Small but functional rooms, spiral staircase but also an elevator, the rooms overlooking a small park with 2 bistros with decent prices, and a Carrefour store. Close by restaurants of different flavours (Indian, Thai, Italian). 25 minutes walk to Eiffel. Comfortable bed, quality bedding, decent cleaning. Small refurbishments might be needed here and there in the room. Rather old doors that seemed insecure, and the walls seemed painted up to a certain height to cover some stains probably. If you plan to sleep with windows opened, it could get noisy as the bistros are quite loud even after midnight, and the cars are passing by, and in the morning the street sweepers start early. Extremely slippery bathtub.

• Кристина (7/5): На пару ночей подойдёт — в целом нормально, без особых ожиданий по сервису и уровню комфорта. - Останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи. В целом всё нормально, но ожидать чего-то особенного не стоит. Для того чтобы переночевать подойдёт, не более . Расположение хорошее: примерно в получасе ходьбы от Эйфелевой башни. Вокруг много магазинов и кафешек. Номер небольшой, душевая тоже очень компактная, что в целом терпимо и ожидаемо. При этом есть и большой плюс — нас заселили уже в 11 утра, за что отдельное спасибо. Но есть и минусы. В душевой была плесень, ручка, за которую держишься, была сломанной — и на ней тоже была плесень. Кроме того, напор воды в душе был очень слабый. Отдельно стоит упомянуть парковку. Она находится не рядом с отелем, идти примерно 5 минут. В отеле сказали, что стоимость — 21 евро, и дали бумажку. Однако на парковке ни при въезде, ни при выезде не было сотрудников, кому можно было бы эту бумажку показать. В итоге пришлось оплатить полную стоимость в автомате — 27 евро (за одну ночь).

• MARIANNA (8/5): Ci ritornerei! - La posizione è per me fantastica. In un quartiere di Parigi non turistico dove incontri i parigini a fare la spesa. Intorno all’hotel ci sono molti negozi, una boulangerie fantastica e locali per bere e mangiare. Inoltre ci sono due delle più importanti metro , la 6 e la 12, a 10 minuti a piedi e la 8 a poco di più. E’ la seconda volta che alloggio in questo hotel. E’ piccolino ma le camere sono carine. Lo sceglierei nuovamente 😉 Le scale. Sono piccole e ripide. Ma con l’ascensore si risolve tutto 😉

It’s open all night, can’t service and local culture. Great beers and cappuccino, amazing burgers! The room was worth the money, but you have to jump through hoops for a tiny bit of ice. The worst part was they only gave paper cups for the room- even after cleaning the room (there 3 days)- no new cups given. Honestly, I didn’t know how important a set of glass/ plastic cups were.

Geçen sefer 2 kişilik odaya gelmiştik o bi tık daha dardı ama bu sefer suit oda tercih ettik gayet iyiydi. Herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Temizdi. Yine Paris'e gelirsem burayı tercih ederim yine. Güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz.
