- Tessa (10/5): Have already booked my next stay as it was such a lovely hotel and staff were welcoming and friendly - Stunning room. Great layout . Location was good and not too far from many of the places we went to. The Metro is very close by. Good neighbourhood . Great staff. Very friendly. Bed was comfortable . Slippers available on request which is ok also no dressing robe in room Also I think the cleaner only comes in the morning so if you are not out of the room when they come then they will not come back until the next day . Reception staff are always happy to help with any requests so that was great .

- Medeea (4/5): Disappointing stay - We really wanted to like this hotel. It’s in our favourite area of Paris and the rooms themselves were beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. From the start, we had issues with the reception staff. I had clearly requested specific room allocations for our group, but they were mixed up on arrival. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff tried to insist that was how the booking had been made, which was disappointing and unprofessional. The bathroom sink barely drained, so water pooled every time we washed our hands or brushed our teeth. The waters in the fridge were never replenished, which is something you’d expect as standard at a four-star property. The bed was uncomfortable, and the synthetic pillows and duvet made for an incredibly hot and restless night’s sleep. The lighting in the bathroom was also poor (not ideal for doing makeup) and there were no slippers or gowns provided. It feels like this hotel is trying to appear luxurious while cutting corners on the details that actually make a stay comfortable. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

I don’t like they don’t fill up bathroom amenities every day and we need to requested it and if they cleaning the floor everyday must be great.
