• Wiktoria (10/5): Świetny pobyt! - Super lokalizacja, fajne pokoje, przemiła obsługa. Mimo kilku braków, śniadania były bardzo dobre. Na śniadaniu brakowało warzyw, dla mnie jako osoby która jest wegetarianką, jedyną możliwością do zjedzenia czegoś na słono był ser i jajecznica. Poza tym wszystko było świeże i pyszne.

Сказали, что день рождения и нам дали апгрейд номера с видом на красивые парижские улочки и конфетки. В целом с большой скидкой от оригинальной цены получается нормальное соотношение цена-качество. От одной ночи впечатление было хорошее. Вроде все чисто, но нет ощущения чистоты из-за следов убитых комаров на потолке, пятен на ковре и поцарапанной ванной. Не понравился завтрак ни по вкусу, ни по выбору. В ванной неудобные крючки. Без больших минусов, но есть к чему придраться. А так, Парижская классика с номером малюткой.

• Wojciech (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. - Hotel jest rewelacyjny. Świetnie położony, blisko przystanku metra, w okolicy znajduje się kilka bardzo fajnych restauracji. Serwuje urozmaicone i smaczne śniadania: świeże bagietki, świeże owoce, wyciskane soki, wędliny i sery, coś na ciepło i oczywiście świeżutkie croissanty. Dobra kawa. Ujął nas przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel. Zwłaszcza otrzymany upominek w postaci butelki szampana. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje, czysto i schludnie. W pokoju jest czajnik i uzupełniana herbata i kawa oraz ciasteczka. Wygodne łóżko. Mieszkało się bardzo komfortowo i przyjemnie. Dziękujemy obsłudze hotelu za gościnę. Na pewno do Państwa wrócimy. Jedynym mankamentem był niewielki rozmiar łazienki, ale to oczywiście nie jest aż takim problemem. Sama łazienka dobrze zaprojektowana, tak że dało się z niej w miarę komfortowo skorzystać. Mogłyby być też większe stoliki na śniadaniu. Trudno było pomieścić się przy nich dwóm osobom. Generalnie hotel nie jest duży i może dlatego jest w nim taka domowa, rodzinna atmosfera.

La chambre 45 , la hauteur de plafond côté baignoire est basse. Attention aux personnes de grande taille.

• May (10/5): Great location nearby all the attractions and lovely boutique hotel. - Neat, lovely, and clean boutique hotel. Room and bathroom are small, but you have all you need. Love the location. Staffs speak fluent English. It's around 10 mins to Arc de Triomphe, around 25mins to Eiffel Tower. Nearby there are convenient stores that open until late night. Probably it's common in Paris? You will need to leave your room key at the counter when you leave the hotel.

Quarto confortável. Café da manhã delicioso. O carpete do quarto precisa ser trocado. O isolamento acústico não é bom, sendo possível ouvir os ruídos dos outros quartos.

• Galina (10/5): Dans l’ensemble, tout m’a plu. - J’ai apprécié l’emplacement ainsi que le personnel à la réception. Les chambres et la salle de douche sont petites, les chambres sont très proches les unes des autres, et on peut entendre ce qui se passe à l’extérieur ainsi que les passages des voisins. Cependant, tout est propre et confortable. J’étais seule et je m’y suis sentie à l’aise.

While we knew to expect the tiny room, we were very much tripping over each other to navigate to the door, the bathroom, the window, etc. Also, I wish they gave more pillows - it seemed they really just gave you cushions.

• hannahwN9867CU (10/5): Lovely hotel - A great little hotel! We had our room upgraded & it was spacious, spotless and really comfortable. The staff here are particularly lovely. Alexander checked me in and was very kind and helpful and Adelaide was also absolutely delightful. The only thing that would improve the experience would be a coffee maker in the room - but they do provide a kettle and have a coffee machine in reception (nespresso is a very reasonable 2 Euros). Worth noting that I spent the first night on my own before my husband joined me and I felt very safe the whole time.
• KIMBERLY BREEZE (10/5): Charm and efficiency are unbeatable. - The staff were charming, helpful and effective in every way. When I discovered I had left my credit card at a restaurant, the reception staff were fantastic, called and located my card in no time, got me a taxi to go retrieve it, and enabled my vacation to continue without a glich. Bravo all around to the staff. The tiny shower, but thats just the European way.

