• Teresa (5/5): Not the best, but survived the night and didn’t wake up with any bites! - Location was perfect for Gare de L’est Incredibly run down, the floor was uneven and there was actually a missing floor board near the wardrobe. The ceiling had peeling paint and obvious water leaking from the room above. There were 3 beds in m room two singles and one double. One of the singles had a broken leg. There were bags of laundry piled in the corridors. I was worried about bed bugs but the room was actually very clean. So that was good. Have to say I slept well but was not expecting to dye the amount of slamming doors before I went to bed! Definitely felt it was over priced but I made my very early train and could roll out of bed literally minutes before I had to leave and make m train!
• Sinameta (3/5): - It was in a good location and the staff was kind The room wasn’t clean at all. It was tidy but not cleaned. There was a blood stain on the floor, the duvet was consumed and old, the hair dryer was unfunctional.

• Sara (10/5): Totale relax - È vero la struttura non è proprio nuovissima ma a me è piaciuto tanto soggiornare lì. Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e cordiale, colazione molto buona e il comfort nelle camere e stato molto rilassante. Struttura centrale molto comodo per muoversi con metro. Ci ritornerò senz’altro.

• Ab.bensaid (6/5): Je m'y plairais bien, mais sans WI-FI, ce n'est pas admissible. - Le personnel très accueillant et disponible. Hôtel ancien petites chambres mais propre L'emplacement est parfait Au 4e étage , il était impossible d'avoir du réseau WI-FI, contrairement au RDC. C'est mon grand regret, car j'étais en déplacement professionnel et le réseau est une nécessité absolue.
• Pickett (3/5): Great location, but work needed on the other aspects. - The location was vey good for access to shops, restaurants and the Metro. The front desk staff were very helpful in getting us connected to the Wifi, but we had to use their breakfast room, as the Wifi would not work in the room. The room was very small with not a great deal of space around the bed and was trapezoidal in shape. It had a spiral staircase which did not suit us, but did have a lift. It was probably the worlds smallest lift and could only accommodate one person and a suitcase at a time and was a little bit claustrophobic.

• nayeliamz (1/5): Don´t stay here - The location was terrible, the hotel was ugly, dirty, dark. The beds and the room were terrible, the elevator was claustrophobic. And the price was very expensive for what it was. The photos from the website don´t match the reality

Hair dryer is not functioning, cabinet door is hard to open, overhead light only one is functioning and electrical switch is functioning but parts are falling down like the cover
• Renê (6/5): Estadia ok, valor um pouco elevado - Ótima localização, a 2 minutos a pé da Gare de L'est. Check-in e check-out rápidos. Funcionários prestativos Café da manhã ok, mas poderia ter mais opções. O maior problema é que o banheiro da suíte não tem porta, assim como o box do banho. Você toma banho e o chão fica completamente encharcado, nada prático. Uma simples cortina resolveria isso. Para a porta do banheiro, não é tão problemático, já que a maioria das pessoas deve viajar sozinha ou então em casal. Mas mesmo assim é estranho. Achei o valor elevado para a qualidade das instalações.

• Sylvain DECELLE (2/5): Hôtel à éviter !! - La chambre était salle, le papier peint hors d'age, une prise de courant détachée du mur donc dangereuse, une lampe d'ambiance avec l'abajour cassé et bien sûr sans ampoule. Ascenseur petit mais fonctionnel. Le placement par rapport aux gares est top. Le rapport qualité prix est complètement exagéré !! l'état de salubrité de l'immeuble laissant à désirer. La propreté de la chambre, la qualité de la literie, la propreté des draps

• Wendy-Élodie (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Je n'ai pas utilisé l'ascenseur car ma chambre étaient situé au premier étage mais il m'a paru assez étroit. L'isolation n'est pas très conséquente (on entend les gens arrivé dans le couloir). On entend beaucoup la circulation extérieure (klaxon, voiture, bus). Mais le logement est propre et très bien situé par rapport à la gare de l'est et la gare du nord. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Plenty of places to eat nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Shower worked well and had a dispenser with shower gel and provided towels were clean. Location was noisy at night due to a nightclub and karaoke place nearby. Entrance is not where Google maps takes you it is around the corner which was only indicated by a not very obvious sign.

• pauline (4/5): Hôtel vieillot, qui mérite d'être complètement refait ! - proximité avec la douane. le sol est bancal, sale, moquette vieille et peu propre, salle de bain exiguë et vieillotte ... équipement spartiate et chambre surchauffée sans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres car pas de volet et donne sur un toit terrasse ... parquet qui grince dans le couloir et beaucoup de bruit quand les gents passent dans le couloir

Nous n'avons pas apprécié de trouver une cigarette sous la table et un bretzel sous le lit. Tjrs les tâches de moisissures au plafond dans la salle de bain. Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas.

• Ali (2/5): Expérience globalement décevante malgré un emplacement pratique et un personnel accueillant, en raison de l’état de la c - L’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement particulièrement pratique, à proximité immédiate de la gare, de nombreux commerces et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Par ailleurs, le personnel rencontré s’est montré très accueillant et agréable. Séjour très court en raison de plusieurs points à améliorer. Dès l’arrivée, l’état des meubles donne une impression de dégradation. Les toilettes sont particulièrement étroites et mériteraient un aménagement plus adapté. Certaines prises électriques sont détachées des murs, ce qui peut soulever des questions de sécurité. Le matelas était très usé et inconfortable, ce qui n’a pas permis de se reposer correctement. Ne me sentant pas à l’aise, j’ai préféré écourter mon séjour et quitter l’établissement 30 min après mon arrivée. Des améliorations seraient nécessaires pour offrir une meilleure expérience aux clients.

• Rudy (2/5): Schelchte Erfahrung bei einem Mini-hotel - Die Lage ist nah vom Bahnhof Ich habe 3 Nächte hier verbracht und war enttäuscht. Das Zimmer wurde nur einmal gereinigt, die Handtücher nur einmal gewechselt, und trotzdem war vieles staubig. Die Ausstattung war alt, der Boden schief und der Aufzug sehr klein. (Mini Aufzug kaum 2 Personen) Das Frühstück war sehr begrenzt: kleiner Raum, wenig Auswahl und vieles schnell aus. Obwohl noch Frühstückszeit war, gab es z. B. keine Gurken mehr. ( mini Frühstück) Auch die Säcke mit Handtüchern direkt neben der Treppe am Zimmereingang wirkten seltsam. Auch bei günstigem Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich nicht.

• Patrick (4/5): Zum Übernachten als Single noch ok für Pariser Preise. Als Paar empfinde ich das Fehlen einer Toilettentüe inakzeptabel. - Top Lage, keine Bettwanzen in unserem Bett. Bad ohne Tür, schiefer Boden, winziger Aufzug, insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen. Zimmerwechsel aufgrund schmutzigem Lappen im Zimmer und fehlender Badezimmertür wurde nicht entsprochen mit Verweis auf die Fotos online (die das nicht zeigen), Bett durchgelegen.

Le sol de la chambre n’est pas droit et rien n’est fait pour que les lits soient droits…vous dormez donc penché… Un des sommiers était cassé et donc le matelas avait un énorme creux au milieu…autant dire qu’il est impossible de dormir dedans!!! Les prises électriques étaient arrachées! D’énormes tâches d’humidité au plafond! Autant vous dire que niveau rapport/qualité prix nous n’y sommes pas du tout!!
