucha el caminar del vecino de habitación. No tienen lugar donde desayunar en el hotel. Si hay una estación de café en la habitación, pero no me dio confianza usar la tetera. Hay que dejar la llave en la recepción al salir. Les falta una limpieza profunda a las alfombras. Las camas ya están hundidas por lo que es incómodo. Me hicieron la cama, pero al destender encontré cabellos y la funda de mi almohada estaba manchada, tuve que cubrirla con una blusa mía. No pasaron la aspiradora por el cuarto, me di cuenta porque una envoltura de chocolate permaneció al pie de la cama durante toda mi estancia. Solicité resguardo de mi equipaje al entregar la habitación en lo que salía mi vuelo de regreso y cuando fui a recogerlo encontré mi mochila con el cierre inoperable y abierto. Tuve que salir a comprar otra mochila para mi regreso.
• Naomi (8/5): Safe, friendly, clean and comfortable - A charming little hotel in a perfect position. Lovely Tariq was on reception and he was very kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean, as were the sheets and towels. Excellent shower, washbasin and toilet. Very comfortable double bed, hanging space and some shelves. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and appreciated the 24 hour service at front desk. I even found a place to park my car directly in front of the hotel. Plenty of places nearby for food and drinks. The corridor carpets look tired.

The location is fantastic and very well connected by public transport. It is not possible to regulate the heating so at times it was a bit too warm inside the room.

Kaum Ablageflächen, extrem kleines Zimmer, hellhörig, Fenster lassen sich schlecht öffnen (daher schlechte Lüftung), Handtücher und angefangene Seife wurden sofort gewechselt, könnte nachhaltiger sein.

• Maria Benedetta (8/5): - L'appartamento è facile da trovare, in un bel quartiere e con la stazione della metro molto vicina dalla quale passano le principali linee. Anche a piedi si riescono ad aggiungere alcune zone centrali, come Hyde park per poi proseguire verso Notting HIll, ma anche Buckingham Palace, per poi arrivare a piedi a Big Ben e London Eye. Si raggiunge comodamente anche la fermata di Baker Street, dalla quale passano molte altre linee della metro. Inoltre, tornando in hotel si passa dalla via principale di Oxford Street, e anche le vie più vicine sono sempre frequentate, con locali aperti anche la sera, il che è stato rassicurante per due ragazze che si sono mosse da sole e principalmente a piedi, anche di sera tardi. La reception è aperta h24 ed è stato possibile fare il check-in alle 21. La camera è risultata pulita, con asciugamani cambiai giornalmente e set di cortesia in bagno e sulla mensola. Il bagno molto pulito e anche abbastanza spazioso rispetto a quanto ci si potesse aspettare. Nella struttura c'è il wifi gratuito. Se dovessi tornare a Londra non esiterei ad alloggiare di nuovo qui. Lo spazio tra i letti e il muro non era molto, ma in due persone per 3 notti alla fine è andato bene. La cosa che più ci è mancata in questi tre giorni è stato un comodino, o comunque un piano d'appoggio per gli zaini. In camera era presente solo un mini comodino occupato dal telefono, e quindi con poco spazio rimanente, e una mensola dove oltre alle borse poco altro entrava. Era presente un appendiabiti con alcune stampelle, molto comodo per riporre i cappotti e appoggiare gli zaini quando eravamo via durante il giorno; tuttavia, la sera quando tornavamo e ci preparavamo per fare la doccia, mancava uno spazio in cui riporre lo zaino per avere le cose a portata di mano. La finestra della camera sembrava rimanere sempre leggermente aperta, o comunque non isolare molto i rumori provenienti dall'esterno. In ogni caso, è una soluzione che ha offerto un buon compromesso tra un prezzo non troppo esagerato e una posizione ottima; se dovessi tornare a Londra probabilmente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

Hotel sa nachádza v tichej ulici, blízko je pub a reštaurácie, do 10 min. potraviny. Kúsok staršie zariadenie hotela. Koberce na chodbe by potrebovali refresh alebo vymeniť. Sprcha v zdieľaných izbách je čistá, ale kvôli nedostatočnému vetraniu sa tam začínajú robiť plesne. Mali sme izbu č. 6 - mohli by zvážiť pridať drevenú zábranu na bočnú stenu postele, dosť je chladná - asi zrejme nie je vedľa žiadna miestnosť ani dom, preto je chladnejšia.

• Lawrie (7/5): The Marble Arch Inn met our requirements as we only stayed the one night. - Location near to Marble Arch was excellent. Staff at reception were courteous and polite. The room was basic but clean. Tea/coffee facilities very good. Bathroom had been refurbished and was clean and well fitted out. Left luggage/store room available for use before/after check-in/checkout. Vending machine with limited choice available in reception but local shops close by if needed. Although bars of soap were available in bathroom, would benefit with soap/shampoo dispenser in shower.

Some rooms require you to go up or down the stairs to access the bathroom and to take a shower, but this had already been mentioned.

• Antonia (7/5): Great value for money and friendly staff, less than 5min from Oxford street - Great value for money, very close to Oxford street, felt safe as a single female staying. The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Hotel has no smoking policy but basement rooms had outside area where guests smoked and even with windows closed my room on ground floor still filled with smoke. I reported to staff and they were excellent, spoke to guest once we figured where smoke came from. Didn’t like the concertina door for bathroom but I don’t think any other type of door could fit in the space. Very small double room it should basically be a single, 2 people would struggle to stay comfortably. Carpets and walls could do with a clean.I stayed in room behind reception next to stairs which was a bit noisy when guests went by but it didn’t bother me, I had earplugs and slept soundly.

• Tobias (7/5): Everything as ordered. - It’s exactly like th pictures. You get what you order. Also you could give them the key - so no worries about losing it or who stays up if the group separates. It’s quite loud from the outside (not fault of the property) and you couldn’t open the windows.