• 971feyzag (10/5): A charming and safe hotel in a quiet Paris neighborhood - I stayed at Hotel Pastel during Paris Fashion Week (we were two women traveling together) and had a very pleasant experience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very comfortable. Within walking distance there are excellent restaurants and many options for shopping. At the same time, the location itself is very convenient — many places in Paris can easily be reached on foot. The hotel is warm, charmingly decorated, and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I noticed that some other reviews mention missing amenities, but I think it is important to remember that this is a 3-star hotel, and for that category it offers more than enough. For me, the most important aspect was the feeling of safety and comfort, and in that sense the hotel truly deserves more than five stars. Access to the room floors is controlled by a badge, which means strangers cannot enter the room corridors. Finally, the entire team was very kind and extremely helpful. I would especially like to thank Alexander, who helped us a lot, made us feel very welcome, and was always there whenever we had a question or needed something. For two women visiting Paris, it was a very pleasant and reassuring stay, and we would gladly return to Hotel Pastel.

Jolies chambres (quoique certaines sont assez petites). Personnel à l'accueil très serviable et disponible 24/24. Manque d'isolation acoustique, le ménage démarrait très tôt le matin (vers 08h30 ou 09h00) et était fait de manière extrêmement bruyante donc pas reposant pour une personne en vacances. Dans le lobby, il manquait un petit espace pour travailler sur son ordinateur en cas de besoin, les assises sont très basses. Cependant, la déco est très cosy.

• Joao (8/5): Boa estadia, mas com algumas opções questionáveis e espaço para melhoria. - Localização muito conveniente com acesso próximo ao metro e várias soluções para refeição nas imediações. Staff muito prestável e simpático. Sistema de chaves e necessidade de deixar a chave na receção à saída do hotel. Embora não sejam chaves de ranhura, na prática pouco muda, já que tive de andar com um porta-chaves enorme com uma chapa que funciona por proximidade. Um sistema de Keycard é muito mais versátil e conveniente. Para além disso, o quarto que me foi atribuído tinha a banheira debaixo de águas furtadas, o que impedia que pudesse estar em pé enquanto tomava duche. Muito desconfortável.

It only took a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 15 minutes to the Eiffeltower! The hotel and room looked really nice and it was super clean! It was definitely worth the value! The room was good looking but really small with a really small bathroom, in Paris a lot of hotels and rooms are small so it’s acceptable for a few nights. Didn’t take away that is was super clean and good looking. It was a good value for money. I will definitely will book again!

Espace petit dejeuner : même problème . Ascenseur et securité : excellent. Climatisé.

• marija (1/5): das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel - Ich war bereits früher in dem Hotel und der Aufenthalt war ok. Dieses Mal ist alles schiefgegangen. Mein Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft (relativ spät am Abend) nicht aufgeräumt, das Bett war nicht gemacht, es lagen dreckige Handtücher im Bad und gebrauchte Tassen auf dem Tisch. Das Zimmer war dieses Mal auch sehr klein (womit ich leben könnte, wenn es denn sauber gewesen wäre). Mir wurde für die Nacht ein anderes Zimmer gegeben mit der Information, dass ich am nächsten Tag wieder in das ursprüngliche Zimmer wechseln müsse, was auch ok war. Am nächste Abend war das Zimmer aber immer noch im exakt gleichen Zustand. Das heisst, es wurde zwei Tage lang nicht geputzt, obwohl ich sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatte. Ich musste dann das Hotel wechseln (warten bis das Zimmer sauber gemacht wurde, hätte mehrere Stunden gedauert, da eine externe Firma kommen musste).

• Sandy (8/5): Super! - De locatie is super! 10 minuten mooi zicht op de Eiffeltoren, met 20 Minuten sta je eronder. 10 minuten naar de Arc - champs Jammer dat ze geen garage bij het hotel hebben. Op straat parkeren was echt heel duur dus garage kleber was een goed alternatief, 5 minuten loopafstand.
