Tentamos virá-lo para baixo e vimos que havia cobertas por baixo do buraco para "compensar" demonstrando que o hotel sabia que estava estragado. Isso é desleal e desonesto. O colchão do apto 512 não pode ser alugado nem de graça, quanto mais por mais de 200 Euros a diária.

• Letizia (8/5): Soggiorno comodo e centrale - Posizione comodissima, personale squisito, camera pulita, materasso molto comodo Colazione decisamente migliorabile, seppur varia, ma la qualità non era proprio il massimo. Barcellona è molto costosa e questo è chiaro, noi per due notti colazione inclusa abbiamo pagato 380€ a persona e mi sembra altino per un hotel 3 stelle... del resto ripeto i prezzi erano da capogiro ovunque.

• Annie (10/5): 地點和住宿體驗都非常出色 - 酒店地點非常方便，從機場乘搭巴士可直達，下車後步行約四分鐘即可到達。酒店位於一條安全的大街附近，周邊有很多優質的茶餐廳和咖啡店，步行即可到達熱門廣場及購物街，同時也很容易找到超級市場。酒店員工非常有禮，從接待到日常遇到的員工都面帶笑容，令人感到十分愉快。酒店設施完善，房間寬敞，部分房型更設有露台。關上門後環境安靜，不會受到噪音影響。整體而言，無論地點還是住宿體驗都非常出色，下次一定會再次選擇這間酒店。

• Annie (10/5): Great Stay - The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 4-minute walk from the airport bus stop, making arrival very convenient. It is situated on a main street, surrounded by many great cafés and local restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. Shopping streets are within easy walking distance, and supermarkets are also easy to find nearby. The hotel staff are extremely welcoming; both the reception staff and other employees I encountered were always friendly and smiling, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, with some offering balconies. Once the door is closed, the room is quiet and peaceful. Overall, both the location and the hotel itself are outstanding, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Would go again 100%! - Location had a balcony which was nice but it only overlooked the street so didn't have amazing views as such. The rooftop was what made it for us, even though the pool was cold it was so lovely sat up there in the sun with a bar and a sun lounger! Incredible views too. The room was maybe a little outdated but for the price and location it didn't really matter to us, as we had everything we needed and all in all didn't spend that much time in the room anyway. The room was cleaned every day though with fresh towels so thank you for that :D

Bra frukost. Solterassen var trevlig med härlig utsikt. Luften blev ganska dålig i rummet då ventilationen kändes dålig. Det ledde även till svagt dålig lukt (lite avloppsaktigt).

• Luca (7/5): Ottima colazione, personale cordiale, camera non promossa. Ci tornerei complessivamente - Personale molto gentile, colazione eterogenea e gustosa. La camera. Priva di luce naturale con una sola finestrella (30cm) su un vano scale grigio. Bagno senza areazione forzata. Letto con asse di legno al posto delle doghe e materasso di sole molle duro come l’adamantio. Per fortuna abbiamo passato poco tempo in camera vista la natura del nostro viaggio. L’assenza di luce naturale è stata una tortura.

• Janet (7/5): Netjes hotel op perfecte locatie, vriendelijk personeel - Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En het hotel zit op een perfecte locatie, je loopt zo de oude straatjes en de winkelstraten in. De kamers zijn gehorig, en hier en daar mag wel wat opgeknapt worden. Badkamer blijft erg vochtig. En geen stopcontacten naast het bed, wat onhandig is.

• Timothy (6/5): Prima ligging en goed hotel maar onder deze omstandigheden absoluut niet de volgende keer - De ligging was erg goed Precies het pand naast ons werd verbouwd. Om 07:30+ stonden ze letterlijk naast onze kamer te hakken en boren. 3 dagen oprij om 07:00+ wakker … als ze dit van te voren melden had ik er niet geboekt. 10 jaar geleden hier ook verbleven en een prima hotel verder. Badkamer zeker het plafond was wel aan vervanging toe.

From the moment we walked in the service was impeccable, staff friendly and courteous. They kindly stored our luggage. Best location to stay in as it was convenient to everything. 15 minutes away by taxi to the train station. La Rambla is 5 mins walk, supermarket 10 mins, and numerous shops outside the door. Plenty of places to eat as well. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, loved having a mini fridge and kettle as well. Nothing at all.
