• Christian (9/5): Netter Aufenthaltsort für die Erkundung von Paris - Tollte Lage, nur paar Schritte von der Metro und Bushaltestellen entfernt. Nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Sauberkeit. Etwas enger Aufzug, aber das ist wohl in den engen Häusern in Paris so. Etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück (Brot-Sorten und Marmeladen-Sorten)

Environnement calme. Le personnel dans son ensemble. Ascenseur très petit.Chambre single très petite, difficulté de circuler. Peu de rangements.

• Laura (5/5): Good location, just a room to sleep in. - The location was excellent. Walkable to the Louvre, shopping area and the Latin Quarter. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby. The staff were friendly and the rooms kept very clean. The shower was excellent! Uncomfy bed it one rock solid pillow and one really soft one! It’s quite small so you can hear a lot of comings and goings throughout the hotel.

• Robert (6/5): - Based on the ants in my room I wasn't interested in waking up early and paying extra to try breakfast. Seems like it wouldn't be that hard for them to fill in the gaps in the molding they get through, and these ants have been complained about in numerous reviews. I was foolish not to heed the warning. I'll give them bonus points for decent shower gel and a great location, unfortunately the proximity to Republique caused me to be assaulted by a Paris police officer when I went out for some groceries during a Gaza protest late in my stay. The ants though, the ANTS. I booked this over a two star hotel with better reviews because I trusted the third star, but nothing offered here elevating it beyond two stars except maybe the free nespresso pods which were a big plus. If your blanket touches the floor at any point while you're sleeping, expect to feel ants crawling on you and to have nightmares about them for the rest of your stay. Wifi was so slow that I had to use my data plan and mobile device only, making my laptop useless. Also weird to have to hand your keys back to reception every time you want to leave the building, felt like prison furlough every time I walked out. Staff was very friendly though, I can't blame them for what was clearly an ownership problem. They need an exterminator and new wireless routers. No AC or minibar/fridge (needed cuz ants). The tiny lift was actually kind of charming and not a negative at all for me, especially since it worked.

Accueil avec besoin d'entrée des informations personnelles sur une tablette en Anglais, instructions pour l'utilisation du coffre fort sur une note en Anglais, sans autres traductions et surtout sans instructions en Francais. Je suis Français, j'habite en France, est ça ne me plais pas du tout que la langue de base ne sois pas celle du pays dans lequel nous nous trouvons. (avec biensur une traduction si besoin pour n'importe quelles autres langues)
• Michelle (8/5): It wasn't much of a room. - For the price I can't complain. The elevator was so small, it could only fit either 1 person with your suitcase or just 2 people with no suitcases. Also the room was CRAZY small. There was barely any floor space. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Also, the location was excellent.

Très déçu par l’expérience : Propreté insuffisante : la poubelle de la salle de bains n’avait pas été vidée depuis le précédent voyageur et des traces étaient visibles sur les tables de nuit. Équipements défectueux : la fenêtre de la salle de bains est cassée et ne peut pas s’ouvrir, ce qui laisse passer le froid et le bruit du bar en face. De plus, les portes de la douche ne se ferment pas car le portant est abîmé. Un séjour inconfortable et qui nécessite de toute urgence une remise en état de la chambre et une amélioration de l’entretien.

• Michał (9/5): A great hotel, wonderfully located near République, with friendly and helpful staff. - The location is excellent — just a few minutes from Place de la République, which is one of the main metro hubs in Paris (5 different lines). From here you can reach the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Marais, or the Louvre quickly and without complicated transfers. The neighborhood itself is lively, with plenty of cafés, bakeries and easy access to Canal Saint-Martin. The WiFi worked reliably, though 5G was not available in the rooms and the connection tended to slow down a bit during peak evening hours.

• Justine (6/5): Pleasant hotel, but please manage expectations from photos. - The hotel is an 20 min walk from Eurostar. Staff were hospitable and friendly. Good location for the event we were going to, not sure about sightseeing around Paris. Towels were clean and had bathroom toiletries. I 50/50 on would I stay again. was suitable for the reason we were going to Paris. comfortable bed. Website slightly misleading, pictures taken of refurbished lobby then rooms. I was 1 occupant, so room & bathroom size were suitable for me. BUT not for a 2 occupants. Lift was the tiniest lift I have ever seen, but I was on 1st floor so didn't use. Hotel more of a high 2/ low 3 star. Rooms needs a paint refresh, marks on curtain, scuff on walls, tiles cracked, dust in corners. replace bathroom bins as was rusty. we were out for the day time. so just slept there.

There are a lot lovely restaurants and bars close by as well. One thing though, was that there was no “do not disturb” sign in the room and we had to leave our room key with the front desk if we left the hotel. We found that a little odd as we have never experienced that before when travelling
