• FREDDY (3/5): Aceptable por la ubicación pero muy costoso - La ubicación cerca de la torre Eiffel El tamaño de las habitaciónes es muy pequeño si van en pareja, para una sola persona es aceptable, el tamaño del asensor es extremadamente pequeño y en varias ocaciones deja de funcionar lo cual es incomodo si estas alojado en pisos superiores y vas con maletas. A pesar del buen aseo que realizan a dirario el baño siempre tiene un fuerte olor a cañeria y esto es bastante incomodo.

• Egle (6/5): - Location, hotel in general, breakfast is ok, small but nice area. Nice to have a possibility to have a cup of coffe/tea during a day. The main disadvantage - WC is basically in the room, without a wall! The room was small, but that is ok and understandable, its ok in Paris, but... some interior solutions could be implemented.
• Sayo (8/5): 満足 - メトロの駅からも近く、モノプリやショッピングセンター、小型のギャラリー•ラファイエットにも歩いて行け、便利な場所にあるのにリーズナブルだった。部屋も充分広く清潔だったし、ロビー横のカフェテリアでは、コーヒーや紅茶が無料て飲めるのもありがたかった。 廊下の声が筒抜けで目覚ましが鳴る前に人の声で起きてしまうくらいだった。窓の取っ手が取れていて原始的な木で開け閉めしないといけなかったり、椅子が壊れていたのを知らず落ちそうになったりした。 高層階だったので、私はそれほど車の音は気にならなかったが、パートナーは、外の騒音が気になると言っていた点。エレベーターが、３人乗りだが２人でも狭く感じた。

• Timo (2/5): Wir haben für 4 Nächte gebucht und nach der ersten Nacht aufgrund des schlechten Zustandes des Zimmers ausgecheckt. Es w - Zentrale Lage, gut an den ÖPNV angebunden Sehr kleines Zimmer, es roch unangenehm nach Schimmel und Reinigungsmittel. Das Badezimmer war sehr verschimmelt. Auf der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern waren Flecken, die nach Körperflüssigkeiten vorheriger Gäste aussahen.

• Jenny (7/5): - I really liked that the hotel is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, with a nearby station and good breakfast and brunch spots nearby. They offer free drinks all day (self-service), which was great since we arrived after a long flight and it helped us warm up while waiting for check-in time. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, they assisted us with booking a ferry and gave us clear explanations and recommendations. We had a very good experience overall. The room is small, but the bed is big enough to comfortably sleep with a child, like my 7-year-old son. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is not crowded with tourists, which makes it calm and pleasant. The cleanliness could be improved. Although it looked fine overall, there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom especially inside the toilet bowl, (around the rim where the water flushes from), around the faucet and on parts of the shower floor. A more thorough and detailed cleaning of the bathroom fixtures would really help. The sink was clogged, and even though I reported it on the first day, it was not fixed during my stay

• Giulia (7/5): Great location but dated hotel. Good for solo travellers - The location was great, but the hotel is dated and quite expensive for what is provided. The bathroom is open into the room so good only if you are travelling solo. The building is just really dated and would need a freshen up especially with the price of the room.

• Miriam (7/5): Korner ok - Staff gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera per una incomprensione durante la prenotazione e la ragazza ha trovato immediatamente una soluzione offrendoci la colazione per la mattina seguente. Camere piccole con un po' di polvere.

• Nabil (1/5): Au final, le confort n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous et je ne choisirai plus cet établissement à l’avenir. - Le personnel à la réception est resté courtois et professionnel durant le séjour. L’emplacement s’est révélé pénible, avec une circulation importante et des nuisances sonores la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas aussi confortables qu’attendu : la literie laisse à désirer et l’agencement des espaces est peu optimisé, ce qui rend la pièce peu agréable à vivre. Une odeur persistante de détergent (ou produit ménager) était présente à mon arrivée et la chambre semblait peu aérée. Enfin, les photos mises en avant sur la plateforme ne reflètent pas fidèlement la réalité des chambres, ce qui crée un décalage notable entre les attentes et l’expérience sur place.

On entend un peu le bruit du métro mais c'est largement supportable et on s'habitue finalement..

• Jacques (4/5): Ce n'est certainement pas un 3 étoiles. - Le ménage était parfait. Les petits déjeuners étaient bons aussi mais la propreté de la salle laisse à désirer. La vaisselle sale traînait dans l'évier et pas de personnel pour nettoyer, trop occupé sur l'ordinateur. Le personnel surnuméraire incapable de répondre aux demandes. Notre chambre était en rénovation. Salle de bain avec de la moisissure, tuiles manquantes, trou dans lesbparois de la douche, etc.

• Oleksandra (9/5): - Очень классное местоположение отеля. В пяти минутах ходьбы много кафе, ресторанов и торговый центр. Хорошая транспортная развязка. Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда с радостью оказывали помощь. Плохая вентиляция в ванной. Из-за этого очень потели окна и стены.
