Für den Preis ein kleines Zimmer und Frühstück in London zu bekommen ist super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kleines, verwinkeltes, aber gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer. Aufzug vorhanden. Im obersten Stockwerk manchmal etwas niedriger Wasserdruck.

- Malena (8/5): Acojedor y tranquilo - El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor. Esta super bien ubicado, a minutos caminando de Hyde Park, Notting Hill y portobello Market. Y a otros tantos minutos variedad de estaciones de Metro, o paradas de colectivo que te llevan hacia cualquier parte de la ciudad. El barrio es SUPER tranquilo, se duerme sin ruidos y es muy muy bonito. El desayuno es completo, no le falta nada, se desayuna muy bien y el personal es super amable! Limpieza a la habitacion fue diaria y tambien se encargaron sin ningun problema de recibir mi valija que habia sido demorada por la aerolinea. La habitacion es super pequeña para 4, las valijas deben ir debajo de la cama porque sino no hay espacio para caminar, asi tambien como el baño pequeño. Pero la verdad que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena ! Volveria.

- Mark (4/5): Not great, but not horrible - The property was well kept. However, our room TV was broken. There was no ice machine working in the rooms were tiny. The shower however was excellent shower pressure. Small rooms, tiny bathroom
- Maciej (8/5): Convenient , cosy and clean - Location was excellent for Hyde park and the city . The receptionist fella was really helpful and advised us well on tube stations etc . Also managed to pick up an open top bus tour within a short walk from the hotel . It was good value for money - it served us well . Not sure if they did a breakfast or not but some nice places close by anyway so no problem

Above all, the staff were outstanding, Iryna offered to take photographs of my Mother & I before we went to the Royal Garden Party which was such a lovely personal touch. Mała wina. Poza tym konstrukcja podłogi sprawia wrażenie jakby była wykonana ze spadkiem co było dość dziwne.

- Martin (7/5): War okay für 3 bis 4 Tage - Die Lage war gut. 10 Fußmatten zur nächsten Bahn. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich Enge Zimmer bedingt durch das Alter bzw. Bauart des Hotels. Sehr große Preisschwankungen, bis zu 200€ fürs gleiche Zimmer zur gleichen Zeit nur 4 Wochen später gebucht. Das finde ich sehr schlecht.

- milena (7/5): - Staff gentile, il nostro volo ha ritardato e siamo arrivate in struttura all'una e mezza di notte. La reception ci ha aspettate per il check in e accolte molto gentilmente. La posizione ottima, in una zona tranquilla di Londra e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. Letti comodi. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero su nostra specifica richiesta. La pulizia della camera non seguiva certamente gli standard italiani. Letti e bagno puliti, ma la moquette e le tende lasciavano molto a desiderare. Bagno piccolo, non c'era alcuna mensola per appoggiare le nostre cose.

- Inês (6/5): Confortável, serve o propósito de descanso - Localização boa. Zona calma, sem barulhos e confusão. Bons acessos a transportes públicos. Não houve problemas no check-in nem check-out e ainda nos permitiram deixar as malas antes e depois. Piso com desnível, não tem ar condicionado (e era abril, estava calor). O quarto não correspondia a 100% ao que tinha visto nas imagens. Apesar de confortável e limpo, não foi a minha melhor estadia.

In die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude, sehr hellhörig, Fenster undicht und schwer zu öffnen, Heizung tropft, kaputte Abwasserleitung im Badezimmer.
