Walk to tower. Breakfast was yummy staff super. FYI now wash clothes or conditioner but thats kinda a European thing I think haven't found in last 2 hotels. Definitely would go back

Asked for refund for last day they declined it , the room had no view it was smaller than a cruise room , the hotel is very small, elevator only fits one person. It definitely doesn’t worth 210$ a night especially when they are so inconsiderate and wont issue refund for last night even though they underdelivered and we left 1 day early at 8 am before the checkout.

The hotel services were outstanding as they accommodated our special requests. There are many sidewalk cafes to choice from as you walk from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I pay pretty much so I complained about it right after I checked it out, but they don’t do anything for it. Just tell me wait and wait. And the front man was gone next day and didn’t get any updated. Also I put Do Not Disturb and open the window a little bit coz the bathroom has no fan and my room was height enough, but someone get into my room and closed my window without telling me. Do not trust pictures of this hotel at all.

- Michael (10/5): Great Chambre Familiale avec 2 salles de bain - Great location and comfortable. The two room Family is two rooms with a vestibule which also has keyed access. Both room keys fit the vestibule door and then separate keys for each room. It is on the 1st floor and easy to go up and down the spiral stairs. The elevator is very small so the stairs are the way to go except when taking up luggage. We will stay there again when we visit.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. It was perfect and close to the Eiffel Tower to walk. Many little shops and restaurants around also. Parking lot option is right across the street also.

- Abraham (10/5): - This was a really elegant boutique Parisian hotel. Being Paris is a place you go out and see, the hotel was perfect for our stay. In winter it was cold, so after walking and spending a lot of energy, the bed was so deliciously comfortable. Allowing me to sleep and relax, then go out and enjoy the city. Of key note is the location. It is right near the Eiffel Tower. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes. And being the city is relatively small and walkable, it was a good starting point for the journey each day. Walk by the Eiffel Tower to see the landmark in all its seasons and decor, day and night. Then head towards the main sections of the city. Or directly embark on a Siene River Cruise for dinner. Loved it. Staff very friendly and helpful with guiding us through the city. Recommend it for a trip for couples who want a landing spot. That is authentic and in the Parisian atmosphere. A place to recharge then go out and explore the city. For larger groups, beyond two people- it might be too small to handle the party. But for couples or solo- I can’t stress enough. The area is safe and very much in location accessible to all the city for people who are new and want to venture the city. For the price, I would book here again.

Located near the Eiffel Tower, it gave us a central location to capture all the attractions. Very walkable distance to Eiffel Tower and Siena River Cruises for Sightseeing/Dinner. Nearby were all the restaurants / cafes we needed. As well as a supermarket and metro station. The hotel itself is meant for sleeping. Nothing more. Yet for this, the bed was so comfortable. The facility quite homely, warm, and clean. Giving us an authentic experience of experience. The room we stayed gave us just enough space and included a shower, TV, coffee maker, and a nice courtyard view. Overall, I was very pleased with it and would choose it again. If you are planning to be active in the city and just need a comfortable spot to call home- this is your place. If you rather have more hotel amenities and not plan to do much traveling in the city- yes, you likely will need another option. But for most of us- this price is great value. Very comfortable, safe, clean, friendly. Excellent location with everything you need for a fantastic experience in Paris.

- Patricia (10/5): Charming hotel in a great location - We found that the staff was delightful. The room we stayed in was a little bit small but certainly functional and the location of the hotel was outstanding. We felt really safe and public transportation was easy to get to from the hotel. We walked to the Eiffel Tower in about five minutes and were plenty of restaurants in the area, the hotel room and the hotel overall is clearly refurbished recently. It looks beautiful although I will say the Ater is a bit on the small side, but certainly functional.

- Jonathan (8/5): - Let’s start with the positives. The beds were very comfy and the location was excellent. The negatives now. No mini fridge in the room, for the price point of this hotel you would think there would be a mini fridge to store common Paris items like butter or drinks. Also, they did not provide complimentary waters which in most the hotels they do provide this. The elevator situation was also very messy, luckily we were on the second floor so we did not have to endure it unless bringing our luggages up and down.
- lora (6/5): Okay would not stay again - No room service! to get a coffee you have to pay 3.5 euro per cup and bring to your room. Expensive as well! We purchased through hotels.com concierge had to be reminded of that.! He gave me a quote to pay for this stay. Another reminder taxes are separate you have to pay at the hotel. Room was extremely small. No walk-in shower must step over a large tub. Good location in a safe neighborhood.

- Theresa (8/5): - This hotel is located in a perfect” area. It is close to everything you need in the 7th arrondissement in Paris! The area is a bit pricy but it was worth it. Ahmed, the hotel’s front desk rep is the best! He was very helpful in offering dining suggestions & museum options. He made the whole experience so pleasurable, I’m likely to return. Kudos to Ahmed! He even provided a small birthday “token “ for my husband-the macaroons were great!
- Theresa (10/5): - Ahmed, at reception made us feel like “movie stars”. He was pleasant, responsive to our needs & even called to check the new room was ok. The view of the top of the Eiffel Tower was great but having to open the windows (it got warm in the room) with the noise from the street was not so favorable for sleeping. Overall, it was a great visit & I would return as long as I can could afford the high cost of food around in the area.

- Christopher (10/5): - The proper was great however not so accommodating for individuals with disabilities. Location was amazing, merely a couple blocks away from the eiffel tower. Wonderful location to riverboat access as well? Tourists souvenir shopping, dining, groceries, coffee shops, atm access, tour bus, substation and local police station.

- Lauren (6/5): - I loved the location, though with the Olympics coming up I wish the hotel had warned us of the inability to have Ubers enter - we spent hundreds more in transportation due to the streets being closed off (not an issue for future stays here, but wish they had communicated or given tips) The elevator fits literally one person and one small suitcase tops- cannot stay here if you have a physical disability for the stairs / fear of enclosed spaces. Bed was comfortable. Walkable typlically to the Eiffel Tower.
