- Claire (6/5): great value hotel but consider paying the extra for the non budget floor rooms - location was great, corner shop open late right next to hotel, hotel entrance is very smart, restaurant very nice, easy travel in and out of central barcelona. overall the room was clean and lovely bathroom. room was fine but the walls are thin on the budget floor that we were staying in. could ignore this right up to final night when we found ourselves in the middle of a what sounded like a teenage school trip party who arrived at 7pm. mayhem of noise, screaming, shouting, screeching, laughing, running footsteps up and down corridor, hammering on and slamming doors relentless and constant. went on until about midnight when i think other room occupants had complained. think school party of screaming 16 year olds running in and out of each others rooms with seemingly no adult supervision. maybe they went to the nice bar.

- Marija (10/5): Sigurno cu se vratit - Lokacija je odlicna iako je na blagoj uzbrdici jako je blizu metroa i sve je udaljeno tek par stanica. Super je sto se prtljaga moze ostaviti kod njih cak i ako se dode prije check in-a. Primjetili smo da se rucnici mijenjaju svaki dan sto nas je iznenadilo ali ugodno. Mali frizideric u sobi je plus. Sve u svemu jako smo zadovoljni s nasim boravkom za ovu cijenu .

- Cindy (10/5): - The hotel is super clean and tidy. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Location is near park guell. Not near the city center but if you visit park guell, it's perfect. The staffs are very helpful. Jose has been helping a lot and very friendly. Overall it is a good choice to stay there. The restaurants nearby are not as much choice as in city center

- Luis (5/5): Hay mejores opciones - Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. De resto, es un hotel promedio con habitaciones y baños pequeños. No utilizamos los servicios del hotel. El trato que recibimos a la llegada. Hicimos la reservación dejándonos llevar por las fotos publicadas en Booking, pero la habitación que nos entregaron en nada se parecía a la que aparece en las fotos y no estoy hablando de tamaño, decoración o distribución, estoy hablando del estado de la habitación. La habitación que nos entregaron estaba en ruinas, con el papel tapiz remendado en unas partes y despegado en otras, con un baño de hace 30 años, con remiendos en el closet con maderas que no coincidían... nada que ver con lo que muestran las fotos. Al reclamar, la respuesta del encargado fue que nosotros habíamos pedido una habitación estándar y que esa era la que estaba disponible, y que si queríamos otra habitación teníamos que pagar un upgrade. Sin embargo, al insistir en el reclamo, nos dijo que viésemos otra habitación, también estándar pero remodelada y esa si se parecía a la de la foto. Entonces nuestra pregunta, ¿si había una habitación remodelada disponible, por qué darnos una habitación en ruinas? y adicionalmente ¿por qué una habitación en ruinas cuesta lo mismo que una remodelada? No sé cuáles sean las políticas de este hotel, pero por nuestra experiencia, definitivamente no incluye "atención al cliente".

- Maya (5/5): Preis-Leistung passt bei diesem Hotel nicht - Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist gut und das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung passt bei diesem Hotel nicht. Bereits beim Empfang habe ich mich nicht willkommen gefühlt, jedoch nur eine Mitarbeiterin war unfreundlich. Vielleicht weil Sie gerade einen Kollegen anlernen musste, aber das sollte ein Gast der gerade eincheckt nicht zu spüren bekommen. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr alt und optisch sehr schlecht instandgesetzt. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Das restliche Personal jedoch war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich musste dieses Hotel kurzfristig buchen, bin aber der Meinung das keines der Zimmer auch nur annähernd 200€ pro Nacht wert ist. Die Lage ist nicht optimal und irreführend. Zum Park Güell braucht man zu Fuss 25 Min. Das Hotelrestaurant kann ich auch nicht empfehlen. Die Bedienungen waren jedoch sehr freundlich.
- Jeroen (8/5): - Ideale uitvalbasis om Barcelona te ontdekken. Rustig gelegen, niet in het drukke centrum maar toch makkelijk met metro te bereiken. Metrostation op wandelafstand ( 5min). Je hoort geen verkeer maar wel het dichtslaan van deuren en als je pech hebt ook de luidruchtige buren in de kamer naast je.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful view from our window. All was very good, though we did not have breakfast at the hotel as we considered the price per person high considering the items included.

