More disappointed to see a pigeon strolling around in the food self-service area for most of the time we were there. Big disappointment to find Al Rambla a construction site and closed over the entire length for something like 3 years. We do feel that this should have been bought to our attention by Booking.com when booking.

- La Camera Ruano (3/5): Decepcionante: No vale lo que cuesta - La habitacion. Me llevé una gran decepción con este hotel. Para empezar, la logística es muy incómoda: el acceso es poco intuitivo y tener la recepción en la segunda planta no facilita las cosas, especialmente si vienes con equipaje. Lo más preocupante fue el estado de las instalaciones. Los ascensores dan una imagen de abandono absoluta; daba hasta reparo subirse en ellos. A esto se le suma un desayuno de una calidad bajísima, impropio de un hotel de esta categoría. Sin embargo, lo peor es la relación calidad-precio. El importe que pagué por la noche es el que pagas habitualmente por un hotel de cuatro estrellas en Barcelona; lo comprobé ese mismo día en redes y portales de reserva y la diferencia de servicios es abismal. Es una lástima que cobren precios de lujo por una experiencia tan deficiente. No lo recomiendo. Hay opciones mucho mejores y más modernas en la ciudad por el mismo precio.

Gracias por todas sus atenciones de TODO el personal Ahora está en zona de obras pero se puede estar. Sería bueno decir que en el edificio son 3 hoteles diferentes

Wir empfehlen ein Zimmer "hinten hinaus". Ruhiger und tolle Aussicht auf den Innenhof mit Terrasse. Perfekte Lage für Besichtigungen, Wie immer ein bisschen zu wenig vegetarisch am Buffet. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau!!

El portal no cumple con las expectativas que genera un hotel de 3 estrellas. No me hacía sentir cómoda, pese a las cámaras que hay en todo el rellano. Yo, al menos, no sabía que el hotel estaba en un primer piso. Creo que debería avisarse de forma adecuada porque yo no uso ascensor y tuve que estar en un tercero. Había pedido que la habitación fuese baja y no lo hicieron de primeras. Tras la primera noche (de 2) me ofrecieron cambiar muy amablemente, pero ya suponía mucho trastorno por haber pasado la mitad de la estancia ya. Había un ruido por la noche y que sonaba como agua. Nos despertó varias veces durante la noche. El personal, de 10. Y la limpieza, también. No significa que no me gustara, simplemente que hay cosas que considero que no se avisaban y me sorprendió negativamente, me habría gustado saberlo.
