• Alan (9/5): - The location was great. Quiet, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. A short walk to a cafe for breakfast or the Boboli Gardens. 15 minutes from the hotel to Ponte Vecchi. Due to a muck up somewhere in the booking system, we were in the twin room usually used for single travellers. This in itself wasn't a problem. The downside was the external bathroom. More of an inconvenience really.

• Teresa (8/5): Gostei imenso do alojamento, o host era impecável e o quarto e casa de banho estavam muito bem limpos. - O quarto em geral, as pinturas da parede, a cama, tinha aquecedor, a cama era confortável, a secretária. Gostei muito do quarto! A verdade é que não houve nada que eu não gostasse. Eu adorei. Mas percebo que para muitos que estão a visitar Florença pela primeira vez seja uma localização um pouco distante do centro turístico.

• Clément (7/5): Très bien pour 2 nuits max mais pas plus ! - Très bien placé. Chambre très propre. Accueil sympathique. Je n'ai jamais trouvé la bouilloire. Un lit double composé de deux lit simple, donc inconfortable. Pas de parking inclus, donc compliqué de trouver une place et petite angoisse de prendre une amende, même si notre Hôte nous as rassuré (et il a eu raison car nous n'avons pas eu d'amende) en nous indiquant que les policiers ne passaient que 2 a 3 fois par an. Il faut donc prier pour avoir de la chance !

• Fodaroni (10/5): Ho soggiornato solo una notte, ma l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’accoglienza del proprietario è stata molto g - È accogliete, pulita e vicino al centro, in una zona molto tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile.
• Martin (9/5): - Uncomplicated, fast and smooth contact, a flexibility regarding check-in and check-out that was much appreciated. Perfect accommodation for anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the center, but who prefers tranquility and a less touristy neighborhood. A bit cold in the room, but that's not unusual in Italian houses in late autumn and winter and can't necessarily be blamed on the individual apartment owner. I also received very quick help to turn up the heat a bit after I pointed out the low temperature.

Si possono raggiungere a piedi il Giardino di Boboli, Palazzo Pitti, le Gallerie degli Uffizi e le principali attrazioni turistiche della città. Il signore che ci ha accolti è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato dei consigli pratici, compreso un bel bar (caffè Petrarca) vicinissimo alla struttura dove abbiamo fatto ottime colazioni. Stanza molto basica, per il nostro soggiorno è andata bene, ma se si dovesse restare più di una paio di notti potrebbe diventare scomoda (soprattutto il bagno, un po' piccolo). Un'altra cosa, che NON riguarda la struttura, ma che potrebbe essere utile sapere per chi viaggia in auto, è che parcheggiare a Firenze è difficile! Le linee bianche sono per i residenti e bisogna uscire (abbastanza) dal centro per poter trovare un parcheggio libero. La posizione strategica della strutturaci ha permesso di farlo con facilità.

The bed was uncomfortable, the sink was very old and noisy. The air conditioner didn’t work, and it was very cold at night. It wasn’t hygienic. The parking was said to be on the street or in a nearby parking lot, but I had to park about a 20-minute walk away.

Celkově ubytování bylo čisté a ve výsledku si nemám na co stěžovat Bohůžel mě v 8 ráno vzbudilo opravovaní fasády z venku, výtat byl velmi malý, ale celkově není nic co bych vyloženě vytknul.

• Júlia (4/5): Disappointing - "The room was conveniently located, making it easy to access, even with luggage. Upon our arrival, we couldn't check in immediately as the room was still being cleaned. The room itself (and the entire apartment) was furnished with old, dated furniture, and unfortunately, there was mold in the room. At first, the host seemed friendly, but when my partner mentioned that the room was very cold and asked if we could heat it (perhaps with the air conditioning), the host was not helpful at all, simply stating, "But it’s not cold!"...

Gave us daily vouchers for parking at a very reasonable price, and suggested restaurants in the area. Other reviewers commented on the tired look of rooms. Old or quaint do not bother us (on the contrary) as long as things are clean. The room could certainly use new and clean comforters, new and clean rugs, and perhaps a refresh of the bathroom. These would cost the owner the rental price of only a few nights, but would vastly improve the attractiveness of the property.

• Chiara (7/5): Good location but overpriced for the services - The position of the stay was definitely practical. Very close to Porta Romana and Giardino di Boboli. I liked the choice of style that didn't clash with the age of the building. It's not an,actual B&B, as it doesn't serve breakfast. The curtains weren't the cleanest and the very old window made the room a little cold. But above everything, I think the room, for just a place to sleep, was overpriced. We spent 126 € for just a place to sleep in a private building.

Also more affordable than typical places in Firenze, because it's outside the center. - You're within walking distance of some excellent places to visit (e.g. Villa Bardini and its magnificent gardens) - The room only had one plug you could effectively use, and already connected to the nightlight (the other one being behind the desk and necessary for fridge etc) - Outside noises (or those from neighbors inside the apartment) do come through easily. But because I spent my time walking through Firenze, and wear ear plugs at night, it didn't bother me too much

• Barbara (7/5): Great location and host, overall good value for money - The accomodation has great location, really close to Boboli Garden and there are multiple bus stops just a few hunder meters away that take you right to the center. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the host was very kind, helpful and responsive. There was no kettle in the room, which would have been helpful. The toilet in our room made some noises anytime somebody used the water in the building and the windows rattle quite often whether open or closed, therefore not the best for superficial sleepers.

Located near major landmarks in a historic and quiet neighborhood, it's perfect even for those who can spend a few days in the city. You can reach by walking several attractions or just ride on a bus, as there are bus stops nearby. Vintage atmosphere and attention to detail, make this property so unique, and make you feel the beautiful Florence vibes. The room was comfortable, very clean, and big enough with a small balcon from which you can enjoy a lovely view. I was warmly welcomed by the host, who provided me tips on best places to visit in Florence and shows care and attention to the satisfaction of his guests.

Mateo met us right as we arrived to the BnB , provided a lot of information of what to do in Florence , and also reserved our taxi in advance for our departure.
