• Laura (7/5): Lovely little hotel - The location of the hotel was brilliant. The room was decorated very nicely, the shower was powerful and it was very clean! The staff were very friendly! The room was a bit on the small side which lef to a lack of facilities e.g kettle etc. You had to hand in your key to reception every time you left (reception was 24 hours so not a huge inconvenience but we would have liked to have kept our key). Only other little thing was we had a very late night returning from disneyland fireworks and planned to have a slow morning the next day. We were watching a film in bed and a member of staff just walked into the room without even knocking, despite us having the do not disturb sign on the door. Other than that, everything was great and we would stay again.

Room was really nice, small but well laid out, the huge paintings on the walls were just amazing. I was there for some administrative business but it would be a great place for a romantic getaway! Thoughtful touches, everything worked as you'd hope, comfy bed, lovely bed linen. And it's 15 minutes walk from the Champs Elysées. Nothing to report, way above expectations.

• Nataliia (3/5): - Location was good The hotel itself is quite small, and the welcome we received when we arrived didn’t feel very friendly. It honestly felt like we were arriving to stay in someone’s private home rather than checking into a hotel. That said, in the evening there was a different receptionist, and she was very kind and pleasant, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the lift wasn’t working in the evening, and it was quite difficult for my mum to walk up to the fifth floor. We also weren’t informed about this in advance. The room felt quite old and a bit worn out. There was only one power socket in the room, which is not very convenient for two people - it would be great to have at least two. The furniture looked quite worn as well, and we could hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. room is very small.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits frais. Le personnel est discret tout en étant très à l'écoute. J'ai bien aimé cet hôtel, j'y retournerai.