- Sara (9/5): Unvergesslich - Lage & Anbindung: Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man ist in nur 5 Minuten bei der Metro und erreicht das pulsierende Stadtzentrum in gerade einmal 3-4 Stationen. Perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden und abends dennoch entspannt zu wohnen. • Kulinarik: Das Essen im Hotel war durchweg hervorragend. Ein ganz besonderes Lob verdient das Frühstücksbuffet: Die Auswahl war klasse, aber der Service von Jose hat dem Ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt. Er ist unglaublich aufmerksam und sorgt für einen perfekten Start in den Tag! • Ambiente & Sauberkeit: Das gesamte Hotel überzeugt durch ein tolles, stilvolles Ambiente. Es ist alles blitzsauber – von den öffentlichen Bereichen bis hin zu den Zimmern. • Schlafkomfort: Das Bett war super gemütlich – genau das, was man nach einem langen Tag voller Sightseeing in Barcelona braucht. • Service & Pool: Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist zudem ein echtes Highlight und der ideale Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Fazit: Wer ein sauberes, herzliches und perfekt gelegenes Hotel in Barcelona sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Tipp: Falls du die Bewertung auf Portalen wie Tripadvisor oder Google postest, erwähne Jose ruhig namentlich im Text (wie oben geschehen) – Hotels lieben solches persönliches Feedback für ihre Mitarbeiter! - Robert (9/5): Perfektes Hotel für unseren Kurz Tripp - Die Lage im Stadtteil Gracia war für uns perfekt. Bus und Metro 2 - 3 Minuten entfernt. Sonnenterasse mit Pool und Aussicht sind ein High light. Das wir nicht länger als geplant geblieben sind ... Barcelona hat mehr zu bieten als 2 Tage und ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.

- Mario (8/5): Discreto , lo consigliamo per chi vorrebbe soggiornare a Barcellona - Struttura molto accogliente soprattutto all arrivo trovi erogatori di acqua fresca con lime, cetrioli e altro Posizione molto comoda e vicino alla metro. Abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale per 2 persone ma il set di asciugamano, accappatoio e ciabatte era per una singola persona.

- Caldeira (1/5): Horrível. Não recomendo jamais. - O único ponto positivo foi a localização, próxima ao metrô. Fora isso, a hospedagem foi péssima. O quarto parecia uma cela. A janela era minúscula, gradeada e sem ventilação adequada, causando uma sensação claustrofóbica extremamente desagradável. As fotos mostram exatamente isso. O isolamento acústico é inexistente. Era possível ouvir claramente conversas, barulhos e movimentações dos quartos ao lado, como se as paredes fossem de papel. Descansar adequadamente foi impossível. O banheiro apresentava aspecto de sujeira e falta de manutenção. O espelho estava cheio de marcas e resíduos, o teto tinha aparência ruim e o ambiente inteiro transmitia sensação de descuido e higiene precária. O chuveiro foi um dos piores problemas da estadia. A água demorava muito para esquentar e, quando finalmente esquentava, mudava repentinamente para gelada no meio do banho. Ao tentar ajustar novamente, ficava fervendo. Era impossível tomar banho com conforto mínimo. Além disso, a climatização do quarto também era péssima, com temperatura extremamente desconfortável e sem controle eficiente. Nossa sorte foi termos reservado dois quartos por causa dos nossos filhos, porque em um deles o banho era praticamente impossível, então tivemos que usar o outro quarto. Outro ponto decepcionante foi a postura do hotel em relação ao nosso atraso causado pelo cancelamento do voo. Informamos ainda pela manhã que chegaríamos apenas no dia seguinte à tarde devido ao problema aéreo. A diária foi cobrada integralmente, o que eu entendo fazer parte da política do hotel, mas considerando toda a situação, esperávamos pelo menos algum gesto mínimo de atenção ao cliente, como oferecer o café da manhã ou qualquer tentativa de compensação. Não houve absolutamente nenhuma flexibilidade ou cuidado. Infelizmente, eu ainda tinha outras fotos e anotações sobre os problemas encontrados, mas perdi meu celular e parte dos registros. Mesmo assim, o que restou documentado já é suficiente para mostrar o nível da experiência oferecida.

- Ralitsa (8/5): - The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect - 5 min away from a bus stop and a metro station. There is a convenient shop close to the hotel. The service was very good, the staff was very polite and helpful, they kept our luggage for a few hours after check-out because our flight was in the evening. The room was a little bit small and the furniture too basic, but it is OK for a few nights. At the same time, the bathroom was huge and convenient. The one thing we didn't like was the noise. Probably the walls are not sound-insulated very well and all the noise from speaking, walking, etc. from the other guests was very loud.
- Rafaela (10/5): - Check-in e check-out foram feitos na recepção e foi rápido e eficiente. Acomodação confortável, limpa e quarto espaçoso para um casal. Atenção ao maps que ao chegarmos de metrô indicou um caminho por dentro um pouco esquisito, sendo que ao sair do metrô só ir sentido a ponte e em 5 minutos caminhando chega na acomodação. É localizada em um bairro residencial, sentimos segurança e de lá tem ônibus, metrô para qualquer ponto de Barcelona. O hotel fica bem perto do Park Guell (não dá para ir andando, mas fica há uns 5min de ônibus), mas os principais pontos turísticos de Barcelona são no centro e só dava para chegar de metrô. Barcelona é uma cidade que o metrô funciona muito bem, então, valeu a pena, mas se quer ficar bem localizado no centro turístico, não é o caso. Alem disso, as paredes do quarto estavam com aspecto de infiltradas, demonstrando má preservação do local.

