Ficamos no último andar, havia uma estrutura de madeira no teto do quarto, como um sótão, pé-direito alto. O lustre e essas estruturas de madeira estavam extremamente empoeiradas, bem em cima da cama.
- clawra (7/5): - Location was fab. Very central and easy to get around. A 5 minute walk to the central station. The hotel was modern and clean. There was even a little shop at reception where you could buy snacks and souvenirs, albeit a little over priced, but convenient none the less. Our room was on a slant which was not ideal when sleeping, as I would often lean onto the other side of the bed where my partner was sleeping. The slanted roof also made the room and bathroom smaller. I had to constantly duck down so I didn't bang my head. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. I had a sore back and neck the entire time and my neck was sore for weeks later. There was no fan in the bathroom so it was very steamy.

- JACK (4/5): Déçus d'avoir séjourné dans cette chambre n°40 du 4ème étage - Hôtel très bien situé dans l'hypercentre d'Amsterdam. Chambre disponible à partir de 15h00. L'hotesse d'accueil nous a demandé d'attendre à 15h00 afin qu'elle vérifie que notre chambre soit bien disponible. En fait elle venait de finir sa journée de travail et elle n'ai jamais revenu vers nous. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes dans la salle d'attente avec d'autres personnes qui s'impatientaient également. Nous sommes retournés vers la réception vers 15h45 et là nous constatons que c'est une nouvelle hôtesse d'accueil qui venait de prendre son service. Nous avons intégré notre chambre avec 50 minutes de retard. Pas de placard dans notre chambre qui est petite, obligez de laisser nos vêtements dans les valises sous le lit. Juste une penderie. Pour se coucher dans le lit, obligez de baisser la tête pour faire le tour du lit car pente de la toiture à 1,40 m de hauteur (chambre sous les combles). Lucarne et pas de fenêtre. Distributeur savon douche vide et le pire, juste un filet d'eau qui sort de la douche... La tablette au dessus du lavabo était cassée également.

Personale disponibile, possibilità di deposito valigie sia prima del check-in che dopo checkout, grande comodità. Camera piccola, bagno purtroppo poco funzionale, lavandino così piccolo che per lavare la faccia si fa un lago sul pavimento, doccia fossa al muro, asciugamani vecchi, strappati e bucati e con odore di candeggina. Un bicchiere per spazzolini e dentifricio si potrebbe fornire. Tende della camera da lavare ogni tanto. Mi dispiace ma oersonalmente non ho gradito nemmeno la colazione. Capisco il prezzo per la posizione centrale,ma onestamente mi sembra troppo.

- Nenita76 (10/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la estación central de trenes, y aunque queda muy cerca de todo, está en un lugar tranquilo y relativamente bonito, además me dejaron dejar mi maleta después de hacer el check in, también valoro la cafetera en la habitación con todo lo necesario para cafecitos, el detallito lindo sobre la cama, y también el chico de la recepción que hablaba también español y era muy amable. Sólo la chica rubia de la recepción😨, nada simpática🥶

I think I had a better single than the lowest level they offer. Was pleasantly surprised to discover I had a canal view: lovely but noisy if you like to sleep with the window open as I do. Strangely there was no drinkling glass provided in the bathroom: weird since they did provide a bottle opener yet nothing to drink from.

Au calme, à 5 min de l'agitation Pdj de bonne qualité, bon rapport qualité prix. Literie en bonne état . Des projections de café séchés derrière la porte, l'aspirateur sous le lit n'était pas passé. Le nécessaire de la femme de chambre qui traine sur le palier pendant 48h.

There is a shop in reception which is very handy for drinks and snacks. Common areas kept very tidy. It was quiet in the evenings. The room was dusty and our bin was not emptied. The bathroom was dated with weak shower pressure and a very poor hairdryer. Cleaner removed one of our keycards from the room. Sold with a view of the canal but you would have had to climb up on the ledge next to the window to see it.

- Graf (8/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen Städte-Trip - Das Hotel ist ideal für einen Städte-Trip geeignet und überzeugt vor allem durch seine perfekte Lage. Von dort aus konnten wir den Kings Day wunderbar genießen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. In etwa 10 Minuten erreicht man den Bahnhof, und auch das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar – alles ist bequem und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber man kommt damit zurecht.

- Chiara (7/5): - In generale la struttura é ok, ho particolarmente apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff e la location molto suggestiva trovandosi proprio su una delle sponde del canale Sigel - il bagno é semplicemente non all'altezza del resto della struttura (né del prezzo pagato) e avrebbe davvero bisogno di essere ristrutturato: doccia che si riduce ad un soffione fisso nel muro con intorno una tenda, davvero poco pratico (bagno allagato ad ogni doccia) e confortevole - suggerirei alla struttura di prevedere un piccolo frigo in ogni camera con qualche bevanda all'interno

- Mandy (6/5): Nice location quirky traditional canal house - Very nicely decorated. Location is excellent though rooms at front are noisy. Lack of air-conditioning does matter. I was on a low floor at front so could not leave windows open for security and for noise. Breakfast was basic continental with few bits added. Great if you want to gorge on bread and croissants. Coffee good. nespresso machine also in room was high up and difficult to see controls Also worth noting, no phone in room to call reception even! Though I was supposed to stay 3 nights, I had business elsewhere so stayed one only and am glad. Whilst at breakfast on 19th the Receptionist had a very loud argument on phone which included the "F" word. Imagine, I had just arrived!

- GrandTour41079076212 (10/5): Nice stays - We had nice stays at the Singel hotel. Friendly staffs, clean room, good location, and it has elevator. We will come back here again if we come to Amsterdam for sure.
- Q9374TLsarah (6/5): Ok, but not the best! - The hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to all the sights in town, and only 10 minutes from the central station. However, the room was tiny with limited storage. The bathroom was one of the worst I've ever stayed in, including hostels! The towels were old but clean, and the bathroom felt like a public toilet rather than a hotel bathroom. Your knees touched the wall when sitting on the loo! There was no shelf in the shower, which meant leaning around the screen to get to your toiletries. The staff were friendly, and you could get a coffee downstairs, but the machine in the room was terrible, giving barely warm water and really undrinkable beverages. There is a good store in the hotel, and the bed was really comfortable. I wouldn't stay again, but it was ok for a room if you don't want to spend anytime other than sleeping there.

- Ken (7/5): - The location is perfect, especially that it's near to Amsterdam Centraal. There was this strange smell coming from our bathroom, but we didn't know where it was coming from. It smelled like water from a canal. We had to buy an air freshener because of this.

Room size perfectly acceptable for two of us. Coffee machine provided in the room along with in the lounge/eating area (free to help yourself 27/7) The hotel was clean and quiet.
