Area was awesome for train and transport services to airport. - Newly remodeled restaurant, Prince Charming Bar & Kitchen, adjacent to the hotel had great food and service. Was very close to the train station for our travel needs with only a 5 min walk. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Hair dryer was provided upon request. The breakfast was included and the food was great. There was a continental section and hot food as well. Very well maintained and clean area for guests. The rooms seem a little tired and could use some sprucing up. There is quite a bit of noise in the evening since its in the middle of tourist area and on the edge of the red light district. We slept well and weren't too bothered by the noise, but our fellow travelers did not sleep well. Maybe ear plugs would be advised if you are a light sleeper. The bathrooms were clean. The facilities were great for just a quick overnight before heading out early in the morning.

La porta non si chiudava bene e passava aria dal lato. Stessa cosa per le finestre che non isolavano il rumore e la notte abbiamo fatto tanta fatica a dormire avendo un locale sotto di noi. Inoltre non si chiudevano bene, la seconda da sinistra resta aperta su un lato facendo passare rumori e aria fredda. Arredamento datato: specchio nascosto dietro l'armadio, luci deboli, assenza di minibar e cassaforte. La camera non era pulitissima, c'era diversa polvere nonostante non fosse libera al nostro arrivo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo da rivedere. Magari le stanze all'interno dell'edificio principale sono piú curatez

La déco est à l'image du quartier, je m'attendais complètement à ça. Si je dois faire une petite remarque : une bouilloire dans la chambre serais appréciable et de quoi faire un cacao au buffet déjeuner.

Le lit était confortable, l’accès de la chambre par ascenseur est très appréciable. Le personnel est à l’écoute et sympathique. Le bruit a l’extérieur, impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour dormir. La baignoire, une douche serait mieux.

Having a bar and restaurant on-site was a bonus. The reception staff were excellent. Not really a criticism, but it would have been nice to have proper glasses in the room, and towels that were not thin and non-absorbent.

• Julia (4/5): Loved Amsterdam a lot! But would not go back to this Hotel. Was very expensive which you do kind of expect at Easter tim - The location. Just accross the road from the train station made it very convenient. Rooms were very basic, especially for the price that we paid! No Tea/Coffee or kettle in your room to make Tea at the end of the day your long day sightseeing. It’s a basic necessity and it makes a big difference to your stay at the hotel.