Quand nous sommes arriver au bout de 20 a 30 min le receptioniste du catalonia ramblas nous a dit que dans son hotel ce n'etait pas un probleme tecnique mais qu'il y avait plus de place. Rebeloote nous somme repartie vers un troisieme je precise que c'est l'hotel qui nous a rediriger aprer encore 20 minute de taxi nous voila arriver au 3eme hotel du meme groupe . Il y avait enfin de la place nous avons dormit tres peu car tout sa nous a prit environ 3h nous nous somme coucher a 3h du matin alors qu'a la base nous etions ariver a minuit au 1er hotel et nous avons payer tout de meme le prix fort de la chambre a savoir 180 euros innaceptable

Breakfast restaurant very clean, good quality ingredients, lots of variety and nice coffee. We wished the pool area had opened before 10am. Great bar area and snack bar, serving lovely food until 22.30pm. Great staff. We upgraded but still felt our room was tired. It was exceptionally clean and housekeeping did a great job with clean towels etc everyday. Complimentary tea/coffee and chocolates were also a nice touch. We had a curtesy bottle of water provided in our room on our first day, but the empty bottle stayed in our room for the duration of our stay which we thought strange. The rooms can be noisy in rooms near the lifts. I wish the receptionist had asked us if we had enjoyed our stay when we checked out and had a little more conversation. She just said thank you that’s fine and continued to serve another guest, we just felt a little like … oh that’s it then!

- Sara (9/5): Buon soggiorno nel complesso, con qualche "ma" - Ho prenotato questo hotel principalmente per una questione di prezzo. Viaggiando spesso per lavoro, l’hotel mi ha ricordato un classico business hotel: le aree comuni sono moderne e curate, mentre alcuni dettagli nella zona delle camere risultano più datati. La pulizia della stanza era buona. In bagno erano presenti shampoo, bagnodoccia, balsamo, sapone mani e crema corpo, asciugacapelli oltre a un ottimo kit di benvenuto e all’accappatoio. La palestra è davvero molto bella, piccola ma ben attrezzata, e nella bella stagione anche la piscina sul rooftop risulta sicuramente godibile. La posizione è comoda rispetto alla metro e a diversi supermercati. Parc Güell si può raggiungere a piedi. Per gli spostamenti in metro, consiglio di scendere alla fermata Penitents tornando dal centro e fare la strada in discesa verso l’hotel, mentre per andare in centro è più pratico servirsi della stazione Vallcarca. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e, pur con qualche limite, questa struttura è risultata comunque la migliore combinazione qualità-prezzo che siamo riusciti a trovare. A mio avviso il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è del tutto adeguato, probabilmente anche per il periodo. Le camere, rispetto alle aree comuni, mostrano una manutenzione carente: piastrelle sbeccate e riparazioni eseguite in modo approssimativo. Tengo però a precisare che si tratta solo di un aspetto estetico, non c’è nulla di pericoloso o malfunzionante. Un altro grande problema è l’insonorizzazione praticamente assente: basta che qualcuno alzi la voce o chiuda una porta per venire svegliati. All’arrivo viene fornita una sola bottiglia d’acqua, tè e tisane con due tazze e bollitore, ma senza alcun ricambio per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Le tazze non vengono cambiate e non c’è refill delle bustine, cosa che, considerando il prezzo a notte, mi sarei aspettata come minimo. Nei dintorni non ci sono ristoranti. L’hotel offre un servizio di ristorazione: i piatti erano buoni, ma i prezzi molto alti e il servizio non ci ha soddisfatti, motivo per cui nelle sere successive abbiamo preferito il delivery o mangiare in centro. La distanza dal centro non è trascurabile per dei turisti: se si vuole tornare in hotel per una pausa durante la giornata, bisogna considerare tempi di andata e ritorno. Inoltre, al costo del soggiorno va aggiunta la tassa di soggiorno, che a Barcellona è piuttosto elevata. In sintesi, siamo stati bene, ma il prezzo rimane complessivamente un po’ alto rispetto a quanto offerto.
- Glorianni (8/5): Cozy hotel with not so friendly staff - Very clean and well kept. It was great that they have a gym and a pool, though we couldn’t use them since we were only staying one night. Other guests in our floor were very loud late at night in the hallway and the isolation was not good enough, so we were awakened by their noise. The staff wasn’t too friendly, not even a polite smile. It felt like they were doing us a favour, and not providing a service we paid for.
