- Henk_Reiziger (8/5): Prima en schoon hotel dichtbij Metrostation Vijzelgracht met vlot personeel. - Vlot personeel dat vlot de check-in en check-uit regelde. Lekker dicht bij Metro station Vijzelgracht, waardoor je snel op andere plekken in Amsterdam kunt zijn.

- Slyboots2 (9/5): Comfortable and quiet but with easy access to city - Great location, quiet neighbourhood with local shops and restaurants, easy access by tram or bus to city centre. Uneven steps at the entrance were difficult for my elderly mother to negotiate. Kettle had to be boiled by holding your finger on the switch.

- Jane (8/5): Great hotel & location - Location was good, the hotel interior was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. Asked for twin beds and they had no gap between and couldn't be moved. It didn’t change our opinion of the hotel though.

Il quartiere molto tranquillo, si trova vicino alla zona dei musei e a Vondelpark. Consigliato! Le camere sono poco insonorizzate, sentivamo tutti i movimenti dei nostri vicini di stanza.

- Anne (10/5): Lovely stay in Amsterdam. - The location was great. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to bars and restaurants and the city I would have loved breakfast but coffee in the room was lovely and close place to pick up a pastry or two

The room itself is clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with very good beds and a strong, firm mattress in the best way possible. But the best part of the stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I arrived with severe back pain, and they truly did everything they could to assist me, even with the small things. It was something I really appreciated and absolutely not taken for granted. Special thanks to Adam for the kindness and support.

- Alon (8/5): Very nice - שירות מעולה, יחסית נקי. - 20 דקות הליכה מהמרכז. - הסיבה שלא שמתי 10 היא הדבר שהכי לא אהבתי - וזה את החוסר בבידוד רעש בחדרים. כמעט כל רעש אפשר לשמוע מהחדרים הצמודים ומלמעלה, אפילו שמורידים את המים בשירותים שזה קצת לא נעים.

Me sentí muy segura y cómoda ya que viajé sola, la single room es una excelente opción. El baño está excelente también. Está muy cerca de la estación de metro y apenas son 2 estaciones hasta el centro, el viaje es sencillo y muy friendly para extranjeros y turistas primerizos. Los host del hotel se nota que conocen muy bien el rubro y le hacen honra a tantos años dedicándose a el. Volveré sin dudas! Tenga en cuenta que si pagas en efectivo ellos no aceptan billetes de 100/200€
- Tania (9/5): Love it, would absolutely stay here again. - The room was clean and immediately felt comfortable and welcoming. VERY close to the metro and tram - made getting around super easy. Was able to get from the airport with ease and to the Centraal train station in just a couple of stops. I felt very safe and cozy. There are a couple of big steps at the entrance, typical from Europe but just be aware you'll need to lift your suitcase up those steps.

- Jorge (8/5): Great price for its value! - The location was amazing because it's walking distance to museums, Vondelpark and other attractions as Heineken Experience and Canal Tours. It also has a supermarket super close, and other cafés and restaurants. I didn't expect the room to be SO small, but when taking value into account, makes sense. However, they should do something ASAP with the pillows. The pillows are very stiff and bulky. Non desirable for a good and confortable sleep (which was very much needed to avoid jet lag)

Sound insulation between walls and floors is thin. We were woken up very early to people exercising in their room. I would never come on Kings Day again!

- Holly (9/5): Great place - Loved the location. Away from the touristy spots (although a quick walk to the museums and a quick metro ride to anywhere else. A nice and quiet neighborhood. There was nothing I didn’t like. The bathroom has a slight smell because the room is incredibly small and you have to keep the bathroom door closed to open and close the room door. It’s better when you’re in the room and can keep the door open.

- Kübra (3/5): - Lovely personnel, great location and normal price. Inside of the room all well equipped We stayed there for 2 nights. Room 224. Even though it sounds impossible, there were people upstairs walking and making a "jumping" noice entire both nights, so we could not sleep at all. Asked in reception if they are hotel guests or upstairs maybe a living apartment is, looks like was a part of hotel. I am sorry but this lack of sleep just ruined my 2 days visit to Amsterdam.

I had read the reviews before leaving and someone had written in that their room by elevator was noisy at night. I wrote them requesting a room away from the elevator, but I that wasn’t the case. After two nights of not getting a good nights sleep, I requested another room and if not they need to find me a different hotel, since I requested a room away from the elevator. Fortunately they found another room and it was great. Also they charge extra if you use their cappuccino machine and have one of their tiny muffins. I really thought it was not a good policy, considering the room rates are high, considering the size of them. However, in spite of this I enjoyed my stay.
